According to 12 CFR 1022.3 Anything added to my report without written consent is considered identity theft. 15 U.S Code 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency. They are also in violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. I did not give my written consent to Capital one to report on my consumer report.

The order number is XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was informed by the soccer organization that the season was cancelled and everyone would be issued a refund. I email about my refund but received no response and disputed the transaction action on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023 Capital One reassessed the {$450.00} charge and requested a receipt, signature and communications which I then provided to them. On XX/XX/2023 I received another letter from Capital One stating that what I provided was not sufficient and they considered the matter closed. I contacted XXXX who claimed they did not dispute the chargeback from Capital One that they received on XX/XX/2023 therefore I the funds should have been returned to me from Capital One.
