Its been canceled because theyre Walmart plus XXXX at delivering food and stuff to my house. And they never ever refund my money back or XXXX XXXX XXXX I get. This Walmart XXXX. They let my stuff at somebody house no refunds back I want to cancel my credit cards do to Walmart. I didnt give them permission to take my money off my cards. Please cancel my credit cards do to Walmart. Just tired of Walmart stealing our money saying that we have Walmart plus they hit up all of our cards.

Consumer Complaint: Due to XXXX data breach and identity theft by capital one by falsely reporting on my consumer report. According to 12 CFR 1022.3 Anything added to my report without written consent is considered identity theft. 15 U.S Code 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency. They are also in violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. I did not give my written consent to Capital one to report on my consumer report.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One Case number : XXXX My credit card is issued under my former name, XXXX XXXX ( Ive asking them multiple times for change it but they never did. ) XX/XX/2023 I purchased a year-long soccer program from XXXX XXXX for my daughter, XXXX XXXX , for {$450.00}. The order number is XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was informed by the soccer organization that the season was cancelled and everyone would be issued a refund. I email about my refund but received no response and disputed the transaction action on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023 Capital One reassessed the {$450.00} charge and requested a receipt, signature and communications which I then provided to them. On XX/XX/2023 I received another letter from Capital One stating that what I provided was not sufficient and they considered the matter closed. I contacted XXXX who claimed they did not dispute the chargeback from Capital One that they received on XX/XX/2023 therefore I the funds should have been returned to me from Capital One.

I TOLD THEM ITS FRAUD, IM NOT PAYING AND TO NEVBER CALL ME., THEY VIOLATED THE FDCPA ACT AND THE FCRA ACT BECAUSE I TOLD THEM THIS IS A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT..ACCORDING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS THIS IS A COLLECTION ACCOUNT BUT XXXX HAS IT LISTED AS A CHARGE OFF AND COLLECTION.
