Consumer Complaint: I received 3 phone calls from them between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX from a restricted number when i advised them they cant do that it is harrassment i was told it doesnt matter we can call you 9 times a day regardless of how far apart the calls are. Also they are not calling from a number i can call back to, they dont say the calls are recorded for quality insurance, that the calls are intended to collect a debt or any of that in their calls. This is unacceptable. Ive missed 1 payment due to being out of work due to emergency XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Hello. I made a payment in full to XXXX credit card {$92.00} onXX/XX/XXXX. Payment was due on XX/XX/XXXXtherefore I was charged a late fee of {$29.00}. I spoke to a representative when the next statement came in and they said they can waive the late fee as a one time courtesy since Ive never had any late payment and my account was in good standing. Then I received another statement with {$29.00} late fee plus {$2.00} in interest. I called again and they said the billing cycle had already generated and to ignore it because my actual balance was XXXX. Not knowing I had a balance, the next month went up an additional {$33.00} in late fees, making the total {$64.00}. Then an extra {$40.00} in late fees was tacked on with a total of {$100.00} due XX/XX/XXXX I reached out months ago and they told me it was an error and I didnt have to make a payment. I confirmed my account was XXXX out and the representative staters the error was made by the creditor and not to worry as it was cleared up on their part. Then a couple weeks later I was hit with a 30 day late on my credit. I was never 30 days late. I disputed the error and they denied it. Damaging my credit very badly. I pleaded with them to fix their error as I am in no position to have my credit damaged so severely and they ignored my requests. I tried several times after and they still will not take accountability for their mistakes.

Consumer Complaint: Under the law 15 U.S. Code 1666b.Timing of payments ( a ) Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. I hadn't been able to see any statements until recently which means i wasn't aware that there were late payments that XXXX XXXX XXXX was reporting. The late payment being reported in my credit reports are therefor inaccurate and should be updated to current as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: This account is involved in litigation for fraudulent practices according to my FCRA rights. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Note that the collector has to stop all collection activities until it can provide all the evidence. Under the FDCPA Section 809, Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] I have the right to verify any alleged debt on my credit report and if the alleged debt is being disputed, the debt collector shall cease.

Consumer Complaint: I have always paid my account on time every month thru the website that the company provided and i always received notice that they received the payment. However, one month they notified me 30 days later that they never received the payment. I quickly paid it as soon as I was notified and I tried disputing it with the company because I had paid it and it was their websites problem and not my mistake but they refused to remove it even though they acknowledged that it may have happened since they have intermittent problems with their website. Please help as this is affecting my ability to get the best rates on a home loan and this was not my mistake.

In XXXX, XXXX was was billed for this item again. I have made many phone calls to both Wayfair and Comenity Bank to resolve this matter, I have a receipt from Wayfair from XX/XX/XXXX, showing this item was paid in full leaving my balance with Wayfair at {$0.00}. I have a letter from Comenity Bank saying, this error was corrected on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, with the purchase posting on your account. I have received another bill from Wayfair-Comenity on XX/XX/XXXX with a late fee of {$5.00}. I called Comentity again on XX/XX/XXXX, at which time they informed me the matter is under dispute again. I am concerned about my credit rating at this point and am unable to get any resolution from the company.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to call the collection agency back, but they do not answer their phone. They've used a different phone number each time they call, and have bombarded me with numerous calls each day for several weeks. They wont return my calls or messages. They've used abusive, deceptive and threatening language and claims. They have not provided written proof of the claimed debt, nor any proof of who they are, nor proof of their right to attempt this debt collection.
