Consumer Complaint: I recently paid off an XXXX credit card. My previous balance in XXXX was XXXX which was due by XX/XX/21. I made two more final purchases. One for {$10.00} on XX/XX/21 and another for XXXX on XX/XX/21. I mailed a payment of {$1400.00} on XX/XX/21, which did not include the {$10.00} purchase. The {$1400.00} check was received on XX/XX/21. I called XXXX and asked if my payment was received. They told me yes and that my new balance was {$11.00} but I will be charged a late fee. I accepted the late fee charge of {$40.00}. I received my XXXX statement and there is a balance due of {$83.00}. This statement is showing that I made a purchase of {$62.00} AFTER the payment of {$1400.00} was made. THIS IS INCORRECT. My XXXX statement shows the {$40.00} late fee and an additional {$31.00} interest charge on a balance that was only {$11.00}. I'm being charged way too much interest on an {$11.00} dollar balance. I should have only been charged the late fee of {$40.00}. On XX/XX/21, I called XXXX and I spoke to a customer service rep AND a senior manager and nothing was resolved.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 my Victoria 's Secret Credit Card account through Commenity Bank was overpaid by {$1000.00}. I realized what had happened on XX/XX/2021 and immediately requested a refund in writing. I was told on XX/XX/2021 that the refund requested had been submitted and the refund should reflect in my bank account within 3-5 business days. On XX/XX/2021 I contacted Commenity Bank again when the refund did not reflect in either my credit card account or bank account. At this time I was told that it had to be approved by accounting first, which could take 7 days, then after that it should reflect in my checking account in another 3-5 business days. Today,XX/XX/2021, I contacted the credit card company again. I was told that, " Due to the amount of this refund check, the refund request itself is still being reviewed and this can take up to 30 days. Once the refund request has posted to this account, the funds should show up in your checking account within three to five business days. '' At this time I informed them that I would be filing a formal complaint.

Consumer Complaint: Hi. I have been a consumer of Comenity/XXXX XXXX for over 3 years. I have never been delinquent, and always in good standard. XXXX XXXX I became very ILL. I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with XXXX and Hospitalized through XXXX. During my Hospitalization I was fighting was my life and unable to handle my affairs. Once I recovered I contacted Comenity and paid the account of XXXX XX/XX/2021 bringing it to XXXX bal, and they sent Me a paid balance in full letter, but they reported Me to the Credit Bureau as delinquent 60days fir XXXX. I wrote them a letter and emailed them twice in their online message center regarding my battle with XXXX and being hospitalized. I requested due to such an unfortunate situation being out of my control if they would make a good will gesture on my behalf and bring my account current. They denied Me. This is affecting my livelihood, because I am trying to gain housing for myself and my XXXX year old son and this is the only account on my Bureau reflecting delinquent. They have shown Me No Compassion under the circumstances and I have all documents to prove my case. PLEASE HELP ME to get the delinquent reporting pulled from My Credit Bureau. Thank You! Consumer Complaint: During the months of XX/XX/2020 and XXXX of 2020 I was late on my payments to Comenity Bank XXXX card because of a work slow down due to the Covid 19 Global Pandemic. I made those payments before the 60 days late period, made them in full, have otherwise had an excellent payment history and since the have payed my balance down to XXXX I'm in the process of purchasing a home and these late payments are hindering this process. If there's any way their status of payed late could be removed, considering the circumstances of the Covid 19 Global Pandemic, it would be greatly appreciated as I will be able to purchase my home.

Consumer Complaint: I ordered merchandise on sale. I was charged full price and tried to get this corrected by phone to an amount 50 % less, as ordered. I had no luck with this correction, so I returned items. After 3 months of trying to resolve this with the company, they still want to charge me {$100.00} for items I returned due to their error and lack of resolution.. They want me to pay for their mistake for {$100.00}. It includes a late fee, a return fee and interest. All that for items that I returned immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I opened this card ( Comenity-Victoria 's Secret ) in XXXX of XXXX. I have been on time with all my mailed payments each month. All of the sudden this year they claim I have been late even though I've been mailing them at least 5 days before due date like I always do. They have charged me {$99.00} in late fees this year. XX/XX/XXXX = {$29.00}, XX/XX/XXXX = {$35.00}, and XX/XX/XXXX = {$35.00}. I don't think i should have to pay these since its not my fault I mailed them on time. I should'nt have to guess how long it will take for them to process it.
