Consumer Complaint: I was under contract on condition of peonage and experienced bank fraud, mail fraud, identity theft. I discovered what was happening and tried to dispute my claim but the bank deprived me of my rights under XXXX of law. I sent a civil complaint to the attorney general as other banks including this one are involved. I am giving the bank the opportunity to view my civil complaint and to remedy the damages that were done and to return all funds to me. I am still being extorted for counterfeit debt and my financial assets are drained. This is a controversy and conspiracy of authorized agents being complicit in active fraud and not helping consumers. They do not know the law and the rights of a consumer and need to be investigated.

Consumer Complaint: The alleged debt has been sold without my permission and without the production of a new contract. You willfully sold this alleged debt and I have no contract with the debt collector you sold the account too- this is fraudulent activity. 18 USC 1028 ( a ) ( 2 ) states Whoever, in a circumstance described in subsection ( c ) of this sectionknowingly transfers an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document knowing that such document or feature was stolen or produced without lawful authority shall be punished as provided in subsection ( b ) of this section. The punishment for this offense could be a fine or imprisonment according to 18 USC 1028 ( b ) ( 1 ). There is no way anyone should have my social security number or any identifiable information. You DID NOT have my permission. This is IDENTITY THEFT & against federal law.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a joint savings account with my husband on XX/XX/XXXX. In the ensuing weeks, I made deposits totaling {$150000.00} as follows : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX Let me reiterate that this is a savings account, NOT a CD. I reviewed the banks terms and conditions and there is no language restricting the withdrawal of funds from the account once the funds have cleared. On XX/XX/XXXX, I planned to withdraw funds from the account electronically to my checking account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. To my surprise, I found out that the bank had placed a {$5000.00} daily withdrawal limit on my account. Since savings accounts are subject to a 6 withdrawal per month limit in order to avoid penalties, this means that It would take 5 months to move all the money out of my account, at the rate of {$30000.00} per month. I then contacted Customer Service and asked that my daily withdrawal limit be increased to {$10000.00}. They denied the request on the basis that the funds would need to be in the account for 90 days. This is an arbitrary restriction that has never been disclosed upfront. XXXX has re-named itself as XXXX XXXX and has issued new disclosurea governing the account. I checked them yesterday and there is no language restricting the size of a withdrawal that a customer may make. I am familiar with withrawal limits because I have hace had accounts with a lot of internet banks, and this is the first bank I have seen that has put a highly restrictive withdrawal limit on a savings account.

Consumer Complaint: I went in store at Victoria 's Secret in XX/XX/2021 to purchase product. They did not have anything in my size, so I ordered it online through the store.i never received the product. So I called XXXX and complained. They gave the run around about it finally at the end of the conversation, they said the order was cancelled and nothing should show up on my XXXX credit card. So I didn't worry about it until I purchased another item and it I went to pay the bill and noticed the charge of {$110.00} was still on my account. So I immediately called the XXXX credit card company, disputed with them twice. So this took over a month. They said there was nothing they could do. Called XXXX back a few times, didn't get anywhere. But one lady I spoke with said call XXXX customer relations. Finally i thought it was going to be fixed. They credited partial payment. So I called again and again, finally got told it was going to be fixed. But in the mean time I acrued late fees and interest charges. They said they would credit the late charges. But during that time, more charges acrued. So I called back, and the lady told me everything will be fixed. And during this time, nothing was fixed and more charges keep piling up on my account. Case # XXXX & XXXX Now I have $ XXXX in interest charges and late fees still acruing ony account for something I never received and was credit not returned to my account in a timely manner

For the past two years I have paid way more than I was required to, and still comenity bank due to their own mistake every month processed my payment differently or did not record a payment I made. I called them and disputed the mess they have created several times. One time they agreed to fix it. I am just tired of them and still after two years they want another {$360.00}. I need them to refund me all those penalties they have charged me for every month and to correct their reporting to credit Bureaus. The damage they have done to my credit is irreparable and I when I requested a copy of all the statements I have had they said they wont provide me with ANY statements as of today XX/XX/XXXX unless I write and request them from XXXX, Ohio.
