Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX the office manager for XXXX told me that I could pay {$5.00} to {$10.00} per month for up to 24 months before the balance of {$8000.00} was due for 2 XXXX to be installed in my mouth ; XXXX did not wait the required 72 hours before they billed Comenity Bank / XXXX XXXX. The procedure was performed by an unlicensed oral surgeon, who subsequently botched the installation and the XXXX fell out of my mouth. I do not owe this debt because the work was never performed. I contacted XXXX XXXX that I wanted a refund because the office manager, now a former employee, had informed me of improper billing practices by the dental office. On or about XX/XX/XXXX I visited XXXX XXXX 's office where he told me that he was processing the refund and had me sign a receipt. He, in fact, was restarting the finance agreement that I wanted to be released. I never had any further work done by XXXX and do not owe this debt to the XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: i have a credit card with commenity bank, i do all my transactions online, they are requesting a 2nd payment for the month of XXXX, i paid XXXX already, 2nd they gave me a late payment fee of XXXX in XXXX when i paid the bill on time and on the due date indicated on my statement i want a refund, also they decreased my credit limit due to illegal assessment of my account. Also during covid19 i requested hardship program and since completed it and they will not remove my information that i completed program. ONe is my credit limit was reduced and i requested a credit limit increase and because they failed to remove me from program i was denied increase. Also they will not give me answers to my basic questions. i want a refund.

An identity thief used my personal information without my permission to open an account and make purchases with XXXX XXXX Comenity bank this debts are not mine. I have enclosed proof of my identity and a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report. In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am asking you to stop collection proceedings against me and stop communicating with me about this debt, except as the Fair Credit Reporting Act allows. I also ask that you notify these businesses and tell them the debt is the result of identity theft. All of my personal Belongings were in a uhaul that was stolen from in front of my hotel while i was staying while moving. i lost all important documents birth certificates, ss cards pictures wedding documents everything I have enclosed a copy of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus Notice to Furnishers of Information. It explains your responsibilities under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The FCRA requires that debt collectors give an identity theft victim documents related to an account if the victim asks. Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with bread Financial / XXXX XXXX. It was another credit card that was bought out by this company. I did not want it so I closed it and I paid off the statement balance. Then I get a bill saying I owed them {$4.00}. Called them to complain. Said they couldn't get rid of the interest fee. So I mailed a check as I had already closed the online banking and I did not want to pay their {$9.00} fee to make a payment over the phone. Apparently, they claim not to have received my check. I received another statement. So I called to complain and said I pay it on the phone if they waive the {$9.00} fee and while the statement said {$11.00}, the representative tells me I owe {$13.00} and change. Some nonsense about interest and blah blah blah blah blah. I was told I would not be charged more interest when I made the first phone call about the {$4.00}. She argued with me and told me this is what it is. I paid the {$13.00} and change and said now what are you going to do when you get my check in the mail. Oh well we'll apply it to your account and then we'll have to refund it to you. This is a load of nonsense. Just another way for a large company to bilk the consumer. I would never open an XXXX XXXX Account ever.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX. My complaint is with the company comenity NFL card through Bread Financials. They call me contacted at XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a phone to the fraud department on two charges that were not mine through a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX charge of {$150.00} and the other charge was {$350.00} dollars. I told the representative that those charges were not mine and to cancel my credit card which they did. The representative told me to allow 90 days to resolve my case. the charges were taken off several days later. Now on XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed the charges were back in place again and called back that day to find out why these charges pop up again. They said that I will receive a resolution letter in the mail to explain why the charges where not taken off. The letter I received said that they were able to find no basis to support this claim. So I can the fraud department again on XX/XX/XXXX to find out and get an explanation on why I was denied. The talk to representative and only could provide that an email was sent and that the delivery was sent to my address. The problem is that they could not provide me the delivery date and tracking number to those items charged. Also i never received an email on XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX of a charge by XXXX XXXX of a purchase.I just upset that there investage did a sloppy and lazy job on my investage and trying to charge me over XXXX dollars with very limited information 's on my case. I would love for you guys to reach out to them about my case,. I still wanting for them to provide me documentation of the transaction which thewy have not so far. Thanks

They provided me with information that my Victoria Secret enrollment date for XXXX XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX and not the date XXXX XXXX XXXX provided in complaint number XXXX. This company is lying and refuses to address my concerns. They also filed a judgement against me without my knowledge. I did not receive any documentation regarding the judgement and I was not served. This is a violation. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23, I made a purchase at Jareds in the amount of {$3600.00}. The store sales representative confirmed that the purchase would be applied a promotional rate of 0.0 % for 12 months. I agreed to this and made the purchase as this is something that I have done in the past without any issues. Since then, my payments were setup for automatic withdrawal from my checking account and there havent been any issues or communication other than emails confirming the payment due amount and date. There have been no emails informing me of statements or notifications of when the promotional rate was ending. Recently, I was getting ready to pay off the balance because I knew the XXXX deadline was approaching. As such, I logged into my online account and found that my balance was still {$3200.00}. This was a major red flag considering my payments were between {$110.00} and {$120.00} each month so I was expecting a balance closer to {$2500.00}. I immediately called the store to speak with my sales representative and she confirmed I should have received the promotional rate of 0.0 % for 12 months and asked that I called their credit card division of the company. I followed her request to which the credit card division said this was an error on behalf of the store and to consult with them. At this stage, no one is providing a resolution to the stores mistake and I have no one to turn to. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
