Consumer Complaint: There are several inaccurate information on my consumer report regarding the following account number XXXX. The first major inaccuracy is that the account numbers do NOT match up. Both XXXX and XXXX are showing the above account number however, XXXX has been changing the account number on a monthly basis. This month the account number is XXXX and previously it was XXXX when the true account number is XXXX. This is a huge violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The second inaccurate information about this account is the late payment that were reported when I was never late. Pursuant to the exclusion section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to be more specific, 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) states that the consumer report does not include information solely as to transactions or experiences ( payment history, Late payments ), between the consumer ( myself ) and the person ( CB/VICTORIA SECRET ) making the report. This is an experience of mine that can not be reported as it violates this section of the act. Additionally pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1666b a credit may NOT treat any payment on an open end consumer credit plan as late.

Account number Date opened XXXX XX/XX/2019 Your company is in direct violation of the FCRA 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) ( 2 ) Exclusions. Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include Subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. You reported transactions from account number XXXX to my consumer report the above section 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the person ( company ) making the report is not included on the consumer report yet you are reporting this information to my consumer report. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) to a consumer report is clear violation of the FCRA. I need the transaction deleted from my consumer report effective immediately.

As balance has been paid down, the minimum payment has been $ XXXX On the most recent payment, the minimum payment went up to $ XXXX without any explanation. I called company, but got no explanation that made sense. They said there was a change in terms that caused an increase in interest rate. I'm not sure how that wold affect minimum payment due. Consumer Complaint: Ulta Beauty Credit Card was at XXXX balance prior to statement date. On the date of statement an " interest fee '' was charged to the XXXX balance. When I asked for them to send me an email explaining the legality of adding interest to a XXXX balance they stated they could not do it however it was a legal valid charge. I asked for the fee to be removed and for them to send me an email stating that it was removed and there would be no further interest added to the account as it was a XXXX balance again. The representative then stated Ulta beauty would not do that as they do not put this information in writing. They did remove the fee.

Consumer Complaint: I applied in store for a 12 month interest free payment plan with Comenity Capital Bank. I was told first payment was due XXXX XXXX. I set up autopay using my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account with payment scheduled of XXXX XXXX First payment was {$130.00} which was 3 times minimum due. Every month I faithfully paid {$130.00} not realizing I was being charged {$40.00} late fees every month. I wasnt aware Comenity wouldnt accept electronic payment from XXXX so a check had to be mailed by XXXX. 12 payments were mailed 4-14 days prior to due date. Comenity posted 1-3 days after due date. Comenity had me set up with e statements that required me to physically sign using a computer, you cant access using phone. They do not email a statement. I received two emails reminding me the next due date but nothing informing me of a late fee. I accrued over {$400.00} in penalties. Comenity wouldnt give me any consideration. I paid remaining balance over phone with debit card and closed account. I just received letter from Comenity saying I still owe {$89.00} and {$40.00} late fees will continue to accrue until I pay yet more. No phone or email information to even discuss with them. Be warned if thinking about using for IKEA or XXXX purchases.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I accepted a new credit card at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL. I received an electronic statement dated XX/XX/XXXX. I erroneously created a billing which had transposed my credit union and bank routing and account numbers and so my payment was returned on the XXXX of XXXX. I was charged late fees and interest before I realized that the account was not paid in full. The XX/XX/XXXX statement ( now more than double the original charge ) was paid in full on the XXXX of XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX statement charged a {$2.00} interest on a " balance of {$24.00} ''? this interest calculation was {$0.00} but the minimum charge of {$2.00} was added to the statement. Knowing that I HAD paid the balance in full, I did not open any statements from Comenity.net/Goodsamrewards. It was not until I started getting frequent phone calls from Comenity, and ultimately messages left. I have documented all of these for you in an XXXX spread sheet Their excessive calls are outside of the law, and as before ( XXXX XXXX ). I have absolutely NO intention of paying this outrageous collection of interest and late fees for a bill paid in full prior to the due date.
