Consumer Complaint: so I have the XXXX XXXX card and I had the 18 months no interest on the account I haven't been getting my statements the last few and I thought I had until XXXX before the big interest payments hit I look at the my credit report a few days ago and to may suprise XXXX payment intersest hits I had no idea it was coming now. I thought I had until the end of XXXX and another thing there cut off times on payment are very very unreasonable where they make it 3 o'clock my time out here which is ridiculous all these payments are made on the same day they are due its not fair they have due at 3 mountain time. the last 2 late payment which total XXXX the XXXX of minimum charges on the account and this XXXX balloon interest they put all on the XX/XX/XXXX when I thought I had until XXXX all unfair so. I made a payment of {$2800.00} which is everything I owe minus the XXXX late fee 6 minimum finance and the XXXX finance balloon they just barley put on there XX/XX/XXXX which is unfair. I just paid the XXXX which is everything I owe minus all this and I ever tried to call and work it our with there customer service who refuses to listen to me and wanted to lift a finger to help they have all there money on the ring that I bought there is no reason they need to be greedy unfair and stick it to me this is paid in full they need to waive all the extra intersest and finance charges and the 2 late fees they are paid in full and they need to work with me, there customer is rude and refuses to help I can afford this extra XXXX especially and they are paid in full there is no reason they need to charge this

Consumer Complaint: I filed complaint # XXXX. The company responded and the case was closed. Their letter in response said my account has a XXXX balance and I am not being charged late fees and interest. Their letter is dated XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/XXXX, the next day they charged another late fee of {$41.00} and interest of {$4.00}. They then issued a statement showing I still owe all of the past late fees and interest. They did nothing to clear up the account. As stated in the original complaint I paid my charges on time over six month ago and they cut a check mailing it back to me. I then paid it again and they cut another check sending the money back to me. I still have not cashed the second check. I've attached the resolution letter, both cfpd 's and Comenity 's, along with the statement I just received. Please note the 4th paragraph, on Comenity 's letter states " As of the date of this letter, the balance on your account is zero. This is not true, as shown in the statement dated XXXX. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I was recently notified by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that an account was added to my credit profile. I did not open the account. I have not applied for or received a credit card from Comenity Capital. I have have not approved any opening of a credit card from this company. All other legitimate creditors have a way to contact them via telephone on my credit report, this company does not. It only has a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am disputing the validity of this credit card account. XXXX has replied to my dispute with them, as reinvestigated and verified, but how? They never communicated with me about the account. They are not providing me proof that I opened the account. Am I just supposed to accept that this account is my account when I know nothing about this company? I have never received anything telling me that the account is open and that I have a credit card with a certain credit limit?

Consumer Complaint: Without my permission or knowledge, on XX/XX/2023, Kay XXXX and Comenity Bank checked my credit, then opened a credit card in my name, sending me a letter dated XX/XX/2023. When I tried to report the fraud, the Comenity Bank person insisted on me providing additional personal information to identify myself as a condition of closing the account. When I refused to add personal information, the " fraud department '' person hung up on me. Clearly they are part of this. I want the account closed, and the fraud reported. Thank you.

So I filled a dispute with my credit card company and provided proof from XXXXXXXX XXXX that this payment was made by providing them a copy of the cashed check for {$2000.00}. Consumer Complaint: i received a letter from comenity bank regarding my XXXX XXXX rewards visa card. the letter stated that they will be closing the account on XX/XX/2022 as they are discontinuing the rewards program. my account was paid in full XX/XX/XXXX, and a {$2.00} fee was paid XX/XX/XXXX. i continued receiving billings for {$2.00} from comenity, which i called them and questioned it and they confirmed my account is closed, but a XXXX XXXX monthly fee is to be charged to keep the account open with a XXXX balance ... but the account is suppose to be closed, not open. i have called multiple times regarding the statements i am receiving, to where one call they processed a refund for {$2.00} which i did receive but have not cashed. i am now receiving a bill in the mail with an XXXX cent credit balance, but does not show where or how this credit balance happened, nor can they tell me how it happened. they are acknowledging the closing of this account but will not officially close this account therefore charging me monthly fees. the billing shows a credit limit of XXXX but a XXXX availability of credit. i just want this account closed with no more statements.

Consumer Complaint: I did not request for my account to be closed with XXXX. Prior to the closure I had 100 % of on time payments. Now I am behind. I am currently not working at the moment and would not want this to affect my overall credit score. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604, section 2 : it also states, a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card under an open and consumer credit fine as late for any purpose.
