Consumer Complaint: A promotional credit card to finance a XXXX bicycle interest free was obtained by Comenity Bank after I paid the balance in full ( see attachments ). The card was transformed into Comenity MasterCard which I had no knowledge of due to the notice emails being classified as spam. Fraudulent purchases were made on the account for months without my knowledge. The account became delinquent from these fraudulent purchases. I attempted 5 phone calls and an email contact with Comenitys fraud department. Four of the calls were disconnected after a few rings and the fifth was disconnected after being on hold for 45 minutes when transferred from their collections department. I have explained the situation multiple times without resolution. My credit score has been negatively effected by this mistake and continued negligence on behalf of Comenity establishing an account I never consented to. Please help me resolve this issue, I have filed disputes with XXXX ( attached ) regarding my credit report and also filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. In the ten years my report covers, I have never had a late payment prior to this issue.

Consumer Complaint: The account ( XXXX ) is showing on my consumer report as a charge-off. It is illegal to furnish income on a consumer report. A charge-off according to the IRS is income, and you must file a 1099-C. As it stands, I have not received a copy of this form. Remove this information from my consumer report immediately. My rights as a consumer are protected under Title 15 Chapter 41. 15 USC 1601 highlights the consumers informed use of credit. At the time that I entered this alleged consumer credit transaction, I was uninformed and did not understand as the information was not clear and conspicuous. The agreement is null and void due to my lack of understanding because of your companys lack of full disclosure.

Consumer Complaint: Hello I have reached out many times to Comenity Bank XXXX. They are really hard to get a hold of on the phone and when you send a private message in your mailbox they reply with a generic message and never get back to you to solve your problem. I discussed with a representative on a recorded line and even after two different times. I agreed to pay off my card balance in return for them to remove me from 30 days late. Again now they are reporting me 60 days late with is so inaccurate as I was never 60 days late if you see the payment date and the month they reported me 60 days late. I was supposed to get this removed from my credit report from all three credit bureaus as promised by 3 different agents, and it's still showing up on my credit report. I am tired of going back and forth on this. Can someone please help me get this error fixed? I want this removed from all three credit Bureaus I lost XXXX points on my credit do to this.

When I XXXX it, I found this is the Sephora credit card, but I never applied for this card and have not even applied for any other credit card or loan since last 6 months. Consumer Complaint: I received statement In XX/XX/. Billing cycle end XX/XX/, payment due XX/XX/ with balance due XXXX. I paid entire balance XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Come mitt assessed a {$2.00} minimum interest charge on the XX/XX/ statement even though the account at that time had a XXXX balance. This is contrary to the terms of the account which I have from the time of the opening. Because I was under the impression that I had a XXXX balance, which I did I did not evaluate to make further payments. Comenity continued to charge me late fees and interest on late fees on that two dollar balance that should not have been assessed to me in the first place. I did not realize until they started calling me in XX/XX/ that I even had any of these charges because again, I never should have been assessed the XXXX dollar fee in XX/XX/ in the first place. My credit report now indicates that I have a serious delinquency 60 day late payment from this creditor. When I contacted Comenity via phone, they reversed the late charges, but told me that I owed them XXXX dollars which I paid immediately just to be finished with the situation. I also at that time requested that they account be closed which they still have not done. Now strangely, on my open account, I have a credit of XXXX cents. Additionally, I have attempted to dispute this through XXXX, and nothing happened.

Consumer Complaint: Since I received this credit card in XXXX I have not received the 5x rewards promised in the card agreement when using the card at XXXX XXXX. In XXXX when I contacted XXXX regarding missing 5x rewards ( I had received 1x ) XXXX reviewed my account and then manually posted the 5x rewards. In XXXX XXXX advised me that Comenity Bank had a technical problem and would post the rewards within the few weeks after my purchases in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The 5x rewards were never posted. When I followed up, I was told that Comenity Bank would solve this problem. When I contacted Comenity Bank I received vague comments about technical problems that were being addressed. I also received generic emails from Comenity Bank advising that they were addressing technical problems. This seems to continue for month after month without any resolution. I made purchases at XXXX using the XXXX card due to the 5x rewards that are prominently featured throughout the local store and online. I am baffled as to why I only receive 1x rewards and have received no solution from XXXX or Comenity Bank. I followed the terms of the card agreement and I expect the same from XXXX and Comenity Bank. The purchases that are missing the 5x rewards were made on XX/XX/XXXX ( missing XXXX points ), XX/XX/XXXX ( missing XXXX points ), and XX/XX/XXXX ( missing XXXX points ). While the dollar amounts are not large it is a benefit I was told that I would receive. No one at Comenity Bank or XXXX has taken a leadership, customer-oriented role in helping me solve this so that my ongoing efforts for the 5x rewards were not needed. Instead, I have been essentially brushed off when I have requested help.
