For the past two months, when I attempt to access my account through XXXX XXXX website, an error message is received stating their systems are not available. When this happens, I am unable able to pay my bill on the XXXX as intended. I am forced to make a payment over the phone and incur a {$9.00} fee for doing so. This has happened to many people ( per postings on their XXXX ) and is happening to my husband who is a card holder on his own XXXX XXXX account. I feel they are intentionally shutting down their systems forcing customers to pay by phone to generate revenue.

Consumer Complaint: I spoke with a comenity bank representative on XX/XX/XXXX to make a late payment that I had not received a statement for and had unfortunately forgotten I had charged the card therefore not logging in to make the payment. I requested to make the payment in full of XX/XX/XXXX {$70.00} was withdrawn from my bank account. Today XX/XX/XXXX I received and statement that I owe {$72.00} and I am 2 months late when I had requested to make a full payment and have had no other purchases since that moment. I called to explain to them that I should not owe any money and they claim I only paid my statement partially which is not accurate if I requested to pay in full. The representative than stated that the billing cycle ends on the XXXX and added the late fee. The bill was late on XX/XX/XXXX but then wouldnt the late fee already be applied to the balance I requested to pay on XX/XX/XXXX?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a purchase at XXXX for {$17.00} ( Including Cal Tax ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I returned the item with full refund and bought another item for {$58.00} ( Ca tax not included ). Therefore, the new receipt should be ( $ XXXX {$17.00} ) + Cal Tax The correct bill should be : {$40.00} + Ca Tax XXXX + {$3.00} The correct bill should be {$43.00}. Here attached are the related transactions. As soon as I noticed Comenity Capital/Sephora overcharged me, I took my receipts and confronted the manager at XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca. Unfortunately, the manager said they don't take care of errorneous billings. So, I tried to contact Comenity Capital in writings on XXXX. Unfortunately, they did not take much action to correct it. They responded in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX saying they will take 90 days to investigate and at the same time, they keep sending me new bills with piling interest on my account and reported my account as delinquent at XXXX.This kind of action is very unethical. This is a harassment. I am willing to pay what I owe, which is {$43.00}. See attachments.

In accordance with the fair credit reporting act this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681, section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15 USCS 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer plan as late for any purpose.
