Consumer Complaint: A company on my credit report named XXXX XXXX is not mine. Per XXXX the original creditor is Comenity Capital Bank. Then it also shows XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX year date. From its name, I am assuming it's an apartment complex. I'm in my 60 's and have owned and lived in a house since 1994. I have never used Comenity Capital Bank. XXXX XXXX has been calling my personal and work number the past 3 months on a weekly, daily, and sometimes multiple times per day. They would call from as early as XXXX and as late as XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is purposefully trying to alter my credit score in a negative way because I have previously filed a complaint against them for incorrect information. My commenity bank buckle account is not a charge off the account is paid in full. I have the paperwork here to support that. Since I filed a dispute on XXXX a month or so ago they have purposefully lowered my credit rating XXXX points and then again XXXX points, even though I have taken my credit utilization below 30 % and paid all my bills on time. They currently list my available credit at 100 % and yet they keep lowering my score. This is not correct business practice. My husband and I are trying to buy a house and I believe that XXXX is purposefully targeting me and altering my credit report. My commenity bank buckle account was paid in full and closed in XXXX. The correct wording needs to be applied to my account and it is not a charge off. My XXXX XXXX is not a change off either. I have disputed both of these accounts before in the past and they have corrected the information, then in the last few days XXXX has decided to purposely alter my credit report to harm me. They are doing this on purpose and they are doing bad business and affecting my life in a negative way. I have worked very hard the last two years to improve my credit score and pay off my debts. The other two credit bureaus reflect the correct information and they have improved my score to both over XXXX currently and reflect the right information as of now. This is abuse by XXXX and I am really hurt and frustrated. Please look into their behaviors and this error. This is not fair or correct

There are two fraudulent acts taking place on my account. Someone tried to open up an account for the purpose of sporting goods. Where my name wasnt used but, my social security and date of birth was but, when life lock reached out to the company who, would have provided the credit. The Comenity Capital BankXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was unable to review the account information due to the name not being the same but, it was reported to the credit bureaus behind my social security number. My social security number seems to be on the XXXX market and someone is impersonating me with my email address beginning in my name XXXX. The sole purpose for the life lock with XXXX is so, when anything is going on under my identity there company is able to see it sooner and work with me timely to avoid this situation because its affecting me from receiving housing, employment and its a problem.

Consumer Complaint: I rented a dress from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I returned the dress via USPS instead of XXXX. There were no instructions included and it was very unclear. By the time I retrieved the dress back and got it to the XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX charged my credit card for the full amount of the dress itself. XXXX XXXX XXXX received the dress back but has never credited my credit card. I put a formal dispute in with my credit card company and am still waiting on their results of investigation. I have called them numerous times and emailed, with no avail. I placed the rental order on XX/XX/2022. I rented the dress XX/XX/XXXX. They received the dress back and it is in their possession. The credit card that it was billed on is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card. I was billed by XXXX for {$1200.00} on XX/XX/2022 and a late fee on top of this for {$53.00} on XX/XX/2022. I blame my credit card for not dealing with this issue.

Then I saw comenity capital bank/bed ; I googled it and it was for bed bath and beyond which is not even in our town. I closed the account through credit karma. However there is still a balance and damage to my credit score. Im going to try and call them and see if I can pay it, and find out how this happened. But i want this to not happen again.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Bank late charges when account was paid on time that are error & fraud by Comenity Bank because I wasnt late. I have already filed complaint with XXXX & Alabama Consumer Complaint. There are hundreds of other victims per XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with same problem I was advised by XXXX I made purchase XX/XX/2022 and returned few items I was over charged for 2 items. I was credited with some of the items but its still not correct. I paid account in full of {$48.00} on XX/XX/2022 on phone payment. I had {$30.00} late fee pop up on my account which was paid on time. I thought it would resolve and be removed that it was just billing error. Comenity Collection Department keeps adding fees and placed over at XXXX Credit Bureau as late not paid lowering my score from XXXX to XXXX. Now Comenity Bank has harassing calls daily 24/7 and text. I have erased most of their calls but saved a few of recent harassment. I could pay the fee but I dont owe fee. Im seeking lawsuit and penalties fir Comenity Bank for fraudulent transactions that others at XXXX XXXX XXXX has noted as a consumer problem.

I went on XXXX to find company then message then message Forever 21 they sent " Hey Forever 21 credit card accounts are issued by Comenity Capital Bank we're unable to check if you have an account. Please reach out to Comenity Capital Bank customer service for further details atXXXX ( TDD/TTY : XXXX ). XXXX at Forever 21. " I called number machine asking for last 4 digits of my social security. I waited for agent woman sounded foreign asked for my address I told her. Then asked for my last 4 digits social security then I hung up. I never shopped forever 21 I don't have no credit card. Please check them out seem scam.
