The amount I paid off was {$24.00}, now Wayfair / Comenity are stating I owe {$170.00} in late fees. This is incorrect an unjust enrichment. I pay my bills timely and correctly you can check my credit report. I refuse to be extorted for fees that don't belong to me. Consumer Complaint: Comenity BankXXXXXXXX is reporting derogatory information onto my consumer report that needs to be removed. I didn't give consent to Comenity BankXXXX to share my information with a non affiliate third party entity. The Gramm Leech Bliley Act 15 USC 6801 says that a financial institution must protect against unauthorized access or use of such nonpublic personal information which could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any consumer. 15 USC 6802 also state that Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title. Per 15 USC 6803 ; XXXX XXXX did not clearly and conspicuously give me the option to opt-out of credit reporting as it states in the Gramm Leech Bliley Act. I am asking XXXX XXXX to Cease and Desist all communications through any and all mediums unless it is for a specified remedy that I am invoking. The term " Communications '' through any and all mediums would be telephone, email, social media and any consumer report listed but not limited to : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX This notice is pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. The term Communication pursuant to 15 USC 1692a ( 2 ) means the conveying of information regarding a debt directly or indirectly to any person through any medium. The alleged debt is reporting onto my consumer report which is a form of communication and I need this account removed. This is also a direct violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) as my consumer report is my reputation and because this derogatory account is being reported and causing harm to my reputation I am entitled to compensation under 15 USC 1692 ( k ) of monetary relief of ( {$1000.00} )

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a check payment to Comenity Bank in the amount of {$120.00} for my Loft All Rewards card. In XXXX of XXXX I received a bill stating I only paid them {$5.00}. I was told I needed to start a dispute which was opened in XXXX. Between XXXX of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. I sent them a letter from my Credit Union showing the check had been converted to an ACH payment and the check had cleared my account on XXXX XXXX for {$120.00}, a copy of the ACH file and finally of the copy of the check that the credit union had to put in a request for. I called Comenity several time spending at least an hour on every call getting transferred to people that were unable to help me, even one night getting disconnected four times. I was told there was no way to be transferred to the dispute department as they don't have a direct line. On XXXX XXXX I received a letter saying that my dispute was closed and that the legal line on my check read {$5.00} which does not match with the check that was cleared by Comenity bank on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX.They have been charging me late fees every month and reported me for not paying the fees that I feel I do not owe and have now charged off the card for over {$350.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Hi there is the issue with XXXX capital bank, the issuer of XXXX card for XXXX XXXX XXXX photo. I've gotten multiple emails from XXXX XXXX XXXX indicating the full amount has been refunded all they said to indicated the reference number to XXXX credit card or commenity bank I have e-mailed commenity bank several times but therewas no response, some one from commneity bank said I should ask XXXX XXXX XXXX customer service to call the bank and indicate that the amount is refunded I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they denied to that.laterI was trying to purchase something, and the customer service agent said he has gotten an authorization from his supervisor, and he will be calling the bank to get authorization. And that was a long time ago. Then again, I called the commenity bank customer service and based on the supervisor advice, I disputed the charges, less than a week later I got in a statement with more interest than late fees. This bank has so many many red flags and negative response on. XXXX I've been trying to resolve this issue for a very long time, with XXXX and XXXX. Based on XXXX XXXX. The account is closed, and everything has been resolved. But for some than XXXX and experience, can not resolve this issue.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 fraudulent account with commenity bank/Ulta was opened. On XX/XX/2023 I contacted the bank and notified that this account was fraud and opened due to identity theft. Bank promised to removed, it took multiple calls to finally receive a letter in the mail that this account is fraud and it will be removed. This account is still reporting to my XXXX credit burea as closed account.The credit Bureau refuses to remove it and Commenity bank is not willing to escalate this issues. Please I want this account and inquiry to be removed immediately since XXXX and XXXX. removed it immediately. It has been over 90 days and this account is still reporting. Commenity bank is very hard to deal with and the are not consumers friendly. This issue should be escalate since I already attempted multiple time to resolve this issue if not I will seek legal action against bank and XXXX. Thank you.
