Consumer Complaint: On Monday, XX/XX/2023 I went to a dental implant called XXXX XXXX XXXX. They had me fill out an application for a loan. I was approved for {$3600.00} dollars. but I was not approved for additional funding. the procedure was {$45000.00}. So my husband and I decided not to get the treatment that same day. Later that month, I received a bill from XXXXXXXX XXXX for {$3600.00} stating I owed that amount and must make a minimum payment of {$65.00}. I called them immediately on XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX to ask them why are they charging me this amount since I never had anything done. They said to call XXXX and tell them to correct the charges. Now XXXX XXXX has reported me to the credit bureau as a late payment while they are investigating a dispute I filed with them.

Consumer Complaint: Went to dentist I was told I needed an XXXX on one tooth. Had the tooth started and dentist put in the screw for the XXXX and it became XXXX. Then Covid-19 hit and I had several appointments that they cancelled. Over 9 months went by i called the dentist again and again I was told the tooth was completed by I had no tooth on the screw at that time. So I had to get the work finished by another dentist. The new dentist called and they also told them it was finished and gave them a hard time on finding the information from them to finish the tooth. Finally they were able to finish it costing me {$1700.00}. I stopped paying the first credit dental payments so I could pay the other dentist that finished the tooth. Last year I had to get the tooth fixed again due to XXXX costing another {$2000.00}. I have contacted the company and the dentist but they refuse to make any changes. Now the credit card company has ruined my credit and up the cost do to extra interest for no payment. The bank of the credit card keeps calling with an automated system to call them. I called and told them repeatedly that the tooth was never completed by that dentist they tell me I have to take the dentist to court. I have dental record and receipts for the work done. This original dentist has no record of the tooth being completed.

Consumer Complaint: Disputed with Comenity for an Ulta and Victoria Secret Credit Cards on XX/XX/23. Company received my disputes on XX/XX/23 as it shows according to the certified mail. It is now XX/XX/23 and I've yet to hear back from the company with a solution. The company agreed to remove from credit report but did not keep agreement after receiving payment. The FCRA gives the company 30 days to respond, I have not gotten a response. I've contacted the company multiple times via phone and certified mail.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account from commenity bank account number XXXX has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I would like the late payment reported to the credit buraus to be changed to paid as agreed on time.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX credit card statement lists a Late Payment Warning as follows : " If we do not receive your minimum payment by ___date___ you may have to pay up to a {$40.00} late fee. " This sentence does not specify a time deadline on the given date. But apparently there IS a time deadline of XXXX XXXX. It is mentioned in the very tiny fine print on the back side of the last page of the statement -- not something people tend to look at. My complaint is that this is intentionally misleading! People like myself who login online and make payment on the due date at say XXXX XXXX, are then unsuspectingly hit with a late fee. Because I knew I had paid on time, I did not realize until much later that I had incurred a late fee. By that time, I had incurred an additional late fee for the late fee! XXXX should be more transparent about their payment deadline, and they should not be allowed to charge late fees if they make the above statement without any specification of a TIME deadline on the due date.

Consumer Complaint: Paid off XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 - received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that my acccount has been paid off in full with a {$0.00} remaining balance. XXXX has been reporting that I have a balance on account that is constantly changing. No other charges have been made since the account was paid off. Every time I call to dispute and ask why, they tell me they will clear out the balance and all should be taken care of - and then the next month I will receive another statement with some sort of balance. This has been going on for over a year and has affected my credit.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 there was a hard credit inquiry that was submitted to my credit report. The company listed is XXXX XXXX. I first contacted XXXX and they gave me the full name of the company. They do credit applications for people that want to pay for glasses through a payment plan. I recently purchased glasses so I thought that it was valid. Then I contacted my optomistrists office and asked them why the submitted a hard inquiry when I didnt authorize it. They said that they dont use XXXX XXXXXXXX.I contacted Comenity Bank who is the bank behind the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX None of these companies have any applications listed under either my name or social security number. However, my name is connected to this company in some way. I have contacted XXXX XXXX and they have no information about this. I have asked Comenity Bank to remove the credit application and mark that it was an unauthorized hard inquiry. They will then sent it to the credit bureau so the credit bureau can remove the inquiry.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with comenity and I paid the balance off in full in XX/XX/2023 then I started receiving collections calls the calls were even going to my husband that had no relationship with this credit card in no way ... they proceed to harass him and gave him all the information about my credit card and that I owe a balance. I picked up his phone to answer this call one day and ask for them to put his number on the DO NOT CAll list because there's no way they should be sharing my info..I eventually spoke with a representative on the week of XX/XX/2023 who assured me that the balance was interest and late fee after the payoff.she assured me that her manager will bring the account to XXXX and close the account but instead she only refunded one late fee and sent my info to the credit buearer which impacted my credit negatively and as a XXXX XXXX this is not good for me professionally. I constantly tried calling the number on the back of the credit card which always cuts off and no representative is available.XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ... after built up frustration I called the number that called my husband 's phone and spoke with a gentleman on XX/XX/2023 which was so rude ..I asked for him to pull the phone conversation for the week of XX/XX/XXXX so that they could see that the representative assured me that the balance was brought to XXXX and that I would receive a confirmation in the mail ... he said he can't check the phone conversation but he'll ask his manager to check and in the meantime I have to pay the balance ... mine you I already paid over {$2000.00} to payoff the credit card ... I asked to speak with the manager then he hung up the phone ... while I'm here suffering because this was reported on my credit and dropped it drastically..please help because I have no money left to pay on this credit card and to my dismay the customer service number on the back of the card doesn't even work... I feel like I'm being scammed and swindle the credit card is called Comenity and the number on the back of the card is XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX open a credit card I felt the promotion was just good enough. I used the card for 4 months which my auto pay payed my balance in full because I have spent the last five years doing everything to make improveme my credit score which was went fron XXXX to XXXX two months ago the credit bureau sent me an alert the the dropped my credit score by XXXX points. I couldnt even understand how that could happen. I learn that this credit card which I used for about 4 months was charging me interest and finance fee when I had a XXXX balance. They reported me to the credit agency for interest when I had no balance for $ {$2.00}. So dig further if they illegally charged me fees why didnt my auto pay it. I have spent 2 weeks being transferred hung up on and no one can give me an answer. So i contact the head of finance if ceasers place meanwhile one of the 20 people I spoke to had credited my account for all past fees. Right there theyre admitting fault. But as I go deeper with this head of finance ask him why I never received my promotional points he tell me that were never linked to my credit card. I say impossible Im looking at my card they are engraved under the account number. Then I ask him why the phone number printed on the back of card linked to the bank that issued this card did this to me he says thats not our bank I told him I just recieved a new card yesterday and still says that thats there bank. I tell as a consumer we have the right to know these thing. That fact that your sending me a card that has a bank listed on it. And my rewards number on it and ruin my credit because you iilleag
