Consumer Complaint: My XXXX was just recently final and I was in a very toxic, XXXX XXXX I had zero control of bills, emails or anything of importance. After I escaped and filed for XXXXXXXX I started getting letters in the mail from all different credit card companies. Here to find out these were open Freudianly from my XXXX XXXX and he had all the statements coming paperless. My attorney has filed contempt charges and fraud charges are reported also. The XXXX credit reports are attached that show all these XXXX cards in my name and they were not opened nor used by me. This is causing a major problem as I am receiving calls non stop and even to my employer. Can you please help with this?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I used my Sony Visa Credit Card issued by Comenity Bank to made a purchase of {$32.00} at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately, the merchant ( located in another country ) mistakenly charged my credit card THREE separate times, instead of just once. I promptly disputed the two extra charges ( {$32.00} each, for a total of {$65.00} ) with my credit card company and provided a full explanation with documentation and a receipt. Comenity Bank took 90 days to investigate. On XX/XX/2023, I received a formal letter stating that I am not responsible for the disputed amount and that they had made a correction to my account. However, no correction was made. No credit was issued. I have called Comenity Bank multiple times and have messaged them online multiple times. They have still not resolved this issue. I want my money back for the two extra charges of {$32.00} that total {$65.00}. I have attached my credit card statement that shows three repeated charges from XXXX XXXX XXXX, which are captured on paged 1 and 2. I have also attached the letter from Comenity Bank, stating that I am not responsible for the disputed amount.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Comenity Capital ) for XXXX. I was talked into opening an account and was told I would not be charged interest until 6 months after I opened my account if my balance was not paid off. I opened my account XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of XXXX. I didnt receive a XXXX statement and the XXXX statement did not have interest. My XXXX statement had interest charges of {$23.00}. XXXX interest charges are XXXX and XXXX is {$17.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a message inquiring about the interested charges. I have a letter from the credit card company saying that my account is currently subjected to special terms which my account is not. I spoke with a customer services representative, who then transferred me to a supervisor who stated they could not do anything for me. They can not refund the interested rate because they are the credit card company not the merchant. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The only reason I signed up for the account is because I was told that it would be 6 months interest free.

I inquired with the Bank back in XXXX and still waiting for a resolution. The marketing of the cash back reward appears as a deceptive practice as the reward is not paid in a reasonable time frame and resolving is taking an unreasonable time at this point. Perhaps their practice is to delay, delay in hoping cardholders will just close the card without receiving the reward.

Consumer Complaint: I never received a bill due XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX Comentity Visa and was told nothing was sue for that date. I had paid the bill due XX/XX/XXXX in full but was charged interest because the credit card company had not received it in time, although I had mailed the payment on XX/XX/XXXX. The credit card company removed the interest charge for XXXX because I argued that it invites payments by mail and I can not control the speed of the mail delivery. Similiarly, it is not my fault that I didn't receive the XXXX bill and even though I called the credit card company, they said nothing was due. I disputed the bill XX/XX/XXXX and only paid the amount that I calculated was due. I was later mailed the bill that was actually due XX/XX/XXXX weeks later. Because I did not pay the full amount due for XXXX, even though I questioned the bill and was not provided a full itemization of charges until a copy of the XXXX XXXX was sent, I was still charged interest. I demand that all interest penalties and late fees be returned to me and that the credit card company report to all credit rating bureaus that all of my payments have always been current.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received letters about three credit card accounts or applications that I did not apply for, including two letters from Comenity Capital Bank ( one on behalf of XXXX 's and one on behalf of XXXX ). I contacted Comenity immediately ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) to notify them of the fraudulent activity in my name. I also placed a fraud alert on my credit file and I filed an Identity Theft Report with the Federal Trade Commission ( Report # XXXX ). I was also alerted by my employer that I was the victim of a data breach in XX/XX/XXXX that exposed my personal information ( including my Social Security Number ). Comenity Bank indicated that they would initiate an investigation of the account. In early XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that they found no basis to support my claim of fraud and will commence forwarding statements.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased merchandise from Diamonds International on XXXX XXXX. I returned the merchandise back to Diamonds International and they received the merchandise back on XXXX XXXX. I have a XXXX proof of delivery that XXXX from Diamonds International signed for the returned merchandise. I notified Comenity Bank and opened a dispute in XXXX of XXXX Since then nothing has been resolved. Comenity Bank will not help and Diamonds International will not credit my account to Comenity Bank. Diamonds International says that they can not find the merchandise that was returned and Comenity Bank has reported my account to the credit bureaus resulting in a lower credit score. Both Comenity Bank and Diamonds International have been given the XXXX proof of delivery tracking number but are continuing to do nothing to resolve the issue. Please help me to get this problem resolved and my credit repaired with the credit bureaus.
