Issue: Getting a line of credit
Subissue:
Consumer Complaint: Due to the fraudulent accounts on my credit report that are taking forever to get removed my credit score isn't the highest. I've called them and sent a letter letting them know they are breaking the law and violating the ECOA they have denied it every time. Also, I've tried rescinding my application because I don't want them to securitize it, pool, then trade it. They won't rescind it. They're with holding my securities and they can't deny my OWN credit.

Issue: Closing an account
Subissue: Company closed your account
Consumer Complaint: There was a checks deposited into my Bank of America account. I called them to report that I did not deposit the check and they froze the account or me and said that they would investigate. Unfortunately my work checks were still being direct deposited into that account and they said it would take 45 days for them to complete and investigation and that I would have no access to my fundas until the investigation was completed. I told them that I could not wait and had bills to pay so they closed my account and sent me a cashiers check which was fine but they also reported me to XXXXXXXX XXXX for suspicion of fraud even though they admit to not completing any investigation. I want them to immediately remove me from XXXXXXXX XXXX. How is it lawful to report suspension of fraud without completing an investigation, and when i spoke to XXXXXXXX XXXX they said that when items are reported they add them to the fole and that they do not require proof that the item it true or false. The woman I spoke with at XXXX XXXX name is XXXX and her employee ID # is XXXX.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem accessing account
Consumer Complaint: I needed to see when I bought a product some years ago. So, I went to online banking and searched for the vendor ( XXXX XXXX ) that I bought it from, since i used a debit card. The search only goes back 18 months, so I figured that I should just download old statements, but they wanted me to download all old statements month by month for years on end. They refused to provide either an XXXX to script this, or provide a single download that I can then search myself. This seems to me to either be incompetency ( it is very easy to provide such a download if you have access to the system 's back end and are a XXXX I am a XXXX XXXX ), or an intentional attempt to restrict access to my information. Neither of these is acceptable.

Consumer Complaint: I had an unauthorized transaction on my Bank of America credit card on XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$620.00}. I've filed a chargeback with Bank of America regarding the charge and it was denied because the transaction matches " previous charges I've had with XXXX XXXX ''. I have purchased from XXXX XXXX before and made several purchase for XXXX. The {$620.00} does not match any of my online or in store transactions. Bank of America refuses to investigate further and will not refund my {$620.00}. I've contacted XXXX XXXX and they can not help with anything associated with the charge because it was not through a XXXX XXXX credit card and have asked me to contact Bank of America.
