When you change the address you have to sign for it with the post office. 2. You provide copies of everything except proof from the postal service that a change by me or XXXX XXXX was requested. 3. If an address change was requested, then why were the mortgage statements, 1099s, and other correspondence from BOA still coming to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Va XXXX? 4. In XXXX, when I spoke with your Bank rep, in search of my 1099 to file taxes, he said the address had been changed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Indiana. Please note that the first part of the address is the property address and the city and state portion of the address are where XXXX XXXX currently resides. This looks suspicious. 5. In your response to the XXXX inquiry, you admitted in your response that I was a victim of " fraud. '' I never requested to change the address. I will swear to this in any court of law. Please provide the proof. I think you are not being truthful, but I know your security and access logs for that account will tell the truth. Will you provide the access and security logs for the XXXX - present? If you are being truthful, then the access and security logs for this account will reflect that. Please let me know if i have to create a formal request and mail it to the address located in your letter dated XXXX XXXX XXXX

In the bank of America app, I was able to change the mailing address but I was not able to change the physical address. And I contacted bank of america customer service, they told me I need to go in a financial center in person in order to change the physical address. I went in on XX/XX/2023, at XXXX, and one manager assisted me and he told me he successfully changed my physical address. That's a lie. Because I found out two days later my physical address is not updated. Then I called them again, and this time one customer service told me the manager from Bank of America didn't do nothing and I am not able to change my physical address because my physical address was oversea when I set up the account 5 years ago. And now they told me I can not change my address, because I am a XXXX XXXX. Although I don't own the propoerty, why should I keep the same address? Bank of America lied to me and discriminated against XXXX XXXX Why ameicans can change address but legal XXXX can not? I need them to appologize for wasting my working hours, lying to me and discriminating against XXXX XXXX And I want to change the physical address.

Consumer Complaint: Bank Of America prepaid is a complete fraud! I made two disputes because I didnt realize there were more charges from the same company that was fraudulently taking money out of my account. My first dispute was resolved in my favor, and then the second one was denied. How is that even possible? Because it was for a larger amount that they didnt want to pay? It was from the same exactly company that they found was in my favor for the first dispute. I am now in the process of a 45 day review to look at the decision. This is ridiculous!!!! I want my money back!!!! Look into the situation like you are paid to do, otherwise I will be taking steps further to ensure this gets resolved!

The money got caught in the ATM machine on the XXXX XXXX, the following day I opened a claim to have the money refunded, a process that takes 10-40 days. Due to the length of time I was told a temporary value was going to appear in the account while the claim processed however that temporary value has still not appeared for me. I was planning to pay rent, pay bills and pay for living things as they happen around me. Needing to wait such a long period of time makes it so that my life needs to stop happening. Is the bank willing to pay for late fees when I can't make rent? Of Course not.

As the consumer and their neglect to the agreed contractual terms plus more than XXXX years to abide by agreed terms is unreasonable. Bank of America assigned a property to themselves attaching my original mortgage claiming I borrowed {$76000.00} dollars on XX/XX/XXXX and that is not true and can be proven. Then Bank of America sold in a Pool Servicing Agreement bundled unsure of what series gave XXXX Master Participation a property they did not own and that should be considered criminal. XXXX was violated RESPA was violated I have requested on numerous occasions the following : Qualified Written Request ( QWR ) which has never been provided a MERS milestone report and Every dated transfer including when XXXX XXXX gave them ownership to transfer to another investor I also want to know the investors Ie : XXXX ( what is the full name and when they became the investor and all others and I want to know the securities series XXXX under which Bank of America sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX with as servicer XXXX especially when Bank of America had nothing to sell to them XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nonetheless this Ponzi Scheme needs to be halted and there must be some agency that can help me. I have hit XXXX brick wall after another, spoke with many XXXX and decided to hire an Attorney to find out what the another hired Attorney was doing which none of XXXX have anything to clean up the now clouded title by these predators to unjustly enrich themselves with false affidavits to line their pockets. I guess they figure if the banks and servicers can profiteer so should the Attorney foreclosure mill and XXXX appointed by the court. Moreover, I thought you had to be over XXXX to write an affidavit for it to be a legal document. Bank of America created this catastrophe and my mission is to stop the thievery, I did not do this they did it to me and legal action is more than required they have stolen my home with judicial assistance. I am a consumer and I should have rights that are adhered to please secure the requested documents mentioned above and direct me further. I travel for work and go backpacking a lot so I was not able to do a complete audit of my bank account spendings until I was done traveling, so I did not notice the fraudulent expenses until a few months after. At the time of the charges from XXXX I had been backpacking the XXXX XXXX and was not in a place where I could be constantly checking my bank account.
