Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I was going to lease a house and wired a security deposit and first//last month rent to XXXX XXXX XXXX via my Bank of America account XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX I signed the lease agreement and the property was never made available. upon finding out the property was not available and realizing it was a scam I contacted Bank of America and filed a fraud claim on XXXX. I provided Bank of America with all the documents I received, lease agreement, information on the person that put the property for lease and all their bank information. Bank of America initiated a fraud claim. I constantly called to get updates and Bank of America XXXX and fraud department wound tell me that they needed to extend the investigation. After months of not hearing from them I called on XXXX and spoke to XXXX in the Check and XXXX Department and she XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX case was closed and my funds were not recovered. Bank of America never sent me any notice or kept updated on the investigation. Amount lost : {$11000.00} Claim Number : XXXX On XX/XX/2023 I was contacted by XXXX XXXX Resolution XXXX at XXXX of XXXX XXXX She told XXXX Bank of America is not going to get my money back from XXXX bank. She stated I can call XXXX Bank and ask for my money back. I contacted XXXX Bank and was told these claims are handle bank to bank. I was told by XXXX bank I can not do anything and to have my bank contact XXXX Bank. Bank of America is giving me inaccurate information in an effort to circumvent returning my money and closing my claim.

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America closed XXXX of my credit accounts due to inactivity on my accounts. Last activity was XX/XX/2021. I had XXXX Balances on both card. I had used these card XXXX year they were my oldest card. I only received letters that accounts were closed due to inactivity no other notification no warning that i should use my card other vise would close. This now caused my credit score to drop XXXX points. Which also affecting my line of credit for my business. This caused my credit history length to shortened some XXXX years. Why would not receive a notice at least. I had been royal client. I am looking for my legal rights as a credit card holder. I feel like I am being discriminated. Their action with out any notice damage my score deeply. They are telling me they won't be able to re open my account. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I deposited a check and a money order in the Bank of America ATM in XXXX, MO. ATM ID XXXX. The money order was {$640.00} and the check was {$22.00}. Later that day I saw the entire deposit wasn't credited on my online acct.. Went to Bank of America and spoke to a Teller. She said there was nothing they could do for me and that they would be mailing the money order back to me and then I could redeposit. A couple days later I received a letter from Bank of America stating the ATM deposit couldn't be deposited because it wa n't a valid check and that they would be mailing the item back to me in XXXX to 10 days. On XX/XX/XXXX I called the number on my bank statement to inquire about the missing money order as instructed by the letter. ( reference # XXXX. ) The Bank of America representative told me they destroyed the money order and that there is nothing they could do to help me. They instructed me to tell the person that gave me the money order to have the money order payment stopped and reissue a money order. If they had returned the money order to me like they said they would I would have been able to redeposit the money. Since they destroyed it I'm out {$640.00} and XXXX, who issued the money order just made {$640.00}. What a joke. We are closing our accounts with Bank of America.

Claim # is XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX another unauthorized transfer was made on the same account again with the amount of {$4800.00}, and I found out the bank had credited me the {$4800.00} two day ago on XX/XX/XXXX, now left me with {$0.00} cent on my account, so I filed another claim, clam # is XXXX After two months later 0n XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from Bank of America saying that they are unable to approve my recent claim and the credit of {$4800.00} will be removed on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX now my account is negative $ - XXXX, I call them to reopen my claim, but this time they gave me a new claim number because of their new system, the claim # is XXXX. And later on they kept debit and credit back and forth. On XX/XX/XXXX credited {$4800.00} On XX/XX/XXXX debited {$4800.00} On XX/XX/XXXX credited {$4800.00}. It seems like they credited my second claim {$4800.00} but denied my first claim {$4800.00}, I kept calling the bank almost once a week, but each of them told me different, XXXX told me my claim is at the back office, another told me my claim is pending and another told me my claim is denied, I need to reopen it, I even asked for the bank fraud department supervisor to help me out, let me talk to some one directly so I can explain my case. No one called or contacted me. It seems like the bank has mixup since I have two unauthorized transfer and the amount almost identical in the same month with two claims. Its almost two years now, it seemed like the bank doesnt want to credit me back the money the government put it there and its taken out by some unauthorized transfer.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, a Bank XXXXf American balance transfer promotion was offered to me with 0 % rate on an existing card. I always pay my monthly purchases in full. I was told that I could get the balance transfer and as long as monthly I paid full purchases PLUS minimum payment, then I would not incur any monthly interest. I was suspicious and asked multiple ways whether I understood her correctly and she reassured me that monthly purchases PLUS min payment would not incur me any interest. In XXXX, they charged me interest, I complained, it was escalated and a 'manager ' repeated the above guidance ( monthly purchases PLUS min payment meant no interest ) and credited me the interest. In XXXX, they charged me interest again, I complained, it was escalated to a different 'manager ' who again repeated the above guidance and said she'd credit me and that it took 2 cycles for the 0 % to go through. I never got the XXXX credit and when I called again, a 'manager ' named XXXX said the XXXX credit request was rejected and that the above guidance ( i.e. monthly purchases PLUS min payment ) was not accurate. They had a record of my complaints but still continued to give me inaccurate guidance. I informed him that three different Bank of America employees misrepresented this offer ( as indicated by notes on the account ) and he said he could do nothing.

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America Their attorney ( XXXX means XXXX and XXXX ) Their lawyer ( XXXX means XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX name XXXX XXXX XXXX I wrote a letter telling Bank of America they did not give me a loan they gave me a credit swap from my XXXX XXXX XXXX ( in French means bank account. They gave me a fee simple title which means XXXX title where bank can steal houses back so they can sell it. Daly vs bank of montgomery 1969 also called the credit river decision. A jury decision showed that the bank put nothing up of equitable value for the loan ( credit swap ) .in legal language this is called consideration.The federal reserve bank and other banking institutions organized under their system never gives anything of equitable value in exchange for promissory notes for mortgage contracts they obtain. This is important when this determination is made by the jury it stands out. Daley forced the bank many to admit under examination that the money was created in a ledger book. Basic book keeping entries. Sounds like fraud to me. This was created by the bank entering numbers in a ledger and the credit is based on the borrowers own assets not the banks assets. The bank manager in the Daly case admitted under oath admitted this was the practice of the federal reserve banking system. Sounds like fraud to me. The book called money modern mechanics from federal reserve states banks cant loan money. Hummm. Banks take your signature promises to pay and exchanges them for credits. New deposits creates new revenue for the banking system. The bank is investing the money and putting nothing up of its own. XXXX XXXX stated that no law or statue gave the permission to do so. A lawful consideration must exist and tender to support the note. Everytime you borrow money from a bank car loan, morgage, credit card etc. the note is null and void because the bank put nothing up of value. The bank never had the money to begin with. This is important because all banks are members of the federal reserve system. There is no excuse for any foreclosure that happened in America since 1968. The lenders institution operate under te federal Reserve fraudulent systems. Daly case proved we had no value given and no valid contract ever existed as a result. The case # XXXX all banks use te The same fraudulent system today. The Daly case proved banks can not be saved again. We just proved we never had any physical cash trade hands at all. The bank always does not represents themselves properly. The bank will file our own funds and write a check back to is ( credit swap ). This created a illusion that they gave us a loan of their own assets. Do banks pay taxes on the loan? No this proves the banks was never the owners of the properties. Consumer Complaint: Bank of America messed up giving me an account with them XXXX XXXX. I bought me 2 books to keep up with every transaction made, every transaction that was pending or already taken and no longer pending. When my money started coming up missing it would be becuase they would decline my transactions take the money then say they gave it back when I never got a letter or notification for it...sometimes they declined giving me a claims number...I gave them every sign my account was being compromised and they refused to investigate it yet made it seem like the transaction was done...well for the most part the transactions were done but either the money was not given back and they told me now it can take 45 days to recieve your refund back but never got notified of my deposits but I started getting print outs from different bank of Americas in different counties and sure enough each statement looked different. Each transaction was shown on different dates the statements didnt look the same at all. From XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank of America failed to properly investigate each issue that occurred with my bank account when calling in. The first time I called in with in an issue was XXXX XXXX XXXX I made multiple attempts at the atm in XXXX SC knowing there was a balance over XXXX in the account, due to calling before I went to the atm to pay my cousin XXXX for taking my neices to XXXX Before, my cousin approached the vehicle I noticed something on my phone that never happened before it showed or popped up a notification XXXX XXXX XXXX but I didnt have XXXX XXXXI brushed it off she drove me to XXXX to drop my neices off with their mother. On the way back i had her stop at the store so i could get her XXXX for driving me to drop them off. Before getting out the car the XXXX XXXX XXXX popped up again. I went to the ATM tried withdrawing first XXXX, then, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX each time the card declined, but gave me a reciept showing oveXXXX XXXX in the account. I left that store then, went to XXXX XXXX store close to my cousin (in her XXXX) house before getting out i asked did she have XXXX she told me NO..because I was going to make one just to send her the XXXX Before getting out the car and walking into XXXX XXXX the XXXX XXXX notication came on again. I get in the store to get cash back..trying 8 times buying something for XXXX and requesting XXXX back it didnt declined it cancelled so the manager said i had to contact my bank he couldnt refund me the funds that was just removed from account even though I never got the purchase or the money back. I looked at the Bank of America App and noticed not only those transactions were removed from my account the transactions from the other store's atm was removed leaving me with only XXXX plus dollars. I then asked in tears if they had an atm he said yes. I tried withdrawing XXXX the machine didnt give me any money the red light started blinking so something told me to put my phone on apirplane mode because the XXXX thing popped up again on my phone . I put the phone on airplane mode and inserted the debit card and it gave me XXXX leaving me with only less than XXXX in my account. Crying upset frustrated telling myself this is was i isolate my self and stay away from everyone because I get around family money always come up missing physically or through my bank account. I dropped my cousin off gave her only XXXX then, called Bank of America a XXXX XXXX gentleman he was told me no worried if it a few hours all my money would be back in my account. Well it never did that day so the next morning I called back and asked about the XXXX the other guy stated that no worries it was the weekend this happens all the time give it until XXXX XXXX all would be back on the card this was on XXXX XXXX XXXX Out of all the money only XXXX was placed back into the account and from that day forward my phone number couldnt be authenticated over the phone, every representive made me drive to the branch even the managers were getting upset due to telling me no worries it wont happen again but each time money came up missing I would call I couldnt be authenticated. They made it appear that I was me and it wasnt. I called and ask why did I receive a notification that my username was being looked up back to back between XXXX and XXXX they said no worries its nothing change the password so I did that. But then XXXX I would wake up around Tax Season and have notifications on my device stating I moved money from one account to another or I logged in late at night when I was sleep. I called and notified them of this issue it was brushed off. Then, when my taxes hit the savings account the day before i notice my daughters father child support payment popped up 3 times in my account and then before i realized I need to screenshot this the 2 other payments were deleted. But my daughter name was added to my account by someone remotely it showed my daughters name and POD and my son name was added to the Savings Account POD without my consent. I went into the branch showed this to them they said I done it i told them if i done it i wouldnt be in here complaining and i would have removed it myself but it wouldnt let me remove it. I had to go into the branch in XXXX SC. By the time I got home I recieved an email stating my daughters name was placed back on my checking account without my permission. Which on was a Friday. I went removed XXXX from the account placing XXXX in the checking account...so i thought come to find out it was put in an account that had been closed for 2months suppose to have been. Went to XXXX had to leave everything due to suspected fraud card was block and fraud dept never answered or picked up the phone. which was bizzarre over the weekend from Friday to Monday I had 9 declined transactions that was removed from my account and no explanation to why. They stated it was there but I have reciepts proving they werent me and the detective for white collard crimes both went in..there was no checks and balances on the statements. I lost over XXXX fast possibly more...im nota forencis data analtycs but I got a copy of my report from XXXX XXXX and the reason why is the bank was allowing possibly or allegedly allowing someone to alter my funds and account which is part of the reason my kids names were added to the account and my medicad number was linked to my sons SSN so their dads taxes wouldnt be offset ...just found this out by billing with XXXX XXXX...they linked my medicad number to my son so it would appear he was an adult him and my daughter....when requesting copies from XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to the information I sent them...i requested it in XXXX and still yet they have not found them they forward W2 forms that I didnt give them from an email I didnt have that was breached 2 years ago...i never sent the W2 detective asked did they give me copies of my taxes i told him no..so i went up there and asked for the last 3 years and sure enough the closed account that was supppose to be closed money was deposited to that account on XXXX XXXX but i recieved my deposit to another account the right account XXXX XXXX. Tax preparer XXXX XXXX didnt file my taxes due to me and my kids being victims of ID and financial fraud the manager has always called me and dealt with me 1 on 1 we have XXXX XXXX. I noticed the return didnt show my sons XXXX XXXX which means someone else filed him. I had someone from XXXX XXXX look at it and alot of things were wrong with the return. Filing date, my kids middle initals were gone, my son XXXX XXXX wasnt listed the date it shows me filing is wrong. The date the IRS had XXXX have and the truth are different. I didnt get my sons XXXX XXXX via mail until XXXX so i could have not filed XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX shows the following false altered information on this account. Im conviced these transactions are either being done illegally but illegal business practices from debt collectors whom think someone elses debt is mine and taking it illegally without no notice. After speaking to XXXX they informed me that it didnt show me having an account with XXXX and XXXX XXXX. 30 min after getting off the phone and freezing the account my XXXX cut off and cut back on at the doctors office by itself asking for a XXXX XXXX, so i had to drive 35 min out to the store because they said i had to show my id to get it. On XXXX i filed fcc report due to breached email called IRS to check the status of my sons XXXX XXXX they said it was sent out on XXXX but XXXX shows me filing on XXXX on XXXX i walked in BOA and had them print me 2 statement both different hours of the day and they both looked different delayed by a week for transactions. On XXXX i uploaded requested documents to XXXX XXXX for Advance on IRS check ordered a new XXXX due to compromised accounts.XXXX i had to order a new debit card///on XXXX spoke to XXXX XXXX told them to change my account number and on XXXX XXXX XXXX deposited the funds to the correct account on XXXX the phone shut off again asking for a XXXX XXXX when turning back on randomly. My credit report shows a new account was opened for Bank of America on XXXX XXXX are all new opened accounts without my consent linked to my account. i opened the account on XXXX and XXXX on XXXX the day before XXXX stated I filed my taxes XXXX a new account was opened without my consent shows two checks for XXXX and XXXX insufficient funds and the other item. I get court ordered child support from SC but the deposits from for my daughters father shows Bank of America NC it shows ACH deposits from BOA NC but i dont live in NC on XXXX twice it shows my rent was removed from BOA of NC check but it shows ACh deposit but it was bill pay which means a check was sent to the company. Several XXXX XXXX deposits I never seen with the acct ending in XXXX that was suppose to be closed in XXXX on XXXX i paid XXXX XXXX but the bank stated there were no funds in the account for XXXX but there was fund to cover the bill. then it shows XXXX there was a deposit on XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America recently denied me a business credit card even though I around XXXX in business a month since last year and have XXXX in my business account. Im waiting on their letter. Im sure they will try to blame the denial on a bankruptcy that was dismissed over XXXX years ago. My scores on all agencies has risen. On XXXX it fluctuates around XXXX the other XXXX around XXXX. Nothing outstanding in a negative way and I paid off my student loans in full months ago. The credit reports show the accounts as paid off. I only have XXXX credit card with {$1000.00} limit which Ive been paying off for months since I us it for my business.
