I applied for a XXXX XXXX XXXX American Express card and was approved in XX/XX/2021. On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I reached the required {$2000.00} spending criteria for XXXX XXXX XXXX points to be awarded. However, two months later, as of XXXX XX/XX/2021, I have not received these points. Consumer Complaint: American Express has a history of discrimination towards people of XXXX and dont fix fraudulent issues with poor people of XXXX like myself Ive been a victim of fraud and I didnt apply for a Hilton honor credit card and my fraud case was denied due to payments were made and I didnt authorize these payments and I contacted my banks to issues a payment dispute and the bank returned the money back to me since it was fraud and American Express are not accepting my claim again I have filed a police report and send in the documents to them 4 fax numbers they gave me and each time I called them they lost them in transit and I would like for this account to be removed from my credit report I didnt apply for this card all the payments were reversed

I have been harassed continuously after my cease and desist and denial of alleged debt which was received by American Express XX/XX/XXXX, proof attached below. American Express claims they validated the debt but all they did was send statements. They never sent the original contract with my signature. Furthermore, American Express committed several violations of 15 USC 1692e when they sent false representations to my address through attorneys/lawyers of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX American Express also violated 15 USC 1692e ( 8 ) as they have failed to record my debt as disputed which clearly warrants a lawsuit. Consumer Complaint: After American Express posted their interest charge to my credit card account, the very same day they proceeded to report my credit card status as " over the limit '' which dropped my credit score 25 points. The 2nd day after this event occurred, I paid the over the limit amount which reduced the balance below the limit. More than a week later, my account is still being reported as " over the limit ''. Therefore, an update to the credit reporting bureaus must be done immediately ( as quick as they were to report the over the limit status would be fair ) to reflect an accurate status.

Consumer Complaint: I have a small business credit card with American Express. They told me that they did not receive a payment and closed the account. They also reported on my personal credit that they closed and charged off the account. During the pandemic. We gave them proof that it was paid. They still have not credited us and filed a lawsuit against me in court for this amount plus a {$2000.00} interest charge. I have been calling them. My attorney has been calling them. This has been going on for about 7 month and they told my attorney they were sending me a letter clearing up the matter and then they filed a lawsuit. The man that claimed it was cleared up was Mr. XXXX.
