THAT IS JUST TRIFFLING. XXXX. THEN I FIND OUT XXXX HAS BEEN CHARGING ME 3 TIMES A MONTG FOR A YEAR FOR CREDIT SERVICES TO SOMEBODY THAT HAD NO RIGHT USING MY CARD UNDER HER NAME WHICH HOW DID SHE DO. I GAVE NOTHING IN WRITING GIVING MY NANY ANY USE OF MY AMERICAN EXPEESS CARD. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR CREDIT AGENCIES. THIS IS JUST SO ILLEGAL I CANT BELIEVE OUR GOVERNMENT MUST BET taking bribes to let them know they can do ir charge what they want. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 XXXX refunded my account {$190.00}. The refund clearly shows in my completed transactions on my American Express Serve card. That same day, Serve put a " Merchant credit review '' hold on the account. I called Serve on the XXXX of XXXX to find out why this was there as the the refund was already posted. They stated that XXXX ' bank is the one that put the hold on the refund. I called XXXX who stated they did not put a hold on the funds and they went as far as to check with their banking division to ensure something did not occur. It was confirmed to me XX/XX/2022 that XXXX had absolutely nothing to do with this " Merchant Credit Review '' hold and it was in fact American Express Serve that is doing this to me. You can not put a hold on credits or refunds. It is now 7 days later and my funds are still not available. They do not have the right to hold a refund the way they are doing this and claiming its a " Merchant Hold '' when it has been confirmed that it is not. It is obvious in the completed transactions that the refund was processed on the 15th and the hold is still in pending as of the 15th per the screenshot of my account

Consumer Complaint: I sent American Express a Cease and Desist letter AND a Debt Validation letter on XX/XX/XXXX. They sent over an email letting me know that they have received my Cease and Desist letter and they will cease communication regarding collection activity but then used profane language and threatened to suspend and cancel my account which is a violation of 15 USC 1692d. They also said that the consequences of me asserting my rights as a consumer will lead to negative actions taken place with no prior notice. This email was sent on XX/XX/XXXX. I will attach the letters and their response to this complaint. Please note that American Express failed to comply with the demands written in my letter. They never sent me a letter letting my know that they are complying with my specified remedies, which is a violation of 15 USC 1692c. They never sent me anything to allow me to exercise my right to validate the debt in pursuance to 15 USC 1692g. I have the right to due process and which they are preventing me from.

When Amex called after being a few days late I explained what was happening. They did not give me an option to enroll in any relief. As my condition worsened they continued to call 10 times daily and my wife answered and also tried to explain but since i was not able to speak to verify due to XXXX XXXX XXXX. My wife also emailed them and attempted to complete online. In XXXX after my health improved after recovering from XXXX i contacted AMEX. They did remove some late fees but refused to remove negative impact on my credit report and also lowered my credit line both of which caused my score to XXXX.

I have put my beneficiary signature in it also, ucc codes stating what exactly to do with payment and why it is a valid payment according to federal laws. On XX/XX/2022 a certified mail this payment. Attached below aswell. On Saturday XX/XX/2022 it was received by a employee from American Express from the post office. Now the payment can not be found and did not apply payment to my account. Theyre committing fraud for not applying my credit to my account. Also, with billing errors and contacting me the consumer. I have provided tracking number for proof of sent of payment but they have failed to apply my credit.
