Consumer Complaint: Hi, I applied for amex corporate card from my company and according to amex 's promotional offer website : ( https : //www.americanexpress.com/us/credit-cards/gcpadvantage ), I can receive statements on my personal cards ( Amex Plat, Gold and Green ). However, Amex customer service refused to help me enroll all cards and get the promotional credits on these cards ( I have three personal cards ). Instead, they said that they can only add this promotional offer for just one card.

Consumer Complaint: It appears that my my credit file has been compromised. Again, I was going through my records & noticed many information, accounts or items which do not belong to me. Since Im a XXXX for research, I found that under section 605b of the FCRA you are required by law to remove & block any accounts or information which is found to be opened due to identity theft. The dispute items do not belong to me. Im attaching the required FTC Report for you and the bank 's records ( learned through more research both parties require ). Please block/remove these files. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX, AMEX XXXXIf you feel there is a possibility these accounts belong to me I will require all documentation that bears my signature ( another research item I found that requires you to verify with 100 % accuracy that each account is 100 % true, accurate, correct, complete & VERIFIABLE ). If you do not provide any records & claim the item is verified please understand I will seek legal action. I do not take kindly to games nor does my attorney. SO please comply with the law so this matter can be handled swiftly.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was notified that a decision was made about an application for a XXXX XXXX with American Express. I attempted to contact them to explain that I never requested this, but the hold time was too long. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email stating, " As requested, we've added XXXX to the Additional Card account for XXXX XXXX ( Card ending in XXXX ). '' I later received an email stating, " Your Additional Card Member request has been approved. '' I contacted American Express on XX/XX/XXXX and explained that all of this was fraudulent. I told them that I don't know XXXX XXXX and requested to speak with their fraud department. This was received in my email- ( Our records indicate that either you or an authorized party had contact with American Express regarding the account status on XX/XX/2022 and spoke with XXXX. ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the card for this person and immediately contacted American Express to discuss this.
