Consumer Complaint: I deposited a check which went through just fine. I tried to transfer the funds and they put a reversal on the transfer and wont let me withdraw any money from my account. I went through the entire identification process and verified my identity and still cant withdraw funds. They said because the check wasnt made out to me. But they deposited and let me withdraw funds from the exact same kind of check just a week prior to this one and the person that the check is made out to signed the check with me! They have been holding my funds for almost two months!

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a credit card that is an asset backed security. On your own SEC filing prospectus dated XXXX XXXX Certain Legal Aspects of the Receivables Certain Regulatory Matters The operations and financial condition of AENB are subject to extensive regulation and supervision under federal and state law. The appropriate banking regulatory authorities, including the FDIC, the OCC and the CFPB have broad enforcement powers over AENB. These enforcement powers may adversely affect the operation and financial condition of the trust and your rights under the pooling and servicing agreement prior to the appointment of a receiver or conservator. If United States federal bank regulatory authorities supervising the bank were to find that any obligation of the bank or an affiliate under a securitization or other agreement, or any activity of the bank or such affiliate, constituted an unsafe or unsound practice or violated any law, rule, regulation or written condition or agreement applicable to the bank or such affiliate, such federal bank regulatory authorities have the power to order the bank or such affiliate, among other things, to rescind such agreement or contract, refuse to perform that obligation, terminate the activity, amend the terns of such obligation or take such other action as such regulatory authorities deterinine to be appropriate. In such an event, the bank or such affiliate mahonity, liable to you for contractual damages for complying with such an order and no recourse may be available against the relevant regulatory In one case of which the bank is aware, after the OCC found that a national bank was, contrary to safe and sound banking practices, receiving inadequate servicing compensation under its securitization agreements, that bank agreed to a consent order with the OCC. Such consent order required that bank, among other things, to immediately resign as servicer and to cease performing its duties as servicer within approximately 120 days, to immediately withhold and segregate funds from collections for payment of its servicing fee ( notwithstanding the priority of payments in the securitization agreements and the perfected security interest of the relevant trust in those funds ) and to increase its servicing fee percentage above that which was originally agreed upon in its securitization agreements. While AENB and its affiliates have no reason to believe that any obligation of AENB or an affiliate under the securitization agreements is unsafe or unsound or violative of any law, rule or regulation applicable to them, there can be no assurance that any such regulatory authority would not conclude otherwise in the future. If such a bank regulatory authority did reach such a conclusion, and ordered AENB or an affiliate to rescind or amend the securitization agreements, payments to you could be delayed or reduced. See " Risk Factors Regulatory action could result in losses '' and " Regulatory oversight and supervision could adversely impact the trust or your certificates, including by impeding origination or collection efforts, changing account holder use patterns, or reducing collections '' in this prospects. This a violation, I will have to report if not handled in a timely matter.

Consumer Complaint: I saw a credit card offer from my American express credit card that if I spent {$300.00} or more in one or more purchases in booking XXXXXXXX XXXX US locations, before XX/XX/XXXX, I would receive {$75.00} back ( screenshot of the offer attached ). I used the offer on XX/XX/XXXX to book two rooms in XXXX XXXX ( reservation attached ), there were two transactions of {$36.00} and {$260.00} each on my Amex credit card on XX/XX/XXXX. However, Amex did not honor this offer and credit me back {$75.00}. When I inquired customer service on XX/XX/XXXX, the first representative claimed that the hotel I booked was not included in this offer. I told here I did check the list of hotels in the offer and XXXX XXXX was included. She then came back and told me the offer require spending {$300.00} in a single transaction, not two transactions. I explained to her the offer explicitly says " {$300.00} or more in one or more purchases '', the " one or more purchases '' means it can be one transactions or multiple transactions. But she still denied that. I escalated to her supervisor but she insisted that the offer only allows single transaction, while the offer terms I saw and screenshot clearly says one or more purchase. I feel this marketing offer is very confusing and misleading. I would not have booked intercontinental hotel without seeing this offer, but the credit card company would not honor what they marketed.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I requested American Express to block several reoccurring payments/vendors and send a new card. The vendors were blocked and a new card came. In XXXX, the same reoccurring fees started to occur again. American Express claimed it was their fault and sent a new card. In XXXX, the same reoccurring fees continued - I requested my card to be cancelled. In XXXX, my card was not cancelled - and I was billed their {$550.00} annual fee. I withheld {$3200.00} in the final payment and the card was cancelled. All I want to happen at this point is for the {$550.00} fee to be removed ( which is not owed ) and I'll pay off the balance. American Express told me ( after being a large customer for 14 years ) that no one in the company can remove the fee, provide records that I ever called, and that I will be charged for penalties and interest for years to come.
