Consumer Complaint: The American Express account # XXXX is reporting incorrectly to XXXX. XXXX claims to have verified the information in XXXX of XXXX. The account in question first reported delinquent in XXXX. The other XXXX bureaus ( XXXX and XXXX ) have since removed this account from my credit report due to the account being reported negatively for XXXX years. Each company removed the item in XXXX of XXXX or prior. I am requesting that XXXX remove this item immediately from their consumer report containing my information. XXXX is in violation of the FCRA laws. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681c - Requirements relating to information contained in consumer reports, ( a ) Information excluded from consumer reports Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information : ( 4 ) Accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss which antedate the report by more than XXXX years. I am requesting that they remove the negative account immediately from my consumer report furnished by them to match the other consumer reporting agencies which show the correct information. I don't understand how XXXX can have access to the SAME information furnished by the original creditor but provide a different outcome that is completely against the law.

Consumer Complaint: Good Afternoon, I recently opened an account because of hearing good things about AMEX Gold cards. However what the package delivery stated it was delivered, I never received the package. I decided to call AMEX customer service to assist me, I ended up speaking with XXXX employee number XXXX over the phone at XXXX XXXX, he made the phone call uncomfortable and gave a condescending attitude. He was questioning me how could the package not be there as its my fault that I dont see it at the door, maybe someone couldve stole it. He made the whole situation argumentative and probably didnt cancel the card, if any charges are made on that card even when i reported it as not received, I shall not be liable for it. XXXX has awful customer service, and gave me a very first bad impression. Now I have an account under this carrier but have no card to use it, they are refusing to give me a replacement card, even when I told them i never received the card.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a charge from XXXX for a defective air mattress. The air mattress had a hole in it and deflated within 5 days of purchase. Bluebird rep disputed the whole charge which was incorrect. The charge disputed should have been only XXXX plus tax. Blue bird by American Express denied charge stating no money was due. No other explanation was given By blue bird American Express. I faxed a copy of the receipt and told rep I only wanted to dispute XXXX dollars which is price of defective air mattress and tax. The product was defective. I contacted XXXX, XXXX refused to give me my money back. I submitted a complaint with help me with my bank .gov they stated to contact CFPb. I just want my money back, I shouldnt have to pay for a defective product.

Consumer Complaint: I made an electronic payment of {$1100.00} to pay off my credit card balance to American express but the credit card company keeps sending me unrelated emails giving maiiling address and sending checks but are not checking the electronic payment made to them even after I furnished them with the transaction trace ID from the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX or XXXX digit number ) and continue to insist that I send them the details of check. They want me not to pay off so that I can keep paying interest. This is unfair practice and American Expressed must be banned doing business in credit cards.

XXXX XXXX of The law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX, represents plaintiff, American Express National Bank, some how found my home address & has served my husband, i was not at home at the time XX/XX/XXXX, with a complaint against me, owing {$4500.00} within the past 4 years. I immediately, looked up my credit score, and found phone numbers and employment position, which doesn't belong to me.
