Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX Ally Auto Financial reported remarks on my consumer credit report that I can NOT see. It says to contact the original creditor for any questions. I, as a consumer is the original creditor. Under U.S. Code 15 1666 ( b ). As I consumer, I commanded Ally Auto to delete/close the account that they did NOT have my written consent to report to began with. No consent is identity theft!

Consumer Complaint: I bought out my car lease on XX/XX/XXXX with the amount that was quoted by Ally auto ( {$19000.00} ) On XX/XX/XXXX they updated my account information that the car was paid off and the balance is XXXX dollars. It has been a week and they are not sending me any paperwork like the odometer reading statement for me to sign or bill of sale. This is all done by email, these are all standard forms. The amount of money I send them isn't a small amount of money. I need help. I called them many times and they tell me to wait that this paperwork takes time. When I called them ti get a timeline of how long it takes, they tell me a whole different story of how fast its done. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: After receiving my consumer report from the credit bureaus, I notice a fraudulent inquiry from Ally Bank on XX/XX/21. I notified the credit bureaus through CFPB and the inquiry was deleted. Ally Bank violated federal law. see 15 USC 1681b A2. I did not give Ally BankWritten instruction to furnish anything on my report. They are civilly liable for this issue. I recently tried to apply for housing and was denied.

Ally financial ran my credit, making it a consumer credit transaction, the finance charge being the cost of the car and all associated fees which were paid with my credit card ( social security card ). I went into XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they tried to collect cash payment from me on behalf of ally financial in a consumer CREDIT transaction which is illegal. Also, there was no adequate disclosure given for the fraudulent loan they tried to get me to agree to. If the car that my credit was ran for is not granted to me then fraud has been committed pursuant to the TILA.

Consumer Complaint: I had my loan on auto pay on XX/XX/XXXX my bill is due i. it pulled and was cleared on XX/XX/XXXX. I took it off auto pay. On XX/XX/XXXX They pulled XXXX payment i found messaged ally on XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX i checked my bank account and the pulled the XXXX payment. I went onto my ally online account and got a response and about them saying about insufficient funds so i called called ally. And spoke to XXXX. He told me it was because i took my bill off auto pay. We spoke back an forth.i to him i had proof on my end from my bank i paid then they pulled 2 more times. He explained to me it had to been a mix up or something. He would refund the money they pulled on the XXXX and then i needed to send a copy of the screenshots of my bank sccounts and/or records throught there app. I attempted informed him i couldnt. He told him to fax them. I had no way to access a fax machine. He then he then up me on hold. I was given the run around over agian. Being transfered from customer service to billing. Told no one can do anything besides using the app. No supervisor will talk to me. I cant email they anything. I asked to resolve the situation and i just get well bc my computer say its this way ur wrong. Consumer Complaint: I recently noticed an inquiry on my credit profile from Ally Financial. Ive never applied for any loan with them. Ive contacted the company directly 4 times asking them to remove this inquiry but they just give me the run around. Theyre not able to verify that I applied. I asked them to provide the IP address for the computer/mobile device used the day of the alleged inquiry from me and they were unable to provide one. Remove this erroneous inquiry from the credit bureaus immediately.
