Consumer Complaint: I have written AESXXXX several letters disputing information reporting inaccurately in my credit file and they have NOT done an investigation. If they had, they would see the errors and they should not have sent me a verified as accurate letter. I informed XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX as well as AESXXXX that there are two different dates for last payment. IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED OR UPDATED. I informed them of no account number on my XXXX report. IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED OR UPDATED. This was not an accurate investigation at all!!!!! AES and all the credit bureaus continue to report in accurately damaging my credit. All information must be correct on all of my credit reports according to the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted PSLF update for months worked this year. I also submitted a REFUND REQUEST for my payments made under the CARES act between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX. The sum total of those payments was approximately XXXX $ and I submitted records of all payments made ( both my bank account and XXXX XXXX ). I spoke with XXXX, employee ID XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested an update on my refund request. I spoke with XXXX, employee ID XXXX. She said that the previous entry had been done incorrectly - that all of the payments were lumped when in fact they needed to be entered into separate scripts. She said that she had re-entered them correctly but said it could take up to 120 days for payments to come through. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice that my PSLF had gone through and I had XXXX dollars left on my loan principal/interest! I was very happy about this but have yet to hear about my refund requests. I am reaching out now because I have no updates on my ( XXXX $ ) refund request to this point. I have seen posts from people stating that 1 ) they are receiving refund requests within 10-14 business days and 2 ) often, refund processing was preceeded/helped by a complaint to CFPB. I am requesting your help to get FEDLOAN/Dept of Treasury to please process my refund request, as they are doing for others. Please, I would greatly appreciate anything you can do to speed them up!

Consumer Complaint: My consolidated student loans included my ex-husband 's loans which, in the divorce settlement, I was responsible for paying off. I've paid for years on my loans beginning in the XXXX. When suspensions on student loans began due to Covid I diligently saved money in order to put down large amounts toward my consolidated loans. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted fedloan servicing to ask for guidance on paying {$25000.00} toward my consolidated loan with the specific request that my ex-husband 's loans be paid off first, and the rest put toward paying off my loans. Then I learned about the PSLF forgiveness program which I applied for having worked in government and non-profit my entire life. I was notified in XX/XX/XXXX that I was eligible for loan forgiveness based on my work history and the number of payments I made on my loans. With this forgiveness I learned that the {$25000.00} that I paid on the consolidated loan was not used to pay off my ex-husband 's loans but only used toward my loans so, after the loan forgiveness I am left with {$14000.00} to pay off. I again applied for PSLF loan forgiveness but have not received it as of yet. I have written and called and receive no assistance or a re-distribution on my {$25000.00} payment. It's very frustrating especially because I an now retired with a very small income. Is there anything your organization can do to help with this situation? My student account number is XXXX. Through more than 50 campuses and subsidiaries, it offered career-oriented diploma, Associates and bachelor 's degree programs in advertising design, architectural design, health care, business, criminal justice, transportation technology, construction trades, and information technology. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, agreed to acquire remaining assets of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. At the time of the acquisition, XXXX XXXX was the world 's largest provider of education through mail or computers. The school missrepentation of everything from job pay and prospects. I now owe XXXX XXXX dollars almost all on intrest. I was advised to attend the school by the State of Iowa I was approved for Pell Grants and other grants To pay for this. The school was so bad that the teachers left in droves and they had other students teach. I learned next to nothing. I wanted to leave but was told by the school I would have to pay everything back so I stayed. I have never been able to get a job in computer repair or coding. I am now turning XXXX this month I have made so many attempts to settle things with no results I was finally able at XXXX to get a position in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX I have been told I have made 109 qualified payments toward XXXX I just can't work full-time anymore. Can you help me understand why I can't get the debt forgiveness like other schools that were closed and debt forgiveness was given. Consumer Complaint: I worked for a qualifying employer from XXXX and have submitted the ECF multiple times. Fedloan Servicing is only giving me credit for XXXX. I have contacted them about this repeatedly over the past two years. The old excuse was it would take a few months to update. The current excuse is that USDOE does the payment count for TEPSLF. I submitted a request for reconsideration with Federal Student Aid last month and have heard nothing. The NYS AG filed a lawsuit against Fedloan Servicing and the agreement states that borrowers are entitled to a recount of payments. After waiting on hold for over two and a half hours today, the representative claimed that I can not request a review or recount, which is in violation of the lawsuit agreement. I want my payments recounted and I want credit for XXXX. I believe I would qualify for PSLF if my payments were accurately counted.

Consumer Complaint: FEDLOAN has 4 entries on my credit report that I tried to get removed and/or updated as they are not reporting accurate information per the FCRA requirements. As you can see from the attached credit report, creditors have been reporting a 2-year history. The time frame that should be reported should be XX/XX/XXXX down to XX/XX/XXXX. I've requested it be updated once before with no success. I asked that it be deleted for inaccuracies or updated and there was no resolution. I filled out a borrower defense application form back in XXXX. Per the XXXX Credit report, the balance decreased and then it was increased again along with a new entry from a company called DPT EDXXXX. There was no explanation as to who this company is and why it was added if my XXXX XXXX XXXX application was reviewed and approved.
