Consumer Complaint: Ref : XXXX - Filed and Submitted to the CFPB on XX/XX/XXXX Starting in XX/XX/XXXX I requested the original loan paperwork from a new servicing company AES - this was after my loan was transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX no payments were missed during this time and the payback period started as soon as the loan was disbursed. The company has not been able to provide the original loan information and is now listed loan as a variable rate. The account transfer was complete I started receiving monthly interest rate increase notices on a monthly basis, the letter mentions the interest rate increase is effective the day the letter was issued. When asked for the payment history company said that they have not been able to locate the payment history or paper work from the previous provider. FROM AES/XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX On the Last Day the Complaint was Open - AES was unable to obtain the information from the loan owner because the documents are unavailable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced as a result of the matter. Lastly, as a result of late payments, unfavorable information was submitted to the consumer reporting agencies for XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. FROM AES/XXXX - XXXX Dated XX/XX/XXXX ( Only Letter Received About Any Debt ) An attempt to change the loans instress rate to 0 % backdated to XX/XX/XXXX, in order to collect debt but no amount or other information is provided... The Letter States - " This letter is for Information Purpurposes and it not an attempt to collect '' At the bottom of the letter : " This is a communication from XXXX Back XXXX, NA with may be considered a debt collector. "

Consumer Complaint: Upon taking a closer look at Consumer Reports I've realized that there are inaccuracies reporting that's damaging my credit worthiness and hindering my ability to be able to adequately provide for my family. FED LOAN SER account has been consolidated and been paid in full of a XXXX balance. However, it's also reporting that I have a 90-day late payment on multiple accounts with them which is inaccurate. I got the Loan in 2009 and has never made a late payment. My loans were also in forbearance the time frame that those inaccurate derogatory missed payment were furnished. I reached out to in reference to the matter and they mailed me a correspondence stating account was paid in full they have not record of payment history because the account was closed and paid off. I uploaded documents if you could please do what's fair and equitable to me as a consumer and reinvestigate, remove and or update the accounts in questions.

Called back in XXXX and they said they cancelled the request and I had to take it up with the new company who still has none of my account information. They never informed me of any of this in writing, emails, phone calls nothing, just cancelled the request and lied to me about it still going through when I called to check in XXXX. I should've had my loans 2 months ago, now Im going to be losing everything because they couldn't just tell me sorry you'll have to refund with the new place.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX I have called and spoken to on many occassions. In XXXX of XXXX I called and was told my account payment due would be froze due to XXXX. On my credit report it is showing a late or missed payment for this month. It was always told to the previously loan holder fedloan servicing as well who didnt fix it. I have tried dozens of times. Please remove this from all credit reports. I should have no missed payments on this. Correct it or face civil legal action. The company last we spoke said they would fix it this was on XX/XX/XXXX when we last spoke. The rep said she would put plenty of notes and agreed she say the previous notes from XXXX showing i called in but it wasnt processed right. Its impacted my credit ever since. Please remove it and provide me a hard copy mailed letter and pdf attachment as well showing removed and no late payments or missed payments ever on this account. Thank you. Please also supply me legal subpoenas mailing address for my demand letters and future attorney mailings.
