I believe these are violations of the FCRA. and have requested in writing multiple times that there inaccuracies be corrected or removed with no action being taken. I am requesting these late payments be removed from all three of my credit reports and new reports with undated information be sent to me.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a SS # mixup dispute ( between my XXXX and my SS # ) with XXXX on a student loan with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. They sent a copy to XXXX but XXXX wouldn't remove it. My sister called to follow up and they required addtional documentation which my XXXX uploaded on XX/XX/XXXX. We have been following up regularly and everytime we call, they say a few more days. They won't talk to me even if its my SS to follow up on the status. On XXXX they said XXXX days. On XX/XX/XXXX they said XXXX days. Yesterday they said a few more days. How long does this take! they have all the documents they need!

Consumer Complaint: This relates to Fed Loan Servicing. First of all, NONE of their posted telephone numbers are working- when you call, it goes quiet ( no ring ), and they immediately hang up on you. It is outrageous. XXXX, XXXX. XXXX. I qualified for the XXXX and my loan was forgiven around XX/XX/2022. I had, in fact, made OVER 120 qualifying payments. Fed Loan told me I would be refunded the amount I have paid over the 120 payments ( ~ XXXX ). They have yet to send me my refund. I can not reach anyone at FedLoan for assistance. Thanks, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I paid off my loan during COVID to the tune of about {$10000.00}. I called FedLoan and requested that they refund my loan from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX in late XXXX. I never heard back from them and I called to see what happened. They stated on XX/XX/XXXX the Department of Education approved the refund and on XX/XX/XXXX my loan was transferred and the process had to restart with XXXX. I asked FedLoan to send records of this and they said they would but they did not. I called XXXX and they said that, because my loan was paid off, it would not be in the system until XXXX. I need this money refunded because I am going back to school and my marital status will change in XXXX and that will impact my ability to get financial aid.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: Fedloan Servicing a company that is being dissolved on XX/XX/2022, has no one in their offices that can handle any disputes because it is basically going out of business. My issues as it stands is, I had a defaulted student loan, which I have now rehabilitated and is now with a new servicers XXXX. The US Department of education has fixed or removed all bad reportings on my credit reports, except for Fedloan Servicing my original servicers who told me that once I rehabilitated my defaulted student loan that the account would either be removed from all three Credit Bureaus or reflect a good standing, so that I would be eligible for applying for student loans again. When I applied for student loan financing through XXXX XXXX is how I discovered that Fedloan Servicing still wasn't reflecting a good standing like the other Servicers. As of XXXX XXXX, of XXXX they Removed the Fedloan Servicing Account from XXXX, and XXXX, but they have not removed the account from XXXX. See Attached.

Consumer Complaint: I was told by my loan provider, FedLoan Servicing, that the payments I made on my loans during the Covid pandemic were eligible to be refunded. I requested a refund on XX/XX/2022, to help out with my finances. Fedloan said that it would take around 10-12 weeks. In about that time frame, the amount I paid on my student loans during the pandemic ( XXXX ) was added back to my loan balance but I have yet to receive the refund ( its been over 6 months ). I have called repeatedly since then asking why I havent received the refund and have basically been told a different thing every time I call. My loans have now been transferred to XXXX and Fedloan will no longer exist after XXXX. I asked repeatedly for documents detailing what I am owed and never received them from XXXX. I am so worried that I have just added XXXX to my loans that Ive already paid. I really need my refund, and Im at a loss for what to do.
