Consumer Complaint: A transfer was made to Wells Fargo account on XX/XX/year> from XXXX XXXX. During my last complaint I was advised that if funds are not available transactions would be returned. I agreed and this did not happen. I was charged 7 {$35.00} fees and my transfer did not make it to Wells Fargo until XX/XX/year>. It took 4 days for banks that transactions have continued to interact with also. I have asked Wells Fargo to remove XXXX, XXXX automatic transfers since asking both companies has resulted in both taking funds each month, and quickly I transfer them back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: My sister and I abruptly had both checking and savings accounts closed by Wells Fargo, I was notified 4 days later. We had the accounts for over 10 years with no issues. Always had a large balance in both accounts. The bank claims they had no physical address on record for my sister, but she has proof they did. She can only receive mail at a po box due to living in an area where mail is not delivered. I have my address in their records. I went to my local branch, and she went to hers ( in different cities ) and asked for our money. We were both told it had to be mailed! And could take a month to receive! And no, they can not reinstate our accounts!

Consumer Complaint: For 3 Years I have been a victim of a romance scam, CyberStalked, and potentially used as a virtual cash mule by the scammer. All of whom are the same entity. A letter of resolution was sent to all companies involved, XX/XX/XXXX. Another complaint was sent with more information about the situation from me explaing details, a rebuttal letter was sent the same day.XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, response was sent by Wells Fargo validating that my accounts where compromised and closed 4 different times resulting in a business decision by them to terminate business. No explanation for why. I responded disclosing that I am XXXX and living with multiple disorders and struggle to work. This message went unanswered. The 3rd party service used was also contacted at the same time. Said that the money was unrecoverable and permanently lost. Early XXXX, I submitted a complaint to the CIA and FBI. Consumer Complaint: I am reaching out regarding an account that is placed on my credit report. This account is an identity theft account. I have no knowledge of this account, yet this account is still on my credit report. I have submitted proper documentation to support that this account is fraudulent. This account is flagged as a charge-off/collection account. As a consumer, I am aware that this creditor was supposed to send my 1099-c from proving that this company has used my account to cancel out the debt and use it for tax purposes. Because they did not make me aware of this, this is considered tax fraud. I am also aware that because this account is a collection, I was supposed to be provided the orignial contract, the company 's errors and omissions policy number, the chain of title, and I have not been provided any of these things. This account has been hindering me and is causing me to harm my financial reputation. Please send me the appropriate documentation or delete this fraudulent account. This is ridiculous at this point. In fact, I was out on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and not only did I have XXXXXXXX XXXX done, but my workplace XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After speaking with my XXXX, I was told my employer was in breach of contract. Because of the XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was unaware that a payment was missed. Once I found out about the missing payment, I did my best to rectify the situation. I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for many years and I have never had any issues or problems. There is a team that is dedicated in reaching out to consumers when payments are late, however, I did not receive any notifications via mail, call, nor text. Wells Fargo verified that there is a team that reaches out to people when payments are late, however, they stated it is not mandatory. As a long time customer, I would have hoped that they would have reached out to me to rectify the situation prior to then reporting the situation. Had they of reached out to me, I could have found a way to rectify the situation even in my current state after the surgeries.
