Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, Commencing what appeared to be a routine financial transaction, a Wells Fargo online wire transfer was initiated just before XXXX XXXX. on XX/XX/2023, for a same-day transfer with a {$25.00} fee to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account, intended for my husband. However, this experience quickly turned distressing due to the untimely non-completion of the transfer. The repercussions of this failure have been significant, leading to a core financial loss of {$25000.00}, along with incurred additional interest charges to bridge the financial gap. It is essential that the money is promptly returned, and the financial damage resulting from the interests incurred to bridge the gap is addressed. Despite my diligent efforts to reconfirm the bank account and routing details multiple times, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me frustrated with no clear path to resolution. In light of these circumstances, I am actively pursuing a firm, expedited claim for damages due to the transfer 's failure and urgently seeking the return of the core funds

I was told they saw it was FRAUD because my name and info didnt even match my card was NOT used in person etc and they would refund my account and when other transactions came off of pending they would refund and fix my account! I called today and asked why my account was not credit credited for other charges she told me their investigation showed my fault because the CHIP was used/ this is a blatant lie!!!!! My card went used it was all online transactions! They provided no proof and said XX/XX/23 they would take the money from me I asked for appeal immediately!

Consumer Complaint: I was charge over draft fee when I didnt have overdraft protection ad when I had money deposit into my account thy hold my money in holding then charge me over draft fees then deleted my money that's in hold then they'll take my money and hit me with overdraft fee and then when I make. A purchase they will show funds available then after my purchase is completed the bank will take the funds for the purchase back put it in hold and charge me overdraft fee then they will take the payment for my purchase out of my funds way later on and forcing overdraft fee are they taking the payment for my purchase way later when I don't have the funds in my account forcing them to overdraft my account with the purchase payment I earlier on had the funds and made my purchase and getting confirmation the payment went through but after that the bank take my payment back with out my knowledge and then wait days later when my account is low on funds are no funds now they wan na charge my account for that purchase which I felt was odd because when I made the purchases and they take my payment right then and there and then why would they take my money back for my purchase after confirmation that it went through and i felt like wellsfargo bank was double charging mu account like right now i already told them if i dont have the funds for a purchase dont allow the purchase to go through because of the overdraft fee well thy authorize a {$300.00} payment to go through with out the funds in my account for them charge me a overdraft fee leaving my account overdrawn by {$300.00} right now after i told them i dont have overdraft protection so why they authorized these transactions but I cant make purchases when ever I want to if I have overdraft protection but they allowing payments to tske out my account when i dont have funds in my account and they cant answer why they allowing the payments to go through with out the funds been in mu account and they constantly do this to mu account

Consumer Complaint: I was hanging out with my girlfriend and I check my account and there where XXXX checks XXXX and XXXX and I had no clue what they where. The XXXX XXXX got approved by the bank and the money was put into my account However the XXXX one didn't cause I called in and reported them. Then they did there thing and said it came up false and then the other one said I was fine and there was no charges to me and they resolved it. Then I had an old friend phone number after say they hacked my bank and the name was XXXX. I was super confused cause it was specific. I went to the branch and they said the same thing it was my fault or something cause of the XXXX {$1000.00} XXXX payments and that happened when THEY allowed a XXXX check that was fake go into my account. It was no longer pending and was a really check according to whoever looked at it. Then I seen it and it wasn't even my signature. So they let a check that wasn't my signature in and they still said they couldn't do anything and I had to pay for it all. This was weird because someone hacked into my account and put fraudulent checks that I called in about and sent money off after XXXX check got approved. Then I called in and reported all this and then they did nothing about there mess up.
