Consumer Complaint: This man and his colleagues completely ruined my XXXX XXXX as a home owner. I worked six months of overtime after I was pre approved for a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX mortgage. This man delayed my closing 3 differnt times and made me resubmit my application 3 differnt times. By the fourth closing attempt with my professional realtor from XXXX Results XXXX Indiana, he completely denied my loan after making me pay for appraisal fees and inspection fees. My realtor tried to get him to reimburse atleast half of my money and they refused. My realtor said it was the worst-case she had ever dealt with in her entire 30 years of realistate experience. I had a conventional loan. After talking with a loan advisor from XXXX XXXX. They informed me that this man most likely gave me bad advise on purpose so he could resubmit my loan information for profit. He also told me that this happens all the time with bad reps as everytime they make you start over they get paid for it. I still have all the confusing emails and emotional outburst of the most humiliating, degrading home buying experience I've ever dealt with. This man and his colleagues ruined my new beginning. His manager did not help me or my realtor either, as we both tried to hunt them down after the first rep mysteriously quite in the middle of my loan process. We even had to stoop as low as calling his secretary for answers about my loan information. I deserve justice. I deserve to be in the home that he scammed me out of. The house that was later resold at a higher asking price after my inspectors did all the dirty work. Im giving you his information below. Please vindicate me and my son. We are currently renting an apartment because our new beginning was stolen from us. I was almost homeless because of these people. Please help me. His manager won't help and everything always ended in we are in a meeting and we will call you back. I lost well over XXXXXXXX XXXX and six months of my life with my Son trying to appease this monster. Consumer Complaint: The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved. In WELLS FARGO terms and conditions they agreed not to share my personal nonpublic financial information with non affiliates. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX is not an affiliate of WELLS FARGO nor a " bureau '' as they have stated. The only true credit bureau is the CFPB and they DO NOT furnish consumer reports. In reference to the Wells Fargo Account # XXXX. I wrote Wells Fargo a letter informing them of their inaccurate reporting of an account on my consumer reports. Wells Fargo is in violation of multiple laws set forth by Congress. 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) states that the consumer report does not include information solely as to transactions or experiences ( payment history, charge off status ), between the consumer ( myself ) and the person ( Wells Fargo ) making the report. Additionally, 15 U.S. Code 1681 s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) states that A person ( Wells Fargo ) shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer ( ME ) to any consumer reporting agency such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. The IRS Clearly defines a charge off/Canceled debt as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes reporting of this account inaccurate! By Definition, the IRS Clearly says a Cancelled debt or Charge off is Income. The reporting of this account as a debt is inaccurate. I never received a 1099-C from WELLS FARGO for the cancelled debt of { {$3400.00} } in order to file as ordinary income. Where is my 1099-C Wells Fargo is clearly writing off debt with the IRS without sending out 1099-C as required by the IRS for debts greater than { {$600.00} }. This is unsatisfactory! Wells Fargo has been HEREBY PUT ON NOTICE that they are furnishing incorrect inaccurate information, and as such I shall also point out their responsibility pursuant 15 U.S. Code section 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) ( ii ) : ( a ) DUTY OF FURNISHERS OF INFORMATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION XXXX ) PROHIBITION ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: I filled fraudulent claims in time with Wells Fargo. They paid a few fraudulent withdrawals from my account from international companies and found the. To be fraud THEN denied others from the same company! I have tried to work with them and then they closed my accounts!! No trusted them with my inheritance and they did nothing to help me get my fraud claims resolved! Its their way or in my case in debt and broke! They have put me with bad credit and no money! They let thieves take my money out of my account! Once contacted I will forward all of the bank statements

Consumer Complaint: Several weeks ago, I made a purchase at a local hardware store for {$19.00}. I have trouble completing the checks because I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran and have XXXX XXXX XXXX so my writing is not so good. The hardware store entered the check for {$1900.00} instead of {$19.00}. Wells fargo honored the check for the {$1900.00} which overdrafted the account and caused a cash advance to cover the check. Wells Fargo opened a claim, reversed the cash advance on my wife 's credit card and put {$1900.00} in the checking account while they investigated. I followed up with the hardware store who stated they send a transaction from their bank to Wells Fargo to refund the difference ( keeping {$19.00} and refunding the balance of the {$1900.00}, they charged my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo says they never got the transaction. Today, they reversed the provisional {$1900.00} they put in the account stating the checked was paid for the right amount. I have continued to contact them, but they say the money was never refunded by the hardware store. Today the owner/manager of the hardware store went with me to the XXXX, TX Wells Fargo and XXXX the documents he received from his bank showing the {$1900.00} less the {$19.00} purchase had been electronically sent to Wells Fargo to put back in my account. My banker apologized and called a number and explained the situation to someone in Wells Fargo Customer Service. You could hear the lady speaking to my banker, refusing to help stating the provisional {$1900.00} had been removed from my bank account because the claim was deemed not valid. My banker kept explaining that the lumber company had refunded the money on the XXXX to me but it was not showing in my bank account. My banker offered to scan or fax the documents from the owner/manager at the lumberyard showing the funds had been transferred to my account through the national depository. The lady was rude, said she didn't need the documents from my banker, but would have to mail me a letter and I would have to mail her information back. I need my money, I have a mortgage due and I asked why they couldn't research the transaction and get it in my bank. I could hear the lady on the phone saying I would have to be investigated. Why am I being investigated. Why as a XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran who is on a fixed income have to go through this kind of abuse? Earlier in the day when I called the customer service line, I also encountered another rude customer service rep who kept explaining why they took the {$1900.00} back out of my account. I kept explaining to her that what I was asking is where the electronic deposit/refund from the hardware store was and why it was not in my account. She had the audacity to ask me if there was someone close by me that she could talk to to explain it to because I was obviously not getting what she was saying. I explained to her no maam, you are not understanding what I am asking you. A refund has been sent and has not been put in my account. I need my money so that I can pay my bills. I am an old man who works hard to pay my bills and keep good credit. I need someone to contact my local bank in XXXX, TX and get the information for the refund and get it in my bank account. it is my money, and no one should be investigating a refund that has been sent through the national depository instead of putting it in my account. The information includes a copy of the original check, the amount the charge should have been for and the amount to be deposited in my checking account. Why would a Wells Fargo representative refuse to let my banker scan or fax this information, so that she can research, find and verify the transmittal and put it in my checking account where it belongs so that I can pay my mortgage and other bills?????????

Consumer Complaint: To whomever may be reading this, I just want to sincerely thank you for taking time to review my complaint. I am writing to bring your attention to a series of fraudulent transactions on my account that occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. My bank, Wells Fargo, closed my claim and refuses to refund me back the money. The unauthorized charges in my checking account, which included retail purchases and money transfers : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I promptly reported the fraud to the bank between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ( I don't remember the exact date ), leading to a refund. However, the bank later reversed the refund for the XXXX XXXX XXXX transfers, citing closed cases due to the perpetrator having accurate information. This seems perplexing to me because, naturally, they would have my information that's the essence of fraud and how money is stolen. Despite explaining the situation during an in-person branch visit on XX/XX/XXXX, they said nothing can be done. I received the documents of their 'evidence ' that was provided to them by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and it's evident that this is fraud. The transfers were made to an unfamiliar recipient, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in the XXXX XXXX. This being an international money transfer is already a red flag.The associated phone number does not even match mine, which doesn't support the bank 's claim of XXXX XXXX having all of the right information. As a loyal and responsible customer, I am baffled by the bank 's refusal to acknowledge the evident fraudulent activity on XX/XX/XXXX and appreciate any assistance in recovering the funds. Consumer Complaint: Subject : Complaint Regarding Improper Repossession and Lack of Notice by Wells Fargo To all those concerned, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding the repossession of my vehicle by Wells Fargo. I believe that Wells Fargo has failed to adhere to the consumer protection laws outlined in Florida Statutes, Section 537.012. Lack of Notice Before Repossession : In XX/XX/, my vehicle was repossessed by Wells Fargo without any prior notice. According to Florida Statutes, Section 537.012, I should have been provided with an opportunity to voluntarily surrender the vehicle before repossession. However, this did not occur, and I was not given the chance to cure the default or redeem the vehicle. Failure to Provide Notice of Intent to Sell : I have not received any notice from Wells Fargo regarding the intent to sell the repossessed vehicle, including the date and location of the auction sale. This lack of communication has left me uninformed about the process and my rights as a borrower. Consumer Complaint: My account had an outstanding balance of approximately {$370.00} ; two payments from being paid off. This card was issued by Wells Fargo, phone number ( XXXX ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. My account was in good standing and closed once I made the final payment of {$370.00}. During this before I made the payment my bank account was compromised and I had to resolve that matter before I could pay my bill. During this time I notified Wells Fargo of the situation and was instructed that my account would remain in good standing due to the extenuating circumstances. When my bank account compromise was resolved I made the payment in-full and thought all was well. Then I received a notification that my credit score had changed, so I'm excited because I just paid off this card thinking my score had increased. Much to my dismay, my score was negatively impacted due to negative reporting my Wells Fargo. This was a total contradiction from what I was told was going to happen. I didn't work hard all my life just to have my credit ruined by some greedy corporate XXXX XXXX guy that has a silver spoon in his mouth from birth. I've served my nation and was taken aback by how Wells Fargo treated me and I will never deal with Wells Fargo!

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I was approached by XXXX teenagers while on my walk from work and they asked me if I would donate to their youth basketball team. I said Im sorry I do not have any cash on me. They said if you have XXXX or cash app we can accept that as well. I said okay and pulled up my Wells Fargo app which is connected to XXXX. I pulled up the screen where it says to put who you want to send the money to. They said let me see your phone and we will put in our schools information. I handed them the phone and the XXXX teen was talking to me about his college plans. They handed me the phone to send an amount and all of a sudden I get an email confirmation from Wells Fargo saying I authorized a money transfer using XXXX to someone named XXXX XXXX who Im assuming is the teen who sent the money. I looked up and they were gone. I called Wells Fargo immediately and they filed a claim. XXXX weeks later Wells Fargo said there was nothing they can do.
