Consumer Complaint: This bank repeatedly and regularly declines transactions that I have funds in the account to cover, removes said funds from my account anyway as a pending charge that you cant dispute until it posts, which it never does because they declined it immediately, and then wont put the funds back in the account for an irregular and sometimes indefinite amount of time. Every time i call about it Im told tomorrow and then tomorrow comes but the money doesnt. This has happened 3x ( usually 2 or 3 pending charges each for a purchase that I was only trying to make once ) in the last 3 months with 3 different vendors and usaa keeps trying to tell me the problem is with everyones system but theirs.

Consumer Complaint: During the COVID-19 pandemic, which started in XX/XX/2020, I requested a deferment for all of my USAA Federal Savings Bank accounts ( Loans, Credit Cards, etc. ). After the request ( provided over the phone ), I removed all of my account auto pay options in order to skip a few payments until XX/XX/2020. By XX/XX/2020, I had paid up all of my accounts to current status. However, USAA Federal Savings Bank reported my credit car account and personal loan as " Missed Payment '' for XX/XX/2020. I have addressed this issue directly with USAA and also requested a dispute on my credit report. USAA has NOT fixed the errors. How can I fix and/or start legal action. My credit score was downgraded significantly. Up to this point, I had NEVER had a late payment in over 20 years with USAA!

Consumer Complaint: I booked 5 flights through XXXX online Travel for myself and family. The airline is XXXX. The flight was booked XX/XX/XXXX. The flight was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. The flight was paid in full using my USAA credit Card. The flight was cancelled and the company XXXX and XXXX are refusing to refund my monies, so I have turned to my credit card company USAA and they informed me that since I did not file the dispute 60 days following the close of that billing cycle that they could not help me. The issue is that I had no idea that XXXX was going to cancel the flight 9 months later and refuse me of my refund. I did not have a magic ball to see into to the future, so there is no way to file a dispute with the credit cards 60 day window when the flight was not cancelled until over 9 months later. Please assist a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Vet for monies I much need!! thank You

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I have made two payments on my USAA credit cards. The two payments were completed on XX/XX/200 and the amounts were respectively : {$960.00} payment for one USAA credit card {$960.00} payment for the second USAA credit card. Both payments were processed by UNFCU card ( please refer to attachment ) on XX/XX/2020 The {$960.00} payment was received and processed by USAA on XX/XX/2020. The {$960.00} payment was NEVER processed by USAA. I called USAA o Saturday XX/XX/2020 and explain the above cited concern that I have made two credit card payments on XX/XX/2020 and only one payment has been processed and the second payment was not. The person at USAA stated that I need to wait up to 10 business days for my payment to be processed. Well, it seem to me that USAA is holding the funds for no reason. Why the first payment was processed and the second one was not? Please refer to attachments. Now the USAA credit card payment due date is approaching on XX/XX/2020 and if USAA does nor process the payment, then I must pay the credit card one again on XX/XX/2020. I would appreciate receiving your assistance in contacting USAA and request them to process the payment and stop holding the funds. Thank you. XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On or around XX/XX/2020 when I attempted to use my online Banking with USAA Bank, a questionnaire " popped up '' stating information was missing or needed updating. I have been a customer with the bank for over 15 years. The questions included asking what my net worth was and what my annual income was. It was stated that the questions were required as compliance with the " Patriot Act. '' I stopped and did not finish the questionnaire as I felt it was getting too personal and an attempt at gathering marketing information. I called the bank and asked about the questionnaire and they told me again it was required due to the patriot act. I told the bank I had been a customer for over 15 years and I have nothing changed in the last few years and all this information had previously been provided. I asked why now I was being asked and the representative on the phone said I must have done something to trigger the questionnaire. I said I have done nothing. I followed up with emails on XX/XX/2020 ; XX/XX/2020 ; and XX/XX/2020 ; and asked each time what triggered the action. The contact site said they would respond back within 24 hours. I have not been responded to even once. I read the patriot act and it does not require my net worth or my annual income to be revealed to the bank. I feel I should be allowed to know what has triggered this action at the very least. Because I will not answer their personally intrusive questionnaire, I am unable to access the history and actions in my account to verify no charges are made on my account that I did not make. I am now being threatened with the closure of my account. Please let me know what exactly the Patriot Act requires a bank to gather.

Consumer Complaint: Each time I dispute information on account, the company puts additional incorrect information on the credit profile. The last dispute was reporting the balance. Currently the entire loan balance is being charged off. The have received partial payment from the sale of the vehicle and the amount should be reduced. This is a direct violation of the FCRA.
