Consumer Complaint: Hello. On XX/XX/2020, I received a collection letter of a " past due amount on account that was placed with this office for payment. '' XXXX XXXX, a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am being contacted for a debt that I do not owe. This is a consumer loan with USAA. I was " coerced '' into being a Co-Signer on this account by XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is an attempt to defraud me. Verbal promise made to me by Mr. XXXX to pay the loan. Attached is collection letter from XXXX. I have attached also most recent Consumer Loan Statement, from USAA, for this account, that clearly shows Mr. XXXX 's name, and Not mine. Mr. XXXX has a mental issue ; has been stalking me, I have previously taken him to court to stop contacting me. I asked USAA to remove my name from loan, and it was refused. I ask that USAA make the arrangements to remove my name from the consumer loan. If needed I will seek additional assistance to accomplish this, including legal action. BE SURE TO SEE AND VERIFY THE LOAN NUMBER IS THE SAME AS THE " Creditor Account Number '' AS STATED ON THE XXXX LETTER, Dated XX/XX/2020. Thank you for any assistance from CFCB regarding this issue.

We then got in an argument about this I asked to report a complaint and they would put me on hold and disconnect from me this went on for 3 hours. Since then my credit report from experian has been lowered then the rest of companies. Usaa submits charges that are false on my card the credit reports are lowered on my report then my husbands 2 years this has been going on USAA HAS REPORTED THAT WE OWED XXXX $ false on our credit card. We have been so careful with are money I dont feel a representative should be able to do this to someone who has outstanding credit Please make this stop they recently added a XXXX $ charge that was disputed and refunded back on to my credit card to lower the score

Consumer Complaint: I've got a mortgage from USAA BANK, serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX As of late ( past 2 Mont 's ), they charge me 2 mortgage payments in the same month. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm being told that they do not have such person this is the case with XXXX and USAA. Do to their action I can't pay my truck payment this month, last time I had overdraft protection through my saving acct, but I discontinued it since they transferred so much money out of my savings that was down almost to XXXX, a lot more that was needed. I feel that they are cheating me on the escrow, charging me way to much money, when I asked about it they got no acceptable answers. I'm a XXXX year old XXXX Veteran with an advanced XXXX XXXX, living on my XXXX. I can't afford this type of game that these two banks are playing with me. I can't find no one nor place to make a complaint, most of their agents have no clue how the Bank is set up. I would appreciate some help.

Consumer Complaint: I have had this card for 13 years and 5 months. My balance has not been increased for a long time. Longer than I can remember. Whenever I request an increase, I am denied and the reasons given are not in order with any 3 of my credit reports. I called the bank and asked about it, requested an investigation. They informed me that they do no such thing and the letter that they sent me explains their reasoning. I have also requested other loans through the bank that have either been denied or approved with an extremely high APR.
