Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21, two mobile deposits were made to my USAA checking, one for {$4600.00} and the other for {$2400.00}. When the deposits were made, there were no reg cc disclosures made available to us. Instead, both deposits were made immediately available giving the impression that the deposits had cleared the issuing bank and no information provided that a hold should have been placed to give sufficient time to clear the issuing bank. The both deposits returned on XX/XX/21 and XX/XX/21, leaving us financially harmed because 1 ) the bank didn't provide any reg cc disclosures at time of deposit 2 ) the bank made all funds immediately available thereby making the bank customer assume all was well and 3 ) at no time did the bank alert us of the possibility that the deposit would return leaving us financially harmed.

I did not join their company but was later charged {$92.00} on XXXX and {$88.00} on XXXX. XXXXWhen I called the company to complain I was told I had been given 15 days to quit their membership. I never joined their membership and I never received any documents about this or receipts. The descriptions on my credit card says : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I was not able to find any of these companies on the internet. I contacted the company several times at the different numbers listed on my credit card statement and they all sounded like the same company. They always said they could not supply me any documents or pouf that I agreed to any fees other that the {$6.00} andXXXX for the XXXX. Consumer Complaint: This original company was aware of identity theft due to my military status. After agreeing to REMOVE the negative debt since I never applied for it, they charged it off and the collection company continues to reage the debt resale and has damaged my militaryservice record and hurt my credit. The debt is NOT mine. I have requested copies of original contract, proof of legal right to collect and proof of verification method nothing has been given to me.

Consumer Complaint: Currently having a dispute with USAA with regards to the banking issues, and per the user agreement, no litigation can be filed before the arbitration process is completed. However, USAA is not willing to pay for any fees they owe in the arbitration, the arbitration process can not be continued, and USAA still demanding payment from me for an unknown amount. Before going to the court process, wish to resolve this matter with USAA on this platform.

Consumer Complaint: USAA Federal Savings Bank put a freeze on my checking account without any notification. I discovered this Friday XX/XX/XXXX when I was trying to use an ATM before an salon appointment where I needed the cash. They disable their mobile app on my phone. The rerouted my calls to them to an automated message telling me to call back on Monday. I called them with my boyfriend 's phone and low and behold I got to take to a human who was incredibly rude and would not tell me what was going on. I've had to cancel all plans that required cash, so no farmers market this weekend. I have a rent check out that hasn't been cashed yet that I'm worried will bounce. There is absolutely no unusual transactions in my account. Just the same deposits and checks that I have done monthly for years now. It takes two paycheck cycles to change my direct deposit. This is abusive and distressing and a huge waste of my time. What can I do?

Consumer Complaint: Since 2019 I have called repeatedly to close my account with XXXX XXXX and they refuse to stop drafting my account. ( 15 USC 1692f ) says this is a violation. Also there is a civil Liabialty ( remedy ) ( 15 USC 1692k ) Where there is in fact a remedy for my losses wages. SCRA Civil relief act says. That I am able to terminate any and all contracts due to me being a service member. After numerous attempts to communicate with my bank as well as XXXX XXXX. I was advised by a military Jag Officer to file a complain here.

Consumer Complaint: I Have been a customer with USAA for Years. I'm not sure what has happened to their customer service but its be horrible lately. I have begged to speak with a manager the last 4 times i called. Because for some reason my payments were not being automatically withdrawn like i setup. The issue is i was also losing my automatic withdraw discount as well as missing payments. In the pass not only had i made my payments on time i actually paid ahead if you check my history. USAA failed me in regards to customer service. I shouldn't have had to call that many times begging for a managers assistance. As of yet i have not spoken with one. Had i received help from a manager my auto polices would not have been cancelled. I'm a nurse who works 16-18hr shifts i shouldn't have to spend hours on the phone begging for help to no avail and still end up having no insurance. i RECORD my phone calls so i can provide these to USAA if they'd like as proof

Consumer Complaint: I have had to change my checking account information for my personal checking account that pays my insurance no credit card with USAA. I have spent hours on r=the phone with them, speaking to multiple representatives and they all tell me something different. They told me my payments were ok and set up but they did not actually set them up properly causing me to get fees and late payment notices. The insurance side set up auto payments but also did not set them up correctly causing my account to go delinquent. It has been a horrible experience and their representatives obviously are not trained to take calls.
