Later I used my credit card ending in XXXX from USAA for XXXX on XXXX. Total amount paid by this date was XXXX. I have never received my motor and have yet to have a refund for this fraudulent transaction. I no longer wish to be a consumer in XXXX until this is solved. Please help!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: I lost my debit card and informed USAA. After that someone was depositing and cashing fraudulent checks with my account. USAA held me accountable for the debt without telling me why. I have been trying for months to get a straight answer and all I get is to be out on hold for hours and then no answer or resolution. I have requested a copy of the investigation and still none has been provided. They have since reported me to early warning system. Due to the lack of assistance my family paid the debt and its been over two weeks and they still have not lifted the hold with early warning system. This hold is making it so I cant open a checking account for direct deposits. In 1 week I called USAA 3 times and got put on hold and no resolution.

Consumer Complaint: While in XXXX, I trusted someone ( agent ) to take care of my property until I was released from XXXX, but believing I'd never get out, she betrayed my trust and committed fraud by using XXXX to transfer and embezzle all of my VA XXXX payments from my USAA Bank Account! A total of over {$25000.00}! She also used my credit cards, debit cards without my permission for her own bills and expenses. etc. She overdrew my accounts causing fees and closure! I was just XXXX of XXXX XXXX last week and released. However, I'm in deep debt, homeless, XXXX, and XXXX due to my bank fraud department allowing all my only source of income to be fraudulently stolen while I was in XXXX and blaming ME! I wrote my bank letters about the suspected fraud since 2019, but was ignored. They don't care! And they advertise being a bank that cares & serves the nation 's veterans/heros! They have not. Please, HELP! : I have all my bank statements. I can't even afford a lawyer ... She thought I'd never get out of XXXX. and sent me a very nasty letter in XX/XX/2019, same month the fraud began! She said, " Nothing you can do about it since you're in XXXX! '' Bank statements prove she used XXXX to transfer in her name!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I attempted to use my USAA debit card, which has all of my money on it, to get gas. The card was declined. When I opened a USAA app, it showed that there is no card linked to account. When I called the bank, they stated that USAA no longer wishes to do business with you. When I asked for the reason, I was simply told it was management decision. I have approximately {$6000.00} in deposits next week from the Veterans Affairs ( protected veteran ) and paycheck. I have to make rental, car and insurance payments on the XXXX of XXXX. Was told by USAA that my account is due to be closed on the XXXX of XXXX and then I will be mailed a check with my funds, which should arrive in the middle of XXXX. Until then I will be without any money. All the money for my VA XXXX and education will be rejected and sent back to the VA, which will take unknown amount of time to be deposited into another account. I never received any notification of the account closing, otherwise I would not hold my money in it.

It has been 7 weeks and American Express has yet to resolve this dispute even though I have given them all of the following information that explicitly includes who has the item that was erroneously shipped using an old address of mine. Either the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX system used an old address or when I submitted the payment through XXXX they used an old address of mine. This had to be a system error because both website had my updated address. At any rate, the following clearly explains where the item is, yet no one seems to be acting on it. All I get is American Express continually asking for redundant information that I have already provided through XXXX, who in turns sends it to American Express who services this XXXX credit card. XXXX has told me they have sent all of the following information to AMEX # 1 ItemXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ordered electric guitar through XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/2021, XXXX said it was delivered on XXXX XX/XX/2021, however they did not require a signature and I never physically received the item. I contacted XXXX XXXX customer service at XXXX and spoke with a XXXX at XXXX about the situation. She told me not to worry, that I wouldnt be charged and she told me she was directing her shipping people to run a trace to retrieve the item. She said it may take some time to resolve this so I let her know I would be contacting my credit card company and file a dispute. I did this because sometime people do not always follow up when resolving issues like this. She said if there were any questions that to contact her at XXXX XXXX. As of today, I still have not heard back from them. If they record their conversations as part of their quality control then you will be able to hear for yourself the whole situation. Consumer Complaint: I had an auto loan with USAA Federal Savings Bank ( USAA ) that I paid off on XX/XX/2021. I am in the process of trying to get a mortgage to purchase a home so I requested XXXX update my credit report showing that this loan was paid off. XXXX opened an investigation which they closed on XX/XX/2021. XXXX stated they contacted USAA and USAA certified that there was still an existing balance of {$18000.00} on that account and that all of the information was up to date. As part of the dispute process I provided XXXX proof that the account was paid off in it's entirety with a statement from USAA, the top of which states, " Congratulations! You've paid your loan in full. '' A cursory investigation by USAA would have shown that they account was paid off, but they failed to take any steps to correct this misinformation on my credit report in direct violation of the Fair Credit Report Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2.

Consumer Complaint: Have reported identity theft to usaa. Filed report on identity theft .gov and sent all information. Have attempted for a month to get this resolved. Every time I've called I've been transferred to multiple departments and placed.on hold for long periods of time. They continue to dispute the fraud claim. My wife at the time took out a personal loan and a car loan using my information and signed electronically. I did not have any knowledge of the accounts. She passed away in XX/XX/2018. She had separate bank accounts that I did not have access to that these payments came from. Upon her death, her mother deactivated the account and I was unable to even access it to see what loans she may have had outstanding. This was brought to my attention due to excessive debt impacting my security clearance for my job. Upon finding out about these accounts I immediately tried to resolve the issue. This company has repeatedly denied the fraud and I have been unable to actually contact the correct people to attempt to satisfy this. I am the victim of identity theft, I had no knowledge that these were in my name and I did not give her permission tomuse my information. I am at a loss on how to proceed as I have been met with resistance each step of the way from this company.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a customer of USAA for over 26 years and I had a mortgage with USAA for over 10 years. My mortgage included an escrow account, and USAA paid XXXX County property and MUD taxes annually as agreed. In XXXX, USAA failed to pay the MUD taxes, which were due XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted USAA multiple times by email and phone to ask that they pay the taxes as required. Multiple agents said on the phone that the taxes and accumulated penalties would be paid. The escrow account was fully funded and funds were available for payment of the XXXX MUD taxes. In XXXX of XXXX the MUD tax district received the delinquent XXXX MUD tax from USAA, but the late payment penalty of {$140.00} that had accumulated over 6 months was not included. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the MUD district the penalty of {$140.00} in order to prevent delinquent taxpayer action and additional penalties. The same day, I called USAA to ask for the {$140.00} to be credited or refunded to me. The agent, XXXX, was unable to take any action to resolve the issue. She said the Tax department disputes any penalties and I should get those back from the MUD tax district. I am asking that USAA refund the {$140.00} tax liability they caused.
