Consumer Complaint: I established a credit card ending in XXXX with USAA Bank 30 years ago. The company decided to close my account after 30 years because I did not make a purchase on it in 3 years, however, Ive had this credit for years with no purchase. They set a precedence that they broke and it will now negatively affect my credit score XXXX this was the longest established credit card on my credit bureau. I NEVER asked USAA to close. I called USAA to have it re-activated and they said they could not. There is something very wrong with this practice!

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted USAA to resolved a a dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX transaction is the amount of {$75.00} thinking USAA has my back they have taken back the {$75.00} temp credit that I had gotten causing my account to go into the negatives. I have submitted evidence of receipt to USAA paying to the parking lot, even when I told USAA I was unfairly booted on my car. I do not agree with this charge. I am currently a loyal USAA member and they did not have my back when I showed proof of receipt, when I show plenty of evidence that I paid for the parking and should not have been booted from my car. I have attached proof of payment which should have confirmed I should not be charged the {$75.00} booting fee for this service when I paid. Even USAA agent when I first called agreed with me that I should win this dispute of USAA investigations team decided differently

Consumer Complaint: Update XX/XX/XXXX : I am seeking interactions from an office / official higher than the advocacy advisor as XXXX XXXX has not adequately answered my questions to include at what times the purchases were made to evaluate if traveling between purchases was even possible. I have recently attached the police report to USAA 's documents section for further documentation detailing the fact that I did not authorize nor make purchases with the credit card. Police report number : XXXX. I have an above 800 credit score, have never had any issues with USAA 's team prior to this and am continuing and will continue to seek fair treatment and restoration of the purchases detailed below before seeking legal action. I have been banking with USAA since XXXX and have not have any issues with them up until now. XX/XX/XXXX going into XX/XX/XXXX there was charges that I did not make via credit card that I had in my possession. I contacted the bank immediately to let them know that I did not make those charges. The charges are as followed- XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and then XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX where charged on XX/XX/XXXX. After I was made aware of those charges i was notified that this was possible fraudulent activity. I contact USAA immediately to let them know that this was not me. The person i spoke with was able to take them off and the statement appeared to reflect these changes. They also recommended that I cancel that card and get a new one which I did and destroyed the old one. I got the new credit card and everything was good until XXXX around the mid month and got a call from XXXX and they informed me that I was responsible of the charges and that there was no way that anyone could copy the chip. On XX/XX/XXXX I get this reversal of charges other then the XXXX from XXXX was restored to the card. I contacted them again and I get long holds and no contact with the fraud department. I have spoke with them twice but they have told me that I was going to be responsible for the charges since I had the card in my possession. Police report number : XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigation but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal. They also violated the law because according to : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. The credit bureaus never did a proper investigation according to the FCRA. Listed accounts : The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They did not do this!! Also, they have violated my rights even more. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that? If the open date inaccurate, the date last activity is inaccurate, amount inaccurate, and date last reported inaccurate. This is a violation and grounds for immediate removal.

Consumer Complaint: Applied for loan turned down by USAA Bank using XXXX as credit reporting agency reason for denial by USAA they said per XXXX : History on Satisfactory Accounts is too short, Length of time since delinquency, Not enough credit information, Delinquent and/or derogatory accounts, credit score XXXX. I obtained my own credit report from XXXX and it demonstrated none of what USAA bank claims what was on my report and had my credit score as XXXX all of this was done on date : XX/XX/2022. USAA bank is fraudulently reporting to certain group of consumers negative results in order to deny consumer products the bank offers. I request a hard manual review of application and credit reporting and was not helped and was told we cant do it Please investigate this matter of USAA Bank to ensure other consumers are not burdened with the issue the bestowed on me Thank you
