Consumer Complaint: My cardholder/wallet with my physical XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX visa card was stolen when I returned to XXXX from a business trip from XXXX on XX/XX/2023. Between XX/XX/2023 to XX/XX/2023, I had access to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Business visa card saved in my XXXX XXXX wallet and a copy of the virtual card, which I still used to complete purchases. I was not aware that the physical card was stolen until XX/XX/2023, at which time I discovered a number of charges made on my XXXX XXXX XXXX Card. I filed a police report, called into my banks to cancel all stolen cards, including US Bank. I also disputed all such fraudulent transactions made on my US Bank Card. One of the fraudulent transactions was made at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$1200.00} in XXXX, XXXX ( the " XXXX XXXX Transaction '' ). US Bank issued a credit adjustment for all of the reported fraudulent transactions until XX/XX/2023, which is when they charged me {$1200.00} for the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a letter in the mail providing that they have concluded I have received the service or benefit of the transaction, the investigation has been closed, and I may not contest the transaction. However, I never received any benefit or service related to the transactionon the day of the transaction, I was not in XXXX ( I have location data showing that I was in XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) and I did not purchase anything that day from XXXX XXXX. I called US Bank upon receipt of the letter and requested an explanation for why I was charged for the fraudulent XXXX XXXX Transaction. Their assessment that I must have made the XXXX XXXX Transaction because I made a purchase at In and Out in the amount of {$6.00} was incorrectI made that transaction with my stored XXXX XXXX wallet card and could not have made the XXXX XXXX Transaction because I was not in possession of the physical card. After having a conversation with them, the US Bank agent noted that they must not have evaluated all of this information and will give me a call back within 48 hours to discuss further. After a week and follow-up calls to US Bank , I have still not receive a call back, and {$1200.00} still appears on my credit card account summary as a charge.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute against Elan Financial Credit Card Services and Fidelity Investments on XXXX XXXX XXXX through your organization, CFPB. Fidelity Investments employed Elan Financial Credit Card Services to manage their credit card and Elan responded and stated that they called me on XX/XX/. Elan never called me to resolve this dispute nor will they look at my documentation. I have attached my XXXX phone records to provide you with proof that they did not call. On XX/XX/2023, XXXX ( dispute supervisor at Elan ) stated that she would reopen the case if I could provide documentation that shows that there was a return policy at the time of my purchase on XX/XX/2023. In addition, I told XXXX that I had emails from the merchant, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that state they would take the product back and I stated I would get back to her. XXXX did not want to see the emails from the merchant. On XX/XX/2023, I called back and spoke to XXXX ( dispute supervisor at Elan ) and he stated that he will not open the case. I told him that I have emails from the merchant, XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they would return the product and documentation that demonstrates that at the time of checkout there was a return policy. Elan is unwilling to reopen the case and look at my documentation. I have recorded their phone calls and so has my third party investigation firm, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX. We both have them on recorded lines wherein Elan states that they will not work with me to resolve this dispute by looking at my documentation. Elan can lie to you and state that they are willing to work with me but they are not willing to so. I would not be spending so much of my time filing complaints if they would look at my documentation. I am providing you with my XXXX XXXX XXXX phone records of XX/XX/2023 to demonstrate that Elan is lying and not calling me. They have no documentation to show that they evidence that they are working with me.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is related to XXXX. I am leaving my bank - US Bank - after the most horrific financial experience I have ever heard of in consumer banking. That experience is described in more detail in the aforementioned complaint. I have begun closing all of my accounts including credit card, brokerage account, and CDs. The final closure of my checking account is scheduled to take place in-person in XXXX at my local branch. However, one final CD ending in XXXX for {$3200.00} is not being deposited into my checking account and it has been a month since I called on the phone to redeem it. I emailed the branch managers and the person in the bank 's Office of the President ( I have their contact info from my previous, related, complaint ). I also called on the phone and spoke to a customer service representative in Wealth Management. No one can provide me any information about my funds, except to say that they have a record that I called to redeem it on XX/XX/XXXX and that the redemption was submitted but was lost in processing. They sounded very confused and explained that it may have been " lost ''. As suspected, US Bank is holding onto my core deposits for their financial gain, at my loss. This is a financial crime and they are well aware of their practice and the impact it has- they just don't care because they believe they can get away with it.

Consumer Complaint: Me, my husband is in a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy and the payments that have been made is over {$57000.00} that went towards the mortgage, us bank is paying on the interest and barely paying on the principal, and which interest is supposed to stop after bankruptcy XXXX XXXX is filed with a payment plan. We send monthly statements, I called to request an itemized statement from the escrow department, we never received it. Only received our monthly statement. I would like an investigation into us bank and how they are posting payments that are sent to them. We want to make sure they are posting the money correctly, accurately. Also there was a Ach that should have been posted to our mortgage account over 2 weeks ago. The electronic payment has cleared, they still havent posted the payment ; along with the trustee from XXXX XXXX payment plan sent over {$5000.00} to US Bank that was over 2 weeks go that didnt get posted either based on the current statement they sent us. I have attached the most Recent mortgage statement they sent us that didnt add up to whats being sent to US Bank .

I tried to contact this institution by phone and transfer between departments leaving me in hold and then dropped or hanged up my call. They sold my debt and they reported to my XXXX credit report the account in charged off, I need that USBANK with address XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX MO XXXX and Phone : XXXX, correct the error that they reported because I did not owed {$1000.00}, they continued charges my account during XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, when the account is closed and when I did not used it since XXXX, they did not give me moratorium during XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and they are reporting a false statement that I owed {$1000.00}, when the account is in charged off when they reported to IRS and received the credit incentive of {$2000.00} for the reported debt. They are reporting if as I owed the doubke amount of the debt and violating my privacy right as well. I beed that US BANK correct the amount reported to {$0.00} as charge off account and sent me their 1099 for the charged off account reported to IRS. I would like that they removed this account due that they reported a false statement and a false amount. They also did not report the payment that I made on XX/XX/XXXX. They caused me that other bank institutions closed my checking account when making unauthorized charges to my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX checking account ending in XXXX when I made the payment with my XXXX checking account and make me lost important accounts transaction and extra fees because I did not have the balance in the XXXX account instead I made the payment using XXXX account, and in my credit report said that there is XXXX and I made a payment in XX/XX/XXXX, as the payment agreement made in XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint against US Bank on the year of 2021 I had opened a U.S. Bank for my upcoming XXXX XXXX. For months I never had and problems with any money transfers or etc with the checking account that was opened with US bank. Many times before this money transfer that was made to me from my brothers Bank of America account in the amount of XXXX was posted and completed to my account on the date of XX/XX/2021. That following day I tried making transfer to my Apartment management to make a payment towards my lease and it was declined when looking into it I learned my account was frozen and would not be able have access to my funds or account into further notice. I then received a letter in early XXXX stating my account was going to be closed due to suspicion with fraud, any balance that was in my account was to be mailed to me in a cashiers check. 2 weeks later I received a check for XXXX cents, confused I was because I shouldve have had still the deposit that was deposited into my account for the amount of XXXX. So where was my money and how can they do that to me? Customer service reps werent able to let me know the reason as to why or where my money had gone or why they were holding it so they asked me to go into the branch I opened up my account originally from so I did branch location ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ) they also said my brother with his ID and bank information would be a good idea to have with me as well to confirm the deposit wasnt or had nothing to do with any scam or fraudulent transaction when I got to the branch I asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude to me since the beginning of my visit she did not want to hear anything I had to basically say from my end and basically told me those funds were moved into an account that I wouldnt have any access to and that money was basically never going to be released to me I asked why or if that was even legal for them to do that? They had no reason I had every bit of proof to show my transaction from that transfer had nothing to do with any fraud but she did not care to hear me at all and said to take it as a lost. For years now or a year now I have been trying to find some type of help as to why my money was kept because of this incident I have been struggling financially and am now homeless my brother and I had to go through many obstacles because of this incident and I dont know how I still have not been given any details as to where and why those funds never where paid to me anymore. My brother also tried to file a claim on his end saying the transfer was never received by me because the bank was holding it from me but Bank of America came to the conclusion that there was no need for them to dispute anything with that transfer because the transfer was made and it reached the destination it had to from there end.

I have spoken to multiple agents regarding this matter and in the notes it states something about forgery. The check is valid and can be verified, this check was deposited by the US Bank branch manager himself on XX/XX/23. The remitter of the check can verify the check and provide any information that is needed. I went to the US Bank branch on XX/XX/23 and talked to branch manager about this situation and he himself remembered the XX/XX/23 transaction. I want access to my funds as soon as possible.
