Consumer Complaint: I closed on a Home Equity loan and line of credit on XX/XX/19 and the equity loan payed off my credit cards debt. 2 of my credit card payments were with XXXX XXXX. My loan officer told me he was going to pay the cards off and assured no problems. My XXXX XXXX credit cards had two different pay off addresses the first payment was paid in the amount of {$1100.00} and the second payment of {$2600.00} was never applied to my account. I was told that XXXX XXXX misapplied the payment and the payment was returned to my bank back office. I was not aware until a month later what occurred. When the funds was applied back into my account, I immediately made the payment manually to XXXX XXXX. Due to the error of the payment being delayed I received a late payment on my credit report. I have tried for over a year to get this resolved and cant get assistance from XXXX or US Bank. In addition to not processing my payments correctly. I would like like to dispute the closing of my loan. My loan officer did not include my taxes and home owners insurance and I requested it several times. My closing of loan was very confusing, the dates and disclosures kept changing. Had to come in to bank and email several times. I would like to file a company request against my loan officer. I have tried to contact him several times no assistance. Did not know I had to pay taxes until months later when I received bill from insurance company and state tax accessor. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and feel US bank practiced predatory lending to customers. Can you please assist me.

This letter shall serve as our 3rd Complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Regarding this Loan. Our client was approved for a Trial Plan on XX/XX/XXXX. ( See attached ) Our client has made the ( 3 ) three trial plan payments in addition to ( 5 ) more payments and complied will all requirements in order to receive a Final Loan Modification. ( See Attached ) On XX/XX/XXXX we called US Bank and spoke to an agent named XXXX ID # XXXX and she advised that she could not provide me a date nor a time frame when we would receive the Final Loan Modification for our client. All she could say is that the Final Loan Modification is being generated. In addition the charges were made on an expired credit card. I contacted the bank and sent them proof these were unauthorized charges but they refuse to remove the charges. In addition they have now charged me an additional {$29.00} as a late payment charge for not paying the fraudulent charges.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXX caught fire while I was driving and was completely destroyed. I immediately contacted my insurance company ( XXXX XXXX ), the dealership ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Mi ) and US Bank, the lease holder. At every step, the dealership and US Bank said I had gap coverage, so any remaining balance after the the insurance company paid US Bank, would be zeroed out. They stated that all leases have gap insurance. The vehicle was totaled- I never saw or drove the vehicle again after XX/XX/XXXX ( It was on the news, I have attached the news article ). On XX/XX/XXXX US Bank charged my checking account the monthly bill ( {$480.00} and change ). I continued to contact US Bank and they told me it would " all be taken care of, gap insurance will cover it ). On XX/XX/XXXX, US Bank confirmed they received a check for over {$41000.00} from XXXX XXXX on my behalf. After this date, US Bank told me I did not have gap insurance. I filed complaints with US Bank and they never returned my calls. Last week, I contacted US Bank and told them I was contacting an attorney if they did not resolve this. They then said that they received/cashed the check on XX/XX/XXXX, but offered no explanation why it took 5 weeks to process once they received it. I was told it could take another 5 weeks to process the total loss claim and close out my account. I was told they would void any late fees I was charged and not to worry about making any further payments. On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from US Banks saying they had sent my account to a collection agency. I want my account resolved, closed and a refund issued to me for the payment I made in XXXX after my vehicle was destroyed. I also want this cleared from my credit report and the collection agency case closed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: My credit card had few unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have disputed them immediately online and by mail. While dispute was reviews it accumulated late fees and finance charges. Finally after long time dispute was resolved in my favor and all late fees and finance charges were reversed. However late payment was reported to all credit agencies which is not true as I was never late for payment.

Consumer Complaint: I mailed my XX/XX/2019 credit card payment to U.S. Bank in a timely manner. The following month I saw that my account had not been credited for the mailed payment. I contacted the company and explained what happened. I was told that the XX/XX/2019 would not show up as a missed payment on my credit reports. Months later I reviewed my credit reports and saw that there was a late pay on my report. I contacted both the 3 credit bureaus and the company in an effort to get the late payment removed from my credit report but with success.

Consumer Complaint: Ok so i thought there were fraud charges on my us bank relicard ( unemployment ) so i called to report and then the fraud departure lady asked me if i wanted a new card I said sure she said it will be there in 4 to 5 days well it came and i went to activate it and it was locked so i called and they told me i would have to send in a current id. And a selfie so i did the first ssid it was blurry to go through the steps again so i did well it was blurry again i found out this because i called they didn't send me no email or call so then they said ot has to be a valid id that i didn't have and they didn't say this when they asked if i wanted a new card they didnt say nothing about having to send any documents to get my card validated so then they ask me for all these other documents they said they didnt get this was the first week of XX/XX/2020 it is now XX/XX/XXXX and stiil they have {$1600.00} dollars of mine they wont release because they say they will only take a valid id which i dont have do to other documents i need to get it i am without electricity and water and food because of them not unlocking my card i called about and them not telling me all the documents i would need after asking if i needed a new card i didnt ask them they asked me it was shady on there part to do this to my kids amd i XXXX.i wouldve just kept my other card i have been in tears i have done what they have asked me to do about sending in other documents but they are holding my unemployment the only money i have hostage and them the send me a letter say if nothing is done buy the XXXX of this month XXXX they will send it back to unemployment i am at a virge of a nervous breakdown i dont no what else i can i do so i am begging and pleaing for your help please help me please
