Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I called US Bank to inform them I had received a letter from XXXX county stating my property tax had no been paid on time ( due XXXX XXXX ) and they had already added a penalty onto my total amount due for the third installment. Another installment has been late again as of XXXX XXXX. I have called US Bank about 10 times in the past 30 days trying to have them to pay my property taxes since I pay escrow every month and have never been late with a payment. XXXX county has the right to put a lien on my home if the bank does not pay the tax. I am being treated unfairly, ignored, and seem as if we are a joke to this bank. This is a VA loan and this is how they treat veterans. They dont care that a family could lose their home for there irresponsible actions as a mortgage company. I want my 3rd and 4th property tax payment paid for immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Last couple days of XXXX I noticed unauthorized charges. I contacted bank the y said that I could do anything until the cleared account try contacting merchant. More and more charges showed up they continued to say the same thing. I got them to block the merchants I thought but they kept coming in XXXX I saw a charge from XXXX contacted them luckily nothing had shipped and they marked the charge as fraudulent and told me to contest threw my back on XX/XX/XXXX th I was told I would have to wait for the charges to clear after the holiday this time however the put a complete hold on the account. After the holiday they cancelled old card sent a new one told me I had to wait for last two charges and that I had to show I'd had made a good faith effort to contact merchants for reversals. Finally XX/XX/XXXX they said they where sending paperwork in would have to sign and return within 10 days for provisional credit the paperwork didnt arrive in mail till the XX/XX/XXXX at which time I signed and faxed back. I called to let them know and they said it was processing and to call back in a few day for provisional credit. Few days later I called again and was told they had just received my fax on XXXX and in would be a few more days for processing. Few more days I called and was told no fraud had been found case was closed. I didnt understand how that was possible they never even spoke to me nor did they contact legecy who was willing to refund it back. I called again was told it was closed by mistake send paperwork I. Again this time I enclosed emails from XXXX and fax showing faxed on XXXX. Was XXXX to wait a few more days for processing. Called back was to the just received fax call back more day called back money who said that they had just received fax that day and call back in a few day. Called back next day was told I would receive a letter in a few day or a week and that they had no information to give me nor had the contacted XXXX who had been waiting since XXXX for the to charge back. They refused to even tell me what information I need to provide them let alone what they actually do in these so called investigations.

Consumer Complaint: Us bank Reliacard has over {$6000.00} of my money locked due to " fraud '', though I've only used the card to withdraw money for rent. Every time I call they tell me to submit a copy of my ID and a selfie, which I've done 4 times now, and every time they tell me my account is still locked and to try again. This time they asked me for a copy of my social security card, which I will not do as it seems fishy. The customer service reps have not helped at all, often telling me to go to websites that don't work to submit information. I need this money to pay for rent and for upcoming prenatal appointments as I'm two months pregnant. They're holding my money hostage and having me run on a wild goose chase to get money back that I 200 % believe that they stole and have no intention of giving it back.

They have not been able to prove to me that this was a joint account by providing my original paperwork that I signed in XX/XX/XXXX They have not sent me any of these 120 days notice of late payments by mail or email

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I contacted US BANK for assistance due to COVID-19 that affected job hours. US bank did let us skip payments for 7 months and ONLY thing they advised about adding the amount to the end of the loan, but never ONCE explained that this would have to be paid all up front before we can refinance. I tried to refinance with another lender for multiple time and most of them are only going to do 80 % LTV if you do cash out to take care of this extra amount, since I do no have enough equity built in, I am not able to refinance and stuck with this company with HIGH interest rate and they are not willing to help in any way or form or shape. It's very unfortunate that I requested assistance without knowing that we were getting XXXX over in the end, especially without any knowledge. In addition to 7 month of payments that was behind, they also added escrow balance to that amount as well which is over {$9500.00}. Very frustration for people that are in this situation like myself. Please help US all to get this fixed.

Consumer Complaint: My husband XXXX and I are in the process of getting a mortgage for a home. The credit report came back with one derogatory account under me. ELAN Financial Services was the creditor for the XXXX XXXX credit card account. I had a checking, savings, and credit card through XXXX XXXX. I closed them out via phone call in XX/XX/XXXX. However, according to Elan Fin Svc, the credit card was still opened and charged on XXXX XXXX by XXXX plus late fees and interest since the checking account was closed. The remaining balance was paid off after realizing the error on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and the credit card account was closed as well. This error was due to XXXX XXXX failing to close out the credit card account when asked to close all accounts in my name, and neglected to inform me that it was still open. My credit score then tanked and we were out close to {$200.00} on something originally only {$25.00}.
