Consumer Complaint: I received a Credit Score Disclosure in the mail. It said it was prepared for US Bank, my mortgage company. It had a different loan number then my loan number. After speaking with US Bank they said someone stole my identity and tried opening 2 checking accounts. Those accounts were denied opening. But this person managed to open 2 savings account at US Bank, in my name, and even managed to get {$25.00} out of my personal checking account at XXXX XXXX. US Bank is sending me forms to fill out and reimburseing me the {$25.00}. My bank closed my savings account and opened up a new one for me. The date on the credit score disclosesure is XX/XX/22. But I just now figured this out today XX/XX/22.

In XXXX this bank recorded with the county clerk of records of Florida a {$160.00} XXXX mortgage this mortgage was a fraud, was never advanced to me at this time XXXX XXXX was found guilty of predatory lending it was orded to close all fraudulent accounts and XXXX millions dollars penalties, on XX/XX/XXXX this bank was last day in business.this bank send me the ORIGINAL PROMISORI NOTE ( blue ink ) and A MORTGAGE SATISFACTION ( blue ink ) plus a tax number for me to pay my own tax. They sent this documents to me following the federal investigation orders, after they sent theses documents I received a letter asking me to sent my monthly payments to U.S BANK. this mortgage was never assigned or endorsed to this bank, they enforced this mortgage with not even a single legal document. I have sent all my payments to them since XXXX I have asked them for copys of the assignment from XXXX XXXX and they sent to me a fraudulent assignment from XXXX DONE ON XXXX they went to Wisconsin XXXX XXXX of XXXX they ILIGALLY RECORDED. in XXXX and XXXX XXXX WENT OUT OF BUSSINESS IN XXXX.i stopped this payment on XX/XX/XXXX I told them I was going to have them investigate them and that after that my lawyer was going to contact them, the got scare and they suspended this mortgage they sent me a check for {$230.00} dollards XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX dollards suspending this account, I have all documents to prove this case.I 'm looking for a LAWYER at this time. Consumer Complaint: I was a victim of a scam that the person Impersonated Us Bank and conned me into sending him money through the XXXX ap. At the time I had no idea what XXXX is or have I ever used it. My bank refused to help me because I knowingly logged into my account to do it. The following is a copy of my FTC complaint : I was driving down the road when i got a text from what I thought was Us bank asking me if I sent {$3500.00} on a XXXX acount and I texted no. A few minutes later i got a call from what I thought was the fraud department. He asked me some questions and told me a person from Georgia tried to take {$3500.00} from my XXXX account which I never used or new about. He said we have to do something to my bank account to reverse this payment. I said call me back in an hour I will be at home. He called me back in an hour and told me I would have to enter some info into my XXXX account to reverse this. So I did and they took out {$3500.00} out of my account and returned it the next day. Now I trusted him. He called me back the next day and said we had to work on the next one. we repeated the same process and the money was never returned. So I called the number he called me from and It went right to Us Bank so I was like well ok. Note the number listed above is the number he texted me codes Ect.. The next day he called and said we had to work on the last 2 instances. I asked him when i would get the previous amount back he said dont worry you will get it all back at a certain time today. So we repeated the same process, and when that time passed and nothing happened, I called the number he called me on and talked to someone at US Bank. He did give me a name but I cant find it. I asked for that name and no one could find him. So I explained what had happend to the lady on the phone, she repeated the scam back to me and I know I had been scamed. She filed the claim for me. I filed a police report with the XXXX, Az police Department. If you need more daitails, I also have screen shots of my phone to discribe what happened. It a little more complicated. Consumer Complaint: XXXX via Elan has intentionally given conflicting information that has caused me significant damage to my planning and then paying my bill. The company is not giving consistent information. One rep tells me one thing, then I call back and the other tells me another thing. I pivot my payment strategy one way then have to whiplash back in another direction to make sure I pay the bills correctly. This conflicting information has caused me to miss due dates, causing my rate to skyrocket to predatory XXXX. Reps are paid to confuse the customer, subjecting them to paralysis due conflicting information that creates late fees and overlimit fees.

Consumer Complaint: I have a business VISA credit card with US Bank. For over 2 months, I have brought to US Bank 's attention that I am unable to pay my credit card statement balance using an external bank 's checking account. I receive technical errors when attempting to add the bank 's info stating that I have already added the bank account and it is ready to use. Unfortunate, that bank is NOT added and I can not use it. Therefore, I am being charged interest on my balance because I can not pay it. No one has ever offered a solution that worked. Nor has anyone set up auto pay for me, nor offered. No one has offered to take payment over the phone. I am only advised to " try this '' option online. Then it doesn't work, and I not only have a late fee but an interest charge. US Bank 's inability to process a payment and/or assist their customer 's with technical support is costing me, the consumer, money and MAKING them money.

Consumer Complaint: USBank sent me a letter stating that since I have been a good customer, they are increasing my credit line from {$500.00} to {$1000.00} and sent me a new card. Since I received the card I tried to use it to make a payment at XXXX XXXX XXXX and it would not go through. I called USBank and spoke with a representative who told me someone would get back to me because I was being " investigated '' & transferred me to another dept where I was told that XXXX was the one who had a problem not my account and I could use the card, no problem. Today I received an email from USBank alerting me that they detected suspicious activity on my credit card & to call XXXX. I called 3 times today, but each time I was on hold for 30 minutes then an automated system came on to say there was no one available and hung up. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone regarding this alert or use the card anywhere.
