Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX systems has repeatedly called and harassed me about a {$70.00} dollar collection. Claiming that since XXXX hasnt removed it from their report ( all other credit bureaus have ) that they are entitled and I better pay. That I can not escape being irresponsible and saying obscene things. XXXX as well said they will NOT take that into consideration and made their dispute decision based on information given by XXXX. This in turn made their calls ramp up from XXXX, day and night constantly harassing me. I couldnt even attend a funeral without their calls popping up on my phone.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter to Transworld Systems Inc, regarding an inaccurate debt that they claim I owe. I asked for validation of this debt, as I do not believe that I owe anything. In addition to that, I also asked that further communication regarding this matter, should be handled via mailed correspondence. Since receiving my letter, Transworld Systems Inc has yet to provide any sort of proof of said debt but they also continue to call my phone, repeatedly, from different numbers throughout the day. Transworld Systems Inc calls from different New Jersey area codes, since I have a NJ number, in hopes that I would pick up a call from New Jersey. Clearly this is in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and subsequent actions should be taken to address this.

Consumer Complaint: I have been requesting for this company to send me validation of debt to clarify everything about this alleged debt but not only they have failed to send me information, but they are also reporting false information to the credit bureau which is damaging my character. My information may have gotten to the hands of the wrong people and this may be the result of such an incident.

Consumer Complaint: Account control technology ( ACT ) was responsible for collecting my student debt since XXXX. ACT was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, yet I never received a notification about the transfer until XX/XX/XXXX. I received a bill in the mail notification that I owed money to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted them and they told me that they hadn't received a payment since XXXX of XXXX. I told them I was still paying Account control technology ( ACT ) ( I have bank statements to prove this ). When I attempted to login into my ACT account to switch payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX, the portal no longer existed, yet my payments were still being sent to " ACT-TRUST '' yet the payment was not being applied to my loan amount. I contacted XXXX XXXX about this, they told me I needed to contact my bank and report the problem that they could not fix it. This merger of accounts has been very frustrating and not good business practice. I have been charged additional interest on an account that was in good standing and being payed on monthly. This is theft.

Consumer Complaint: Rep at Transworld Services Inc called ( Second Time after I had asked for verification of debt that I never received and told them all communications must be done via mail going forward ), I missed the call and decided to call back. Upon doing so I was told the company name and that they were calling to speak to XXXX XXXX. I did not verify who I was or if I was who they were looking for. I simply stated, what is this in reference too. The rep on the end of the phone, without verifying identity stated " XXXX XXXX ''. This breaks FDCPA guidelines concerning releasing information to an unknown party. I could have been anyone on the other end of the phone and she just stated that she was calling concerning something related to XXXX. Not only does this go against FDCPA guidelines but HIPPA. You disclosed that I have a bill due to XXXX, who is a medical office taking tests. Which means you just told someone I had testing done for unknown reasons. If it had been a family member that could have caused major issues. Not only that, I had requested the last time I spoke to them to mail me verification of debt to the address they have in their systems and to do all further communication via mail. This counts as a verbal cease and desist which is another violation of FDCPA guidelines.

Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEM is in Violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692 - Congressional findings and declaration of purpose ( a ) Abusive practices There is abundant evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices by many debt collectors. Abusive debt collection practices contribute to the number of personal bankruptcies, to marital instability, to the loss of jobs, and to invasions of individual privacy. 15 U.S. Code 1692j - Furnishing certain deceptive forms ( a ) It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. This company was deceptive by sending me past due bills, late fees, etc. and reported late payments to my credit report which is another violation when they were aware that the debt was paid from the first day I did business with this company which is once again fraud. Collecting on debt that has been by law is fraud.
