Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS recieved my formal written notice : ( Tracking # XXXX ) In my notice I informed TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS that what they're reporting to my consumer report violates my rights as a consumer and they need to cease further reporting. I have given them more than the allotted time to rectify their mistake but they have ignored my letters and are choosing to continue to violate my rights as a federally protected consumer. TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS is clearly committing fraud.

I began to see a notification from XXXX XXXX XXXX to pay XXXX monthly, between XX/XX/XXXX, I have made multiple attempts to pay the XXXX and this payment was not accepted there was enough money on the card. I used a different card to make pay and multiple attempts no money was taken, I called the loan company and advise on the situation. I had the XXXX XXXX, I wasn't able to go to a store, and my family after the other was affected. The agent XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to take money from the card which presented the said issues. Consumer Complaint: I rented a car from XXXX car rental on XXXXXXXX at the XXXX XXXX airport location. XXXX XXXX set this reservation up for me directly. I was notified of the details. My rental contract said in print that I would be charged a fee if I did not call customer service prior to extending my rental. I called customer service to do just that. That call record was logged by XXXX and my mobile carrier. Still, on the evening of my return, I was charged a " late return fee '' of {$36.00}. The evening of my return, it was pouring down rain. It was late, cold, and wet-so I chose to have my receipt emailed to me instead of walking into the branch. To my surprise, despite my calling customer service, per the rule, I was billed a late fee anyway. I contacted customer service by phone and was told there was nothing that could be done and that no bill adjustment would be made. I then contacted my credit card issuer and disputed {$36.00} of the {$210.00} total. It was determined by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that the entire amount should be refunded to me after their investigation. I visited the lax XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX to offer to pay the {$210.00}, less {$36.00}, that I no longer owe. I was told by an agent at the counter that no payment could be taken. Additionally, the only XXXX rep that could take a payment would be the " do not rent '' center, and they do not make bill adjustments. Now, I'm getting payment demand letters from their credit collection partner XXXX XXXX XXXX, by email, phone, and first-class mail, attempting to collect a bill that my responsibility has been removed

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems , Inc. ( TSI ) is a debt collector for XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). They claim our XXXX owes XXXX {$110.00} for services on XX/XX/XXXX at a building we sold to others on XX/XX/XXXX. Long before XX/XX/XXXX, on several occasions, I called XXXX and told their representatives about the sale. Following receipt of a debt collection mailing from XXXX, I have written a letter in response which will be mailed today, XX/XX/XXXX. A copy of that letter and a cover letter are being sent to XXXX, also to be mailed today. In spite of my messages to XXXX that we no longer own the building, XXXX never refunded the unused portion of our XXXX 's annual payment for year XXXX. In the cover letter to XXXX, I requested a Refund of {$200.00} for the unused portion of the pre-payment for XXXX. I will be awaiting responses both from XXXX and XXXX but I request that you contact both companies and report this complaint. Thank you. Attached are several documents concerning the above information.

Consumer Complaint: This is for a Perkins student loan. I did not receive any statements ( online or via mail ) starting after XX/XX/XXXX for my account. Every time I logged in to my account online, it said {$0.00} was due and that no interest was accruing. I thought that this was because of the federal student loan pause. In the middle of the month in XX/XX/XXXX, my account all of a sudden showed past due and interest had accrued ( my balance went up due to interest and late fees ). I did not receive a statement for this. I called the company in XXXX to ask what happened that they told me it was an internal error that erroneously marked my account as matured, and therefore it stopped sending me statements since XX/XX/XXXX. It was flagged in XX/XX/XXXX and then the account payments resumed, without them notifying me. I had just happened to log in to my online account for a second time that month to find out about the balance going up and past due payments. When I called the company in XX/XX/XXXX, they assured me this would not be reported to the credit bureaus and that I would need to file a forbearance form. I told them I didnt want future forbearance, but to have the past due amount and related interest removed from my account. I filled out the form anyway stating all of this info, and the they changed my account information online to show I was current and had late fees removed ( but interest from this time period was never removed ). In XXXX, I received notice from my credit monitoring service that my credit scores from all three credit bureaus had gone down by an average of 40 points due to a missed payment on this student loan account that had been reported. I called the loan servicer to ask for this to be removed since it wasnt my fault, and they said it would be removed at the end of the month ( XXXX ) since the account now says current. I also filed a dispute with all 3 credit bureaus stating what happened. The dispute did not change the past due payment listed on the account. As of today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), my credit reports all still reflect the erroneously reported past due payment. I called the loan servicer today and they showed on their end they had reported to the credit bureaus that there are no past due payments and there was nothing else they could do. I asked them for a formal letter stating all of the above information in case I need it as an explanation for the negative mark on my credit report. They said they can send an email to me and request a formal letter, but it is not guaranteed.

Consumer Complaint: OK so out of nowhere, I started receiving letters about debts that were owed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received two separate letters from Transworld Systems with an attempt to collect a debt for $ XXXX. ** and then the other for $ XXXX. ** with outrageous late fees that were included with both amounts stated above. The first letter stated as of XXXX XXXX I owed $ XXXX. ** and was charged interest of $ XXXX. **, stating the total amount due was $ XXXX. ** The second letter stated as of XX/XX/XXXX, I owed $ XXXX. ** and was charged interest of $ XXXX. **, stating the total amount due was $ XXXX. ** I contacted them because I thought it was from a doctor who got shut down by the Feds for fraudulent insurance billing, but then I figured out it had nothing to do with this doctor or the practice that was shut down. The only thing they told me about the dept was that it was for services on XXXX which would be impossible for reasons I can prove. Also, I have never heard of this company, nor have I ever been sent a regular bill from them either. So I have no idea where these depts are from, nor do they belong to me. When speaking to the person on the phone, they were sarcastic and kept muting me, so it seemed no one was there or listening to what I had to say. They were unprofessional, making me think this was a scam or someone phishing for information. I pay my bills and pay them on time. So suddenly, getting two debt collector letters stating I owe some company I had never heard of over $ XXXX dollars seems like a scam. Then let 's talk about outrageous late fees on both statements ; I had never received any type of bill before this for this company, so why is this debit collector telling me I have a late fee of $ XXXX. ** with NO explanation of why there is late fee 's and where this debt is from other than a company I have never heard from. These letters ruined my day and caused me great stress and XXXX, and then when I called, they gave me no evidence or info other than services on XXXX XXXX. I did XXXX this company and they have been sued many times for I feel my privacy and personal information were violated.
