Consumer Complaint: After receiving a notice from my credit monitoring company. The information states there is a new negative item reporting on my credit report. After reviewing the item, I immediately contacted the collection agency at the number provided on my credit report. I informed the collection agency I do not owe any moneys toXX/XX/XXXX. I also asked the collection agency to please provide any signed authorized documentation proving the debt is mine and the alleged final bill, which required by law, sent to consumer prior to sending debt to collections. I have not received validation of debt!

Consumer Complaint: On Sunday XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed UAS Connect regarding a past due notice for {$120.00} charge to my account. My account was also set to charge an upcoming payment in XX/XX/XXXX. These charges and the past due notice I received were all in error as I am currently a XXXX XXXX and my loans are in deferral until I XXXX In that email, I stated " Please let me know if there's anything more I need to do to resolve these incorrect bills and please be sure to resolve any late notices my credit bureaus may have received. '' I included this statement because I have previous experience with UAS Connect taking over 5 months to correct my credit score, which jeopardized my ability to apply for student loans at that time. I received a response on Monday XX/XX/XXXX informing me that my graduate student status was verified and to " Kindly disregard the statement you received. '' On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I received notifications that my credit score had dropped over 60 points because of 3 missed payments during XXXX. I emailed UAS on both days and received a response stating " your credit reporting has been updated to deferred status or current. '' On XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed again with screenshots of the incorrect reporting. I received this response on XX/XX/XXXX : " Your negative remarks from XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX has been forwarded to the Account Specialist to be corrected. You shouldnt have any past due remarks on your credit since those months were covered by the deferment. Rest assured that youll be notify once we receive an update about this issue. '' I did not receive a notification, so I called UAS twice on XX/XX/XXXX. Both times, the customer service representatives repeatedly assured me that the correct credit information would be reported XX/XX/XXXX. When I stated the information should have been correctly reported on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX already, they hung up on me. My credit report remained in error so I emailed to inform UAS that they were in violation of my FCRA rights. I also notified them that I would be reporting them if they did not update my account. I received this response : " Our Account Specialist already verified with Credit bureau file that your account reflects no late reporting way back to XX/XX/XXXX and our next update to the agency is on XX/XX/XXXX. Please understand that we are also following our protocol. '' On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent screenshots of my credit reports. On XX/XX/XXXX, UAS responded : " We have sent a credit bureau dispute to the Account Specialist. It will undergo process and investigation. You will receive a feedback once we receive from them. '' I have not heard from them since. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I checked my credit score and found that there have been no updates. I emailed today to inform UAS of the credit report and to notify them that I would be pursuing disputes.

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a letter from a debt collection agency indicating I owe XXXX {$20000.00} ( plus interest ). I was reportedly out of compliance with my XXXX XXXX XXXX contract. I was approved for the award, and in XX/XX/2019 I received a promotion within my agency ; however, it was at an unapproved site. I attempted to contact XXXX via phone indicating I would not be participating in the yet-to-begin ( contract to begin XX/XX/2019 ) contract, as I was moving to another site. In XX/XX/2019, I received the award in my bank account. I attempted to return it and contacted XXXX, but they said I never canceled my contract ( even though I called earlier in the year ) ; they said I had to submit written notice, although I was not advised of that when I called to cancel. After attempting to dispute and resolve this issue for close to a year, I was required to pay back the {$20000.00} award PLUS over {$10000.00} in fees. {$20000.00} was easily covered, as I held the award in a savings account, because I kept trying to return it. I have attempted to contact XXXX, but they are unable to assist me or provide me with any information as to why I reportedly still owe XXXX {$20000.00}. I got my last paycheck and learned my wages are being garnished, in the amount of almost {$500.00}. I contacted my HR department to see if they could see what the deduction was for, and they can't see that information, only that it's a federal debt. Interestingly, I have received no notice or communication that my wages would be garnished, nor has my agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), which is inappropriate, unprofessional, and negligent. Please contact me to discuss, and hopefully clarify/resolve this issue. I should never have received a notice from a debt collection agency that I owe XXXX money with XXXX contact from XXXX, and now that I'm formally disputing the debt with the debt collector, I should not have my wages garnished.

Consumer Complaint: I was advise that a collection of {$9800.00} was due to the XXXX XXXX XXXX for apartment complex. the information provided was incorrect as I gave the 30 day notice to XXXX XXXX who was the Recertification Specialist on XX/XX/XXXX due to the property being sold to another company and i was not staying on board as an employee with them but staying with the XXXX XXXX XXXX as my employer. I paid my lease all the way up to XX/XX/XXXX as my lease was from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I have bank printouts showing the online payments and POS transactions that I was making each month with the employee discount along with the new rental payment. I gave possession of the keys to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at the front door as the office had limit access due to Covid-19 restrictions. The information they have is inaccurate from the cleaning to rent due. I asked for documentation that the unit was dirty and to provide evidence that the tub was resurface prior to me moving it. they didn't provide non of the cleaning information prior to me moving in and moving out.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems has reported a collection account to my consumer credit file in the amount of {$550.00}. I do not owe this alleged debt. If Transworld Systems has the right to collect this debt in accordance with the FDCPA I am asking for validation of this account. This includes ALL contractual documents stating and proving that I am responsible for this account that I agreed to and authorized the alleged debt that Transworld is attempting to collect. Transworld has no legal right to attempt to collect a debt. Transworld has not validated this debt nor sent me a notice of collection. Enhanced Recovery is in violation of the FCRA and the FCDPA.

Consumer Complaint: I defaulted on my student loan and completed the loan rehabilitation process. On XX/XX/XXXX I logged into my account to see if there was a statement so I can start paying off the loan. I realized it said that the whole loan amount was due. I immediately called UAS and was told that they would reach out to a representative to inquire about a payment plan and to call back in a week if I havent received anything. I didnt hear back so I called back on XX/XX/XXXX to follow up and I was told that the representative still hadnt gotten back to them. I stated that I want to be on a payment plant because I do not want to default again. I was told that the only way to get on a payment plan was to fill out a financial hardship form which I submitted today XX/XX/XXXX, however my account is showing late charges and I have tried calling and am just on hold and am unable to speak with anyone.
