Consumer Complaint: In getting pre-qualified for a mortgage loan and being denied for derogatory history shown on my report. I did not recognize any of the derogatory accounts and I realized someone had stolen my identity. As soon as possible I contacted the various financial companies that had granted credit in my name and one of them was XXXX Acct No XXXX ; as I explained the account was not mine, they opened an investigation which lasted over two months and at the end, according to investigator XXXX XXXX since the account reflected a couple of payments were initially made to this account and the account was in my name, I was still responsible for it. I explained to her that I never had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and believed it had been also opened fraudulently. I went to a XXXX XXXX XXXX Branch and spoke to XXXX, an assistant management who confirmed the alleged account, number XXXX had been opened in XXXX, AZ and it was now closed. I told her I had never been to that city in AZ nor had opened an account with them, XXXX suggested I opened an investigation which I did and is still in progress. After I found out about the XXXX XXXX XXXX account, I contacted XXXX, the investigator at XXXX XXXX, after multiple tries, I spoke to her briefly after multiple attempts and told her of my findings and asked them to conduct a more in-depth investigation on this account which they refused. I still do not understand how a line of credit for an amount close to {$100000.00} was granted so easily in my name when there were multiple red flags that suggested fraud as the thief provided a different address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) considering XXXX have had my information in their records for over 14 years I have had my checking and savings account with them for all this time which could have been crossed referenced and questioned it. XXXX XXXX made a big mistake and now they expect me to undo their mistake and in the meantime my credit record has been ruined and my mental and physical health is been detrimentally affected. All I am asking is for a throughout investigation be conducted by XXXX XXXX who created this mess by not conduction their due diligence at the time of granting the credit and who now expects me to fix it. Please help

Consumer Complaint: A single violin ( " product '' ) was purchased and paid for in XX/XX/2018. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ) failed to deliver the product. XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted regarding the failure to deliver. When the product was finally received, it was damaged. XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted again and a replacement was sent. After receiving the replacement, XXXX XXXX XXXX requested that the damaged product be returned to them.The damaged product was packaged and set outside for pickup by XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to arrange a pickup ). XXXX never showed up. XXXX XXXX XXXX then ran an unauthorized charge on my account for the damaged product they failed to pickup. This charge was disputed. XXXX XXXX XXXX was informed and apologized. The aforementioned is in writing and is attached. Thereafter, XXXX XXXX XXXX has attempted to collect on the disputed charged for the damaged item they failed to pickup. XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent the non-existent debt to a creditor, Transworld Systems Inc. ( Account XXXX. : XXXX ). Transworld Systems Inc.is attempting to collect on a non-existent debt in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).

I have never received a letter, phone call and even after calling them, no documents to support the balance they said I owed. 60 days later, still nothing. 1 credit bureau deleted them, the other bureau updated it. The dispute was conducted both on the same day. The collection will be removed XX/XX/21. In the meantime, they are reporting what seems like every day. They are being vindictive and have nothing better to do.

Consumer Complaint: I have received at least 56 calls that I have kept track of since XX/XX/XXXX, and I received numerous calls prior to that date, from Transworld Systems. In addition, the calls have been escalating since the beginning of the year, with an additional 8 calls, the most recent of which was received on XX/XX/XXXX. No amount is ever communicated and no information is given to identify the alleged debt - only that they are attempting to collect a debt. I have tried to return the call ; however, I have never been given the option to speak to a person. Every communication is a recording which leaves a telephone number ( XXXX ) and the name " XXXX XXXX. '' I have never been able to reach a live person at the contact number given.

I thought I was entitled to the information that was being reported to the credit bureaus about me! I understand the holidays XXXX have caused some kind of mail errors, but not enough to stop them from sending anything to me at all! Since they've violated my rights, I'm complaining about them to you because I believe you retain proper jurisdiction over the matter. They have violated the FCRA by not sending me anything at all. Consumer Complaint: I just completed loan rehabilitation and my account is back with the normal servicer. When I logged into my account, it stated that my loan was immediately due. On XXXX, I called the loan servicer to ask about a payment plan. I was told that I had to submit a financial hardship payment agreement form. I submitted that form on XXXX and called to follow up. When I spoke to the representative, I was told that my account was under review and to not worry about it. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email stating that my account is under review. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent another email to follow up about payments as I do not want to default again. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email stating that my account has been past due since XXXX. I have not received a statement since XXXX. I went on my account and paid the past due amount since I do not want to default. I had been calling to figure out payments but I was just being told that my account was under review.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, {$520.00} Transworld report to the three major the 3 major credit bureau on behalf of XXXX XXXX third party company that purchase this account that was closed out on behalf of identity theft. Transworld without given me the rights or sending letters as to notify of the debt and the rights to dispute the debt proceed to report info to the bureaus without my given rights under the fair debt collection laws no one, the agency deceived the bureaus by first claims reporting was due to natural disaster. I have never received any documents to validate or given info to dispute. I however, can valid proof that the reporting is not mine. I have never had XXXX XXXX and Now, Transworld is report that it was open in XXXX in attempts to hurt my good credit. Transworld on XX/XX/XXXX told me it would be remove from my credit report and sent back to the third party agency which, Transworld refused to give me a name or address to file legal actions against both Transworld and the third party. Transworld told me it would be removed from the credit report however, XXXX has update the info to reflect that it was open in XX/XX/XXXX and I have services with XXXX XXXX and it can be verified. No to mention, it shows it will remain on my credit until XXXX. I have never received anything from Transworld and will be obtaining an Debt Attorney licensed under the Federal Trade Commission to handle it this is not removed from all three credit reports. I have supplied Identity fraud info and Transworld is XXXX which the company has stated info was received.
