Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ), and Section 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( E ). Please provide me with a true and certified copy of the complete audit trail/Certified Final Forensic Internal Audit of said account. Furthermore, in order for this company to validate the debt, please provide verification through audit certification of debt entry in accordance with G.A.A.P., I.F.R.S., in accordance with basel 3 accord and U.N.C.I.T.R.A.L Conventions.

I have never been to this address or been associated with this address. This is a fraud account that was opened in my name for electricity service.

Consumer Complaint: UAS is attempting to say that I did not make a payment on my account for 3 months when there was a gap in my student loan forbearance. I have emails, screen shots, and payment confirmation showing that I did pay that amount. The emails also show that I spoke with them to make sure that when I paid the amount, my account would be current and my deferment would resume as I started graduate school. I have email payment confirmations showing that I made the payments they are referring to. They sent my account to collections now (XX/XX/XXXX ) saying I never paid back in XXXX, when we already resolved that issue. They refuse to take the account back from collection, therefore ruining my credit.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX I disputed an account with Transworld Systems Inc. They did not respond to that letter. They are reporting on my credit, I believe it is my right to request information. They have since added another account to my credit for seemingly no reason at all. They have never sent me any information at all, ever. This is extremely disturbing. PLEASE HELP ME! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO JUST REPORT INFORMATION ABOUT SOMEONE!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, Transworld Systems I added derogatory marks on my credit report to all 3 credit bureaus. Upon, further research, these accounts were transferred and sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it's mines. According to the FCRA Transworld Systems I has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove these accounts immediately.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I refinanced my University Accounting Services ( UAS ) loans with a different servicer/lender ( XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice from my new servicer ( XXXX ) that a payoff was sent to UAS. On XX/XX/XXXX payments were applied to my UAS account from this payoff. A total of {$66000.00} was applied in payments. However, my loan refinance that should have been applied and sent by XXXX to UAS is in the amount of {$83000.00}. To this date, XX/XX/XXXX, the correct amount has not been applied by UAS. I contacted UAS regarding this issue on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told by the UAS customer service representative that the check number and/or a copy of the check that XXXX sent to UAS would be the necessary information in order to ensure that the full loan payoff amount is applied to my UAS account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a copy of the requested check, which was a XXXX XXXX, to a UAS customer service representative who then forwarded it to the appropriate accounting services department. On this date, XXXX was able to confirm that the check had been cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I followed up with an e-mail requesting to know the status of the resolution to this issue. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response from UAS stating that a payment research request was sent to the accounting team. On XX/XX/XXXX, I again sent an e mail requesting to know the status of this issue and was on XX/XX/XXXX that customer service still had not heard back from the accounting team. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent another e-mail inquiring about a resolution to my problem and was told that same day in an e-mail response that they had still not heard from the accounting team.
