Consumer Complaint: HIPAA Violation!!! I have received my confidential medical records in response without a prior written release, clearly violating my rights under HIPAA. Again, I DID NOT sign a HIPAA release form authorizing Transworld System Inc access to my medical records. They should not have access to XXXX XXXX, and Diagnosis Codes pertaining to my medical treatment. Do not keep sending me your generic validation letter! All collections pertaining to this debt needs to be cease and remove from my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit files immediately. This company is again violating my HIPPA rights as a consumer. I have filed a HIPAA complaint and filed a lawsuit against Transworld with my attorney. Remove this from my credit report now! This matter is not resolved and i will continue to file lawsuits and complaints until this debt is removed!

Consumer Complaint: This is more info in reference to these complaints : XXXX XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Owned by XXXX XXXX ) and they confirmed that I paid off my bill via autopay on XX/XX/XXXX and I never had a late bill. The person checked the greater XXXX XXXX network and showed no other accounts. He said this account was fraud. This make sense as to why I never got a bill before it was in collections and also why when I spoke to TransWorld Systems when I first became oaware of the delinquent payment ( XX/XX/XXXX ), they told me they tried to contact me at a phone number which never belonged to me. I should have never paid Transworld and they owe me a refund along with the prompt removal of this delinquency from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Hello - I was on auto bill with my utility provider XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. For the last bill, I guess they decided not to auto bill and I was not aware of this. They passed the debt to TransWorld with erroneous contact info. Transworld told me they tried to call a phone number that was not mine ( I have had the same phone number for over a decade, so unsure why or how ). They also sent a letter that went to my neighbor during the lockdown. It sat on her kitchen island until she found it cleaning one day. The day my neighbor delivered it, I called Transworld and paid the bill. In spite of never receiving notice of the bill, due to the poor business practices of the utility provider and TransWorld, I have a negative mark on my credit. Other than this incidence, I have NEVER had a delinquency on any bill. Even as this delinquency was on-going, I was paying credit card bills that were 50 times as large. There is no logical reason I would not have paid this, had they made me aware. I am now in the process of applying for a mortgage for a new home and this has dropped my credit significantly and will cause me significant financial harm. Can you help me get this removed? Also, what legal rights do I have to recapture the losses XXXX additional cost ) I will have due to their poor business practices?

I had disputed this account with the credit bureaus before, and they sent me some verification. The verification they sent me, very clearly violates the rights granted to me under HIPPA. Consumer Complaint: The student loan service provider for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, University Accounting Services " upgraded '' their site a few months ago. Before their site was XXXX and now it is XXXX. The old site looked about the same and ran very fast. The issue I've been dealing with is that they have put absolutely no effort into making sure that this new site runs properly. Pages consistently take more than 10 seconds to load, if they do at all. And most importantly, I can't download any of my statements or tax documents. I can't file my taxes because I can't access the document via their website. I'm a software engineer, so I am well aware of how these sites work. My internet connection is about 400mbps, so I'm sure it's an issue on their end. Their use-case is not that complicated or computation-expensive. There is absolutely no excuse for their website to run this slowly. They need to invest some of the interest they're making on my education into at least using more servers. I am filing this because this issue has been going on for months with this company and they have done nothing to fix the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I have a subsidized student loan account with XXXX XXXX from my XXXX degree at XXXX University. I have been continuously enrolled in graduate school at XXXX University since XXXX meaning that this loan account is supposed to stay in deferment. However, this past XXXX, XXXX XXXX claimed that I could not be found on the XXXX XXXX XXXX and removed my account from deferment and started charging interest. I have submitted enrollment verification to them and called them multiple times to resolve this issue. They tell me every time that my enrollment has been verified, but that it will take 2 weeks to process, for my loan to be placed back into deferment and for the interest charges to be removed. This has been going on now for 3 months, and no action has been taken. My loans are still listed as out of deferment and interest keeps accruing, and now they are reporting it as an open account on my credit report.

I have uploaded the letter that I sent to Transworld System Inc. pertaining to this matter. I am a victim of identity theft and have been for some years. This account does not belong to me. I take pride in my credit and as a consumer this is utterly ridiculous that consumers end up being victims of identity theft. The burden is not on the consumer to prove its not theirs. Its on the collection agency that state they purchased the collection account. I requested numerous things for this collection agency to send me and they have not done so. If this is not rectified immediately I will be forced to seek legal representation.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent two validation letters in XXXX/XX/XX/2021 to Transworld Systems regarding them that they're in valuation of HIPPA law in attempt to try to collect on a debt. The company has failed to validate my debt. Instead they sent me a list of my medical records instead of my HIPPA release form which I requested in the letters I sent which is a direct violation of HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information. I also requested for Transworld Systems to send me this specific information in those letters with my signature and to see how they receive this private information regarding my personal health and they failed to do so. This negative reporting is damaging my credit worthiness to obtain housing for my family in these struggling times we all are living in. Please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activities failure to do so I will be perusing legal actions. Thank You
