Consumer Complaint: I received a bill from XXXX of Michigan for services received in XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the fee of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I received several calls from XXXX stating I did not pay the XXXX. I told the company the date the payment was made and the check number. The clinic continues to call and write me regarding this bill. I sent a copy of the cashed check. I also requested they no longer contact me. The company received a COPY OF the cashed check. The company received a copy of the cashed check on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX sent this account to a collection agency, Transworld System Inc. I informed TSI that the payment was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite evidence of this paid bill TSI has continued to call and send collection letters. I believe the companies, XXXX and TSI are harassing and extorting money. The next game they will play is to continue to pass this alleged bill onto other companies. I am requesting the following, 1. the harassment to stop 2. An apology from both companies 3. XXXX XXXX dollars for their unfair practices.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, my father and I called the company that represents itself as Transworld Systems for a debt that was owed at a sum of approximately {$1500.00}. After speaking with a representative, the debt was settled by the sum that the company offered, at XXXX at approximately half the owed sum. My father paid the sum over the phone on that day by the end of that phone call. We were provided with a confirmation number and assurances that we would receive a written correspondence via mail confirming the settlement of the debt. The account therefore, was closed. However, two months later during XXXX, I am disputing this open account with the credit bureaus that have investigated the dispute and have found an open account for XXXX with Transworld Systems as " accurate '' - despite the fact that both parties mutually agreed to settle the account to an amount offered by Transworld Systems. We never received a written confirmation of the debt that was settled by mail, and the company refuses to report that this account was settled and actually report the account in an accurate manner to the credit bureau. This is alarming, because even their company records admit that their communications are recorded, yet they continue to misrepresent the settled account. Please advise.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX, XXXX app and XXXX. Upon further research this account is not accurate on the amount that is said that I owe. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also there was no written communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mine. According to the FCRA XXXX XXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: The issue is University Accounting Services XXXX UAS XXXX https XXXX XXXX and their refusal to provide XXXX tax forms and/or help with resetting a login to access online. This results in my inability to complete our taxes since I can not access the UAS student loan XXXX tax form for the loan we paid this loan off in XXXX of XXXX. I repeatedly through XXXX tried to get into the systems and could no longer login with any combination of my son 's or my information ( they changed their systems XXXX. In XXXX repeated calls were made and waited on hold for 90+ minutes with no answer only to be hung up on at their XXXX XXXX close of business. After each UAS call hang up in XXXX repeated emails were sent and left unanswered. I need our XXXX tax forms!!! In all the emails I included our physical address change effective XX/XX/XXXX needed to be changed for our loan for tax forms.Other tax forms from ALL other service providers all arrived from XXXX but not UAS. The servicing of this loan has been a DISASTER, customer service up through XXXX was horrible and consistently laced with misinformation and now in XXXX refusing to help provide required tax forms or help correct access to their systems so customers can get them online. I need HELP to get my taxes done!!

They are telling me I owe them a debt and 15 usc 1692 ( b ) ( 2 ) says debt collectors are not allowed to say you owe a debt. I have never done business with them before and this is a written refusal to pay. In their initial communication they did not disclose why this debt is valid pursuant to 15 usc 1692g. They are breaking the federal law.

Consumer Complaint: The collections agency ( Transworld Systems XXXX called on multiple occasions and claimed to only have called a few times. They left multiple voice messages. They used rude and threatening language - said that if I did not pay the bill to them that they would immediately hang up and say I refused to pay the debt. Note that this was for a small amount of medical debt which was mailed to the wrong address, and which I never actually received a bill for so I was confused where this had come from. I tried to figure out what exactly I owed and who I should get in touch with to pay the debt that was owed and they refused to give that to me and repeatedly threatened that if I did not pay them directly that they would say I refused to pay the debt. In reality I was willing to pay the debt, and wanted to try to figure out if this was a scam or real debt - I noted that when I had checked my credit report there were no collections on my account. In this day and age with all the phone scams I just wanted to make sure that there was actually debt that I owed. She then again threatened to say that I was unwilling to pay the debt. She said that she would hang up on me and was not being helpful in working with me or determining where the debt had come from. She used a very aggressive tone against me, and when my son tried to help me ( because I am an XX/XX/XXXX and do not necessarily speak the best English / understand everything she was XXXX she refused to speak with him and threatened to hang up / report that I was unwilling to pay the debt.

Consumer Complaint: Good day. After receiving several pieces of correspondence and having my credit report damaged with what I know to be inaccurate information, I called XXXX XXXX to pay the debt listed on my credit report. The original debtor is listed as XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX and they could find no old, outstanding bills of mine. I disputed this account once last year and it was removed and then reappeared. I then disputed twice and lost both disputes. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I called the collection agency to pay and they indicated that unless I state verbally that I no longer dispute the account, they could not accept my payment! I refused to state what I dont agree with, yet I was willing to pay the {$130.00} debt. The call with a manager, XXXX XXXX ( not sure of spelling ), was a mentally draining and demeaning experience because he wanted me to say that I no longer dispute the account and if not, they could not take my payment. I advised him that I would not dispute the account any longer with the bureaus or CFPB but that I personally do not agree. I just want the account information updated and removed from my file after I pay. XXXX became dismissive and unhelpful, so my only recourse is to contact you. This company wants to control how a person thinks even if theyre willing to pay. If CFPB can do nothing to help me, this will have to remain, unfairly, on my credit report. Ive worked very hard to improve my credit over the years and this is a blemish that has reduced my score and gives an unfavorable view to lenders and now my payment is being rejected because I wont say what the debt collector wants to hear.
