Consumer Complaint: I am a client of Transworld System Inc., which owns my student loan debt. I have contacted them ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ), and on several other occasions to correct the information on my account. They have sent me the same incorrect information twice claiming that it is the actual balance on the account. In the letter dating XX/XX/XXXX, my reported balance was {$32.00}, XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX my balance was {$32000.00}. Both are incorrect. The correct amount should be around {$22000.00} ( the exact amount is undisclosed as of now by the creditor. ) in XXXX, TSI was sued by a group of plaintiffs from XXXX for reporting false information about its clients and subsequently lost the case ( class action lawsuit : Sharon Eul v. Transworld Systems , Inc., et al. - Case No. : 1:15-cv-07755 ) Higher Education Loan Program, under which agreement participants were offered settlement to reduce their loan balance to 62.5 % of the principal amount. TSI has repeatedly stated in the letters to me that they are unaware of such judgment against them taking place in the court in XXXX in XXXX, and they refused to obey the stipulations of the agreement.

Consumer Complaint: A new acct showed up on my credit report from XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am not eligible for an acct from them as I am not a XXXX veteran. I disputed the new acct with the credit agency and it was removed. I thought the matter settled until I received a notice from a collection agency, Trans World Systems, trying to collect a debt that I had no information on. The materials supplied by the collection agency is not legible and contains no information on the debt other than charge amounts and interest applied to the acct. No information on when the acct was opened, or what personal information used to open the acct. No acct. number, no information on what was purchased nor where it was shipped to. I have asked for all pertinent information but only received back what was sent previous. I contacted XXXX directly but still was shuffled back to the collection agency. I was told to file a police report but am not able as I am working out of state and have no information to complete a report. I just this week received a notice from TSI they intend filing wage garnishment against me.

According to 15 USC 1605 ( 5 ) it states that the insurance protecting the creditor against the obligor 's default or other credit loss, this is clearly violation of the law to placed it for a collection with profit loss write off. I am requesting validation that is competent evidence bearing my signature showing that I have some contractual agreement to pay you. FDCPA Section 807-8 if you can not validate the debt you must request the credit reporting agencies to remove and delete it from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: My {$12000.00} loan obtained during XXXX school is supposed to be in deferment as I am a XXXX resident still in residency. My loan servicer, University Accounting Servicer, LLC, repeatedly tries to start charging me interest on the loan incorrectly. I re-apply for loan deferment each year, and last year my deferment was approved from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Yesterday, I called the customer service agents who removed the interest from the " interest '' section of my bill, but the total current balance still keeps increasing everyday ( now up to {$90.00} in incorrect charges ). I received an email saying my loan was put into forbearance in XX/XX/XXXX instead of deferral, and my loan has been accumulating interest ever since. I never agreed or asked for forbearance. I should be have no interest or any other charges on my loan until I graduate residency. This loan servicer repeatedly exhibits predatory behavior in this manner and tries to charge interest when they think I will not be paying attention. The customer service agents repeatedly refuse to address or fix my issue. Every few months, they will reverse my deferral and I will have to go through this process all over again.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems Inc. Collection agency keeps reporting false debt on my report. Out of the blue one day, I received an alert through XXXX that I had a new collection account. I immediately looked it up and saw that the original debt was owed for a XXXX XXXX account, which Ive never had. I contacted XXXX XXXX to verify if someone was using my name and was told that I should report the company because there was not now nor never an account in their system with my name. I filed a dispute and the false claim was removed almost immediately. I assumed it was a mistake and moved on, but last week, the same account showed up again, with reason disaster relief as the reason I didnt pay, and thats a complete lie. Never owned the account, nor owed the debt and need this company out of my life and my credit file permanently. I disputed the account again and had it removed from one credit account, waiting for the other two. This company may have some valid accounts, but mine is not one of them! If they report anything else, I will be forced to hire an attorney to protect myself from this type of fraud.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld continues to hurt my credit by saying my private student loan is in active collections. This account, originally owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, was included on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The original lender was contacted regarding my XXXX XXXX petition, and they never responded or took me to court for payment. The judge and court XXXX and closed my case. No other lender has done this. All the other accounts that were included in my petition have been closed and say " discharged in bankruptcy '' since XXXX. Transworld reports this account as new, and active, which is FALSE.
