Consumer Complaint: Im confused and stressed and shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. Consumer Complaint: The collection agency TSI is attempting to collect on a debt that was paid. This account belongs to a hospital account I paid of ( see attached ). TSI has removed the collection notice from my XXXX and XXXX credit file, but not from XXXX Every time I call and try to speak to someone, they hang up the phone. Also, I verified they never sent me notice of a debt collected becase they had an incorrect address ( an old Address ). The hospital was also sending bills to an old address. I am asking the report on my XXXX file be removed just like it was removed from my credit file with XXXX and XXXX

Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEM , INC COLLECTION AGENCY has violated my rights as a consumer. Under the FCRA, all unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of the verifiable proof, you must remove the account number listed above from all of my credit reports. Be advised this not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, 15 USC 1692g, stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This a request for VALIDATON made pursuant to the above-named. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. AT this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the XXXX major credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX or XXXX XXXX this action may constitute fraud under both Federal and State laws. Consumer Complaint: I stated to TRANSWORLD then that this was Fraud induced/Identification fraud by my Ex-wife or the other listed Third-Party XXXX XXXX? whom I have no knowledge of agreement beyond insurance. ( 3 ) I clearly stated by phone to them ( XXXX ) then that my purpose was to not claim accountability for XXXX XXXX apts. but to only get XXXX XXXX removed from my credit report However in-spite of their knowledge of third party/ possible fraud they have chosen to attach me because I paid a related bill in order to clear my credit. As of XX/XX/XXXX letter they have sought include me in a debt that occurred on 2015, I have contacted original party XXXX management several years ago and informed them of the fraud and circumstances involving on XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In approximately XX/XX/XXXX, I had some procedures performed at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. There were some questions on some of the charges that I was disputing following the receipt of the billings. This went on for a couple of months. In approximately XXXX of XXXX they sent the bills to Transworld Systems for collection, and TSI sent me a notice. Immediately upon receipt of the notice I called TSI, and set up two payments for consecutive months. Those payments were made on XX/XX/XXXX to TSI for {$600.00} and the second made on XX/XX/XXXX to TSI for XXXX which cleared the XXXX XXXX account. I made those payments without threat from or to TSI. In XXXX, XXXX my credit ratings dropped from the XXXX to the low-mid XXXX 's. I called up my consultants to pull the credit file and found that TSI had listed this as a collection, although it showed a {$0.00} balance with a high balance of {$1100.00}. It first showed up in XXXX, XXXX as a " XXXX Balance Collection '' and is reported each month as a XXXX balance collection, since. I have spent hours on the phone, in multiple calls, with different representatives of TSI. There was never any indication from TSI that if paid, especially quickly and voluntarily, that this matter would be added to my credit file. In the last phone call XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX the overly surly representative said, for the first time, that those payments were used for another debt that they had. I told him that was impossible as I had no other debt on their, or anyone else 's file. He informed me that a bulk of it was used on a debt which was not even on their books at the time I made the initial payments of {$1100.00}. There was a new collection from XXXX in the amount of {$2600.00} that was billed to me by TSI on XX/XX/XXXX and paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX. There is no way that any of the prior amount could have been used for the XXXX amount. Nor did I authorize the payment of {$1100.00} to be used for anything but the original debt. I asked the last representative to please forward me a complete accounting of my charges, payments and dates made to and by TSI. To date, over six weeks has passed and I have not received any further correspondence from them. I urge Transworld Services to please remove this collection from the three credit bureaus. While I was having a dispute on the original bill, XXXX sent it to them erroneously, then once I got the original collection, it was paid immediately. Then after the fact, TSI listed it as a Paid Collection was put as a zero-balance paid collection on my reports. This has ruined my credit. I do not have one other late payment on my credit. Please do the right thing and remove this blight on my credit. If not, how can anyone ever trust you and the way you do business?

Consumer Complaint: My communications start in XXXX with XXXX XXXX. I set up a loan rehabilitation payment and I dealt with XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX - I sent in all requested documents and set up a payment plan of {$200.00} that was deducted automatically from my account. ( You can see these payments in my Account History on my current XXXX account ). On XX/XX/XXXX - payments were stopped. I had assumed that it was because I completed the program. I never received any correspondence, written or otherwise updating me. I then spoke with XXXX XXXX from XXXX, who then advised me that although I made payments, they did not count toward the rehabilitation program since they never received all of my documents. No one ever advised me that they did not receive them as I had faxed them ( with confirmation of fax ). XXXX advised that I would then have to restart the program. I reluctantly agreed due to not having a choice. I completed all of the paperwork again and faxed it - payments of {$450.00} were set up to be automatically taken out starting in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX These payments are confirmed in XXXX Account History ). In XX/XX/XXXX, Covid happened and I tried to see where my loans were in the process as the 9 months were complete in XXXX. Again, I had received NO correspondence from XXXX regarding my loans. I knew that all student loan payments were suspended until XXXX, but I had no idea where to look to see who was servicing my loans as it was no longer XXXX. I even searched the Federal Student Aid Website. I sent an email via their website to XXXX to see if they had it and received a typical response that they couldn't tell me if I had. Fast forward to XXXX I finally figured out that XXXX was in fact servicing my loans and they first told me they had " no idea who XXXX is '' then advised after some digging that the knew they were a collection agency and had not been servicing my loan since XX/XX/XXXX. I was then able to see in my XXXX account history that there was a " payment reversal '' for XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I never received any correspondence as to why, nor could anyone from XXXX tell me why. Upon looking into my bank statements, the payments were never taken out of my account those 3 months - again, no letter/phone call stating why. In XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX of XXXX and was told that she would push it ( my account ) to be completed as I had made all of the payments. She advised me to call back in a week as that is when it should be updated in the system. When this is updated it should not be showing XXXX XXXX any longer. I have occasionally checked the system and it wasn't completed. So I called again today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and spoke with XXXX who informed me that that was NOT TRUE and I had to go through the loan rehab program AGAIN! This is unacceptable and you can clearly see on my account history that payments were made. XXXX was a horrible loan servicer that I had before being sent to XXXX. XXXX is the reason that I am still in this mess 3 years later. I had a payment plan set up and paid all of the necessary payments ( Set up by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had contacted them at the end and discovered that no, everything was not squared away and there was paperwork missing - NO ONE let me know any paperwork was missing, and the paperwork that was supposedly missing I had faxed TWICE! I was then informed by XXXX XXXX of XXXX that I would need to start the process all over again. I never received any correspondence from XXXX - no phone calls, no letters that they were no longer servicing my loan. I had to SEARCH MYSELF to figure out where my loans were. I also never received any correspondence from XXXX that they were now servicing my loans. I started all of this in XXXX OF XXXX! THAT IS OVER THREE - 3 YEARS AGO!!!!! For someone who is trying to get their loans out of default and make payments, this is disgraceful that no one in within the Federal Education Department can provide accurate and helpful information. Had I known I would have to go through this again, it would have been nice for someone to tell me this 3 months ago. This will be the 3rd time of going through the rehabilitation program from no fault of my own. I want a resolution and for my account to be restored in good standing as I have done MORE than what has been asked several times over. Please help me with this.

Consumer Complaint: I had a medical bill from a car accident on XX/XX/XXXX. The debt was apart of an accident settlement and was paid by my attorney XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in the sum of {$500.00} directly to XXXX care. Check # XXXX. The original debt was XXXX. Transworld systems is still attempting to collect the debt and reported it to credit bureaus. I spoke to them and gave them all the vital information and they still will not remove the negative item. They violated my HIPAA rights and the rights of me being represented by an attorney. I have the written proof that the debt was paid and they were repeatedly told that it was apart of a settlement and to stop calling me because I was represented by an attorney.

Consumer Complaint: I was never contacted by Transworld. I had to be told by XXXX XXXX that the account was even sent out to Transworld and to attain the contact information for Transworld. I was making monthly payments to XXXX towards the balance. I never received any letter to even inform me that Transworld had my account for collections nor any contact information for them. By the time I got the information they had sent my balance to my credit report. When I called on XX/XX/XXXX and asked how I could get it removed they said that nothing I do from setting up a payment plan or paying in full would get it removed from my report. I asked if I were to setup a payment plan prior to it hitting my report if that would of stopped it and I was told no-so not sure what the point in a payment plan is. I called XX/XX/XXXX to ask if I paid the balance in full if they would remove it from my credit report and I was again told no. I have not had any derogatory accounts on my credit and am upset on the way Transworld handles the accounts under them considering most medical bills are due to accidents or no insurance.
