I also called TransUnion and XXXX on several occasions, and they informed me that they wouldn't remove it even though the copy of the letter I got from XXXX to show proof wasn't enough. They told me that they never received a request from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to remove the hard inquiry. XXXX XXXX XXXX has been very helpful in this case, but TransUnion and XXXX have credited a hardship preventing me from getting a commercial business loan for a contract I was supposed to get.

Issue: Improper use of your report

Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding unauthorized hard inquiries made on my credit report by your company. I recently discovered that my credit report reflects inquiries f without my explicit consent. The unauthorized hard inquiries have raised significant concerns for me, as I value the privacy and security of my financial information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry : XXXX XXXX, XXXX I have not engaged in any transactions or agreements with your company that would warrant a hard inquiry on my credit report. It is essential to highlight that such inquiries were conducted without my explicit authorization, violating standard protocol and ethical business practices. Issue: Incorrect information on your report

Subissue: Old information reappears or never goes away

Consumer Complaint: I disputed account information with this creditor on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX citing incorrect information being reported. The account showed as Charged Off on two of my reports and continued to report as late ( Transunion and XXXX ). The vehicle was repossessed on XX/XX/XXXXXXXXXXXX and sold at auction on XXXX at this time I never received a Notice of Sale nor a Notice of Deficiency Balance. I asked Transunion and XXXX to investigate and the action took more than 30 days and a proper investigation was not completed. My XXXX complaint was answered in the proper timeframe but at that time the creditor illegally re-aged my date of last activity AND did a hard pull that resulted in an inquiry. As of XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX report shows the date of last activity to be XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and my Transunion report shows the date of last activity to be XX/XX/XXXXXXXX although they continue to mark my account as late on my Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX. Comments are listed as Repossession, however, on XXXX the payment history for the last 2 years ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX services failed to accurately report information across the credit bureaus and the bureaus failed to properly investigate the same. Further, following the Fair Credit Reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 6 o 2 states I have the right to privacy ( 15 USC 1681 ( section 6 0 4 a section 2 ( it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions under 15 USCS 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Unfortunately, my files are too big to attach here, however, I have attached a few screenshots of relevant information and am happy to provide more details in another venue.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: Transunion has failed to adhere to 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), by failing to complete an investigation within 30 days of receipt of a dispute letter. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I sent dispute letters to Transunion informing them that were reporting incorrect payment history for the account XXXX. My account with XXXX was deferred due to XXXX and I was protected under the CARES ACT. It has been over 10 months since my fist letter, and Transunion has failed to remove the late payments reporting XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. Please note that you are reporting that I was 120 days late in XXXX and XXXX which is not possible. Furthermore, the account is now past 7 years meaning that it should no longer be reporting on my credit report. XXXX and XXXX have since removed this account. I urge Transunion to address this matter promptly and rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report within 7 days since this is long overdue. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to initiate legal proceedings. I have documented our communications and the specific instances of non-compliance, which will be presented as evidence in any legal proceedings. It is my sincere hope that Transunion will take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent the need for further legal action. Please see the attached dispute letter sent 10 months ago which is dated and time stamped. Remove the late payment and update the aforementioned account to paid as agreed never late. XXXX is in violation of 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). I can sue up to {$1000.00} per violation.
