Consumer Complaint: I recently perused a copy of my credit report. It stated that the source of the credit inquiry was the credit inquiries listed below. However, these inquiries were not approved by me. Kindly investigate my claim in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Remove these questions from my credit report since they make it harder for me to apply for loans and get credit. Kindly forward any supplementary materials you possess about this inquiry. Subissue: Personal information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: In XXXX & XXXX of XXXX I called XXXX several times to correct my name, address, and employment. The customer service reps gave me a hard time. I was told I couldnt change my own information. Very rude people working at XXXX. My acct is locked due to someone stealing my social security info during the pandemic. Every time I called I went through high risk and passed. It shouldnt been an issue. They kept transferring me around to different reps. By law I have rights to make sure my personal information listed on the 3 credit agencies are correct, so that my information wont end up in someone elses hands. Especially all the different addresses thats listed. Important information can go to the addresses thats listed. No one should be treated how I was treated. TransUnion & XXXX was very nice. Once I passed high risk they stated they would submit the changes. The only issue I have is they didnt correct the changes I asked.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been experiencing with attempts to correct late open accounts and remove the associated losses from my records. I have made several attempts to rectify this matter, but unfortunately, the resolution process has been ineffective. The accounts in question were opened and despite my best efforts to address the lateness and associated losses promptly, I have encountered multiple obstacles in achieving a satisfactory resolution. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but has also adversely impacted my financial standing.
