Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 section 604 section 2 states ; In general, Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.Furthermore, 15USC Section 1681b ( permissible purpose ) restricts the circumstances under which consumer reporting agencies like Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX can furnish consumer reports. This section explicitly states : " In general, subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstance and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. " The furnisher of information does not possess written consent from me to access my personal information. Therefore, Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out immediately and indefinitely of any and all transactions I the consumer may have given unknowingly. Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had ( Insert Number of Late Payments ) late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that I have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of [ XX/XX/22 ]. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late. Thanks! Please see the attached screenshot.

States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.Code 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.Code 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumers reporting agency may make any consumers report containing any of the following items of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report more than seven years. 15 U.S.Code 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A persons shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
