Consumer Complaint: I just got my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed some Accounts on my credit report are incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of 15 USC 1681e ( b ). They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 16811 ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. They must be blind because everything is inconsistent.

Consumer Complaint: I've been reviewing my credit report since XXXX of XXXX and have sent many disputes in regard to the closed child support account that is affecting my credit report. The Account is closed and the child resides with me. This is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681e and 15 U.S. Code 1681i. They have continued to report this account as verified and correct. I have court documents that support that the account is closed and they still have ignored my request to remove the account. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e and 15 U.S. Code 1681i this is account is in violation, it list Child support as a furnisher and this forgery and misleading and affecting my life. The courts do not report these kinds of accounts. They also report differently between Transunion and XXXX, one says closed the other states still in good standing and open when calling child support the speak rude over the phone and told me its automatic account that reports every 30 days they cant stop it. When i speak with Transunion they tell me to call child direct when i call support they tell to contact Transunion. There has been so solution between both sources.
